Ordered a 40 piece McNugget.... received 20. Upon asking why I received 20 i asked if i could have my additional 2 10 piece boxes. The manager preceded to ask me if i knew how to count..... i showed her one two and no additional boxes. She then went on to say that my momma was a bitch snd the reason i didnt know hoe ti count is because she was a dumbass. I guess my college degree doesnt allow me to count in multiples of 10. This place is trash, the workers are trash, and the manager is scum. The fact McDonald's still allows this franchise to me open is a joke. If I could give this McDonald's a zero, I would. We waited in line form more than a half hour to get to the pay window. When we got to the pick up window, nothing was ready! Not even a large Diet Coke. We ordered 2 caramel Sundaes and they gave us one with so little caramel, and we asked for more. We even had to ask for the second sundae and ask for more caramel. They closed the window but we had not received the quarter pounder we paid for. After getting the complete order ( which look another 5 min, We asked to speak to the manager. When she came to the window, she said she was short staffed and had high school students there. She then said if we didn't want to wait for our food, we should have cooked at home and slammed the window closed!!!!!!!! We have been to many, many McDonald's in our days and this was the most rude manager and slowest drive through we have been to. Store owner, please talk to the evening manager from 8/15/21. I popped into this location yesterday afternoon to grab a quick bite for myself and my children. This location is close to both of their schools and the line usually moves pretty fast, but let me tell you, 4pm on a weekday is not the time to visit this location! There were lots of students from Herron HS, as well as many other afternoon commuters in their drive-thru at this time. I threatened to "abort mission" at least 3 times, but after sacrificing over 15 minutes of my time already, I figured it made more sense to remain in line. After all, we'd already revved up our taste buds for those hot, salty fries. I ordered two small fries, a McChicken, a double cheeseburger and I got their buy one, get one for a $1 deal including a Filet-o-Fish and 10 pc. nugget. We also ordered 3 large drinks, because at $1 each, who can resist? Although the wait was lengthy, I must admit that the food was good. The fries were hot and seasoned well. The Filet-o-Fish had the softest bun (a must for this sandwich), and the nuggets were crispy and hot as well. My daughters ate the other two sandwiches, so I don't know how they tasted, but I didn't hear any complaints. All and all, it was a good experience. I will know to avoid them, however, if I see such a long line again in the future! read more

This McDonalds is the only McDonald near my area and I'm disappointed that I won't be coming back here again. If I can rate this place a 0 star I would... The workers at this location has no respect to each other. They treat each other with no teamwork at all and they would curse at each other during work. They would yell and curse so loud that they lose composure when there are customers obviously waiting for their orders and in the restaurant... Customers shouldn't be afraid to walk into this McDonald's, but I guess they are to the point they would pay extra shipping for UberEats to deliver to them. There are multiple incidents that I have made my order wrong, miscounted chicken nuggets in a 6-piece box, 10-piece box & etc..., give someone else's order to me and not knowledgable on how the McDonald's curbside Code/uber eats pick up works. They would be so blunt that they would say, "I don't know how to do it, I never heard of it, we don't do that. You have to come inside." There is a REASON why McDonalds made an app for curbside pick up and drive thru pick up to make it convenient for the customer and avoid bad customer experience. Some of the workers never check the order before calling out the number and expect everything is perfect... Every time I've been to this McDonald's trying to see if maybe it was just a bad day cuz I understand my food is thrown together it looks disgusting when I open it the extra items that I asked to be put on the meal or not put but I am charged they always bring you up to the window charge you and then make you way about 35-45 minutes so in their window timing when they report it they don't make cars way everything goes smoothly their service is horrendous their customer service even worse the only reason I go there here and there is because it's the one closest to me but I decided I'd rather drive an hour to another place than to eat at McDonald's again I work 10 to 12 hour shifts and sometimes I'm just tired but I rather not eat that day yes I don't deviate from home I'm pretty much for one person to eat there regardless it's about $20 read more

I once drove through this drive-thru on a Friday night and they were out of beef. Just literally out of beef. Could not order anything with beef. Listen, a perennially broken ice cream machine is one thing but no beef? Lord, I have taken my business to Burger King or Wendy's whilst in the Mile Square. Something I really love about Indy is that while the downtown district is extremely walkable, there aren't very many big fast food chains at all within walking distance. Which is rare for a big city, and this location is a little further removed from the pedestrian hustle and bustle. So I'm not advocating for more Mickey D's. No, no. But they do serve a purpose so let's just make this one better. Would love to see the building remodeled/revamped/glamped and given new management. The woman taking the orders was great.. super friendly and efficient. However, we ordered a frozen lemonade and when we get to the hand-off window we get handed something that didn't look right. When we asked if it was the slushy, the guy at the window confirmed that it was. It 100% was not. Unfortunately this location doesn't understand the menu and is extremely lackadaisical.. can't recommend.
