The food here is always great, especially if you're wanting something to fill you up quickly. The fries are seasoned nicely, even if you don't get Cajun fries it's never a bland taste. My favorite are the milkshakes though, almost every time I come here I get one and it never misses, there a great treat if you have a sweet tooth. All of the workers here are very kind to everyone that walks in and it has a very welcoming atmosphere.

A great burger chain that always hits the spot when you're craving a classic burger, especially if you're in the mood for something greasy after a night out. The best part about Five Guys is the unlimited toppings and the amount of fries you get, highly recommend the Cajun fries! Also if you've never tried a hot dog or shake from here, give them a try because they always hit the spot too!

plenty of toppings to choose from for your burger. i lovee the cajun fries. one order of fries is plenty for two to share! a single burger comes with two patties. due to this particular location pickup from here can be a pain.. no designated parking (normal for a DT business) and they don't drop the fries until you arrive even if you've paid. i appreciate a fresh hot order of fries BUT not at the cost of waiting an extra 10mins for my food and risking getting my vehicle towed. it's best to go a little before or after mealtime to avoid rushes

More than enough fries to go around. Just order a medium!

Yesterday, I placed an order online for carry-out. I was given a pick-up time within less than 10 minutes and was very impressed by that. Upon arriving at the location, it was very crowded, but they got us in and out rather quickly. I had ordered a bunless burger for myself and my daughter had hers the traditional way. We both got the bacon cheeseburgers, which come with two patties. On mine, I requested extra cheese, extra lettuce, raw onions and grilled onions, pickles, mayo and A1 sauce. The lettuce, which I did not receive extra of, was completely wilted. I was so happy that I opted to have it lettuce-wrapped and placed in a bowl. Had I only had it wrapped in the wilty lettuce, I probably would not have been able to eat it. While I am always happy when a restaurant offers a lower-carb burger option, it is very important that it is well-executed. Unfortunately, since Five Guys uses foil and aluminum containers for bowls, which are both great conductors of heat, the lettuce suffers greatly. I'm also pretty sure that I didn't get any grilled onions. I searched and couldn't find one. I'm not sure that the A-1 sauce was present either. I also ordered Cajun fries, the regular or medium size. I never purchase more than one order of fries because they literally fill the bottom of your brown paper bags with an overflow of fries. Even after picking at them the entire ride home, we both still had an ample amount of fries to eat with our burgers. We'll be back, but next time, I'll stick to a classic burger until they obtain different packaging or some way to provide lettuce with a crunch.

Very busy location. Service was good and fast. Food was good and as good as other locations I've visited. Finally tried their milkshake with oreo. Good for the price. I always only get the Little Burger because that's more than enough for me. The regular burgers come with a minimum of two patties. They have more than enough options for toppings. The jalapeños are fresh so they are a KICK for sure. Free peanuts are a cool score. Fresh cut fries make this chain a hit.

Meh, ok food but the service is very good. Nice roomy space in the old Rosalyn Bakery spot. I would recommend if in a hurry, want a bag of fries and a burger. I like to take to Arts Garden during a concert and eat.

One of the better burger places in my opinion. Quick and good eats, what's better for a burger. Obviously so good I forgot to take my pic until after I started In on the burger. If you've never had Five Guys you're in for a treat and just go with the works for no extra cost, it might get a little easy though. Now that it's downtown and easily walkable I can walk off the huge double burger. The single burger is a great size for lunch and won't leave you nodding at your desk after lunch. Great walking location. Parking downtown, good luck. Your best bet is at the mall. The space for the line is short you'll easily be standing in the doorway or outside during lunch hour. Plenty of seating but also plenty of people.

I noticed a lot of carryout orders being picked up, so I knew it must be good. We are not local to Indy so finding a quick good meal was important. They had a decent local beer tap list, so I was happy to try a new to me brew. We got one Tillamook Cheddar Burger with fries, and a Patty melt with onion rings. It must have been one huge onion! Both burgers were cooked to our request, both sides were delicious. The service was efficient. I would come back if the opportunity arises.(The show at the Murat was also great).

Our server quickly greeted us and took our beverage orders...they carry only Pepsi soft drink products. She quickly returned beverages on tray, then took our orders. I opted for the Patty Melt along with a side of onion rings. The entrees arrived in the blink of an eye. My Patty melt and onion rings arrived fresh and hot. They even tasted great too! The hamburger patty was thick and juicy and cooked the way I'd prepare it myself. Portions were more than ample. After finishing my "feast" it was time for dessert, a Root Beer float, served in a tall larger glass with an ample portion of ice cream. I would suggest ordering it for two...it's that big. All enjoyed their burgers and we're looking forward to returning next year. * I purposely didn't review the other meals served, as they will be doing their own Yelp reviews.

Vegan friendly which is great for a burger place. You can come here and pig out while bringing someone who doesn't enjoy the slaughter - a big plus for extended family outings. A couple of other pros are there is a whole freaking parking lot which is unusual but awesome. The full bar has plenty of options including great craft beer. Last but not least the cheese curds are the best in Indy that I'm aware of. I've had a couple of their burgers so far and I don't think you can go wrong with them. The Motörhead is basically a Greek style burger which I found to be exceptional. Burgers are cooked to how you like it so execution is also phenomenal. The Neurosis is your Swiss and mushroom style burger, also great. While it's tempting to go off of the name when ordering I would try to make sure the palette matches your tastes - there's way too many options. We complimented it, asked where they found it, and before we knew it, we were chatting with a wonderful couple who had traveled all the way from overseas just to watch Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever play that night. Moments like that are one of the reasons I love Indianapolis on game days. The patio was the perfect place to soak it all in. Fever fans filled the sidewalks, kids proudly carried homemade signs, and there was an excitement in the air that only comes from a city rallying behind its team. We could have people-watched for hours. Our waitress was exactly what every server should strive to be. Friendly, relaxed, and genuinely fun to talk to, she somehow mastered the art of appearing right before we found ourselves looking around for her. We never felt rushed, but we also never waited for anything. The food held up its end of the bargain too. The fried mozzarella disappeared embarrassingly fast and earned a solid 9.3 on my unofficial stretch meter. Crispy on the outside, perfectly gooey inside, with a marinara sauce that was every bit as good as the cheese itself. The chef salad was fresh, generously loaded with toppings, and easily big enough for a meal. I honestly couldn't tell you what beer I ordered... Because what I remember most is the experience. Sharing appetizers on a sunny patio, meeting fellow basketball fans from halfway around the world, and watching Indianapolis come alive before tipoff. It reminded me that sports have a funny way of turning complete strangers into friends. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're headed to Gainbridge.

Our server was friendly and responsive to one member of our group (male) but repeatedly didn't acknowledge another (female). This wasn't a one-time thing, it happened several times over the course of our visit, and it came across as dismissive. As for the drinks: beer prices were nice and cheap, but the margarita was on the expensive side and not really worth it. The place seems geared toward bigger dinner crowds, which may be why a two-person drinks-only table didn't get much attention, but being essentially ignored isn't a great look either way. We wouldn't return. 2/5.
