The food is really only "good" here when the upper management happens to be in the store. If you are lucky enough to come when this is happening it will be good. Any other day expect to never get assisted inside the store. They will pretend to not see you at the counter. at the front counter. They almost always forget to bring your cups out in the dining area with your food. If you customize you are almost guaranteed to not get it made correct. The soda machine is in the lobby, so they get a plus for that, but their Coca Cola has the syrup ratio so lean it tastes like crap. I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald's. I waited a very long time for my food, and it seemed like a lot of other customers were waiting forever too. There were several people who were clearly frustrated and upset because they still hadn't received their orders. While I was waiting, the employees in the kitchen were also talking very loudly about things that probably shouldn't have been discussed in front of customers. Overall, the wait was much too long, the atmosphere was frustrating, and the experience could have been handled a lot better. I have never had a good experience with this mcdonalds. they always forget to give me something i have ordered and the staff is extremely rude every single time i come here but my most recent experience really pushed me over the edge. I ordered my food through the drive through on 5/20 around 10pm. I waited at the window for my food for at least 15 minutes and it wasnt even busy (there was one car behind me). when i recieved my food, i made sure to check if everything was in the bag because they always miss at least one thing. one of my meals consisted of the 2 cheeseburger meal and i had only recieved one cheeseburger. i was already super annoyed but i pulled through the drive thru again and waited for a worker to answer me for about 5 minutes. at this point, i just pulled up to the first window to try to get a worker's attention and he just pretended not to see me. i pulled to the second window, and the window was open so i said "excuse me" and i waited for about another 5 minutes until one of the workers finally came to the window. (i have had issues with this specific worker being extremely rude in the past. he is a bigger guy and he has his ears pierced and long curly hair.) i politely told him that i was missing a cheeseburger and explained that i had ordered it with a little bit of extra onion. he made me another cheeseburger and when i got home and opened it, this is what i saw. an entire pile of onion shoved onto my sandwich. i truly believe he did this on purpose to upset me. i was super angry and disgusted so i just ended up not eating any of my meal. i am super disappointed with the disrespect the staff has for the customers. read more

When they had to make a special order sandwich I was directed to spot #1 to wait. 20 minutes later I called the location to have a manager check on my order.
