Mostly their orders are completed quickly and correctly, but 2/5 times they will forget something or add something you didn't ask for. It can be pretty frustrating. Also, I went through their drive through around 11pm and no one answered, when their drive through was supposed to be open 24/7. It's the only McDonald's in my town, so we still go here often! I have never had a good experience with this mcdonalds. they always forget to give me something i have ordered and the staff is extremely rude every single time i come here but my most recent experience really pushed me over the edge. I ordered my food through the drive through on 5/20 around 10pm. I waited at the window for my food for at least 15 minutes and it wasnt even busy (there was one car behind me). when i recieved my food, i made sure to check if everything was in the bag because they always miss at least one thing. one of my meals consisted of the 2 cheeseburger meal and i had only recieved one cheeseburger. i was already super annoyed but i pulled through the drive thru again and waited for a worker to answer me for about 5 minutes. at this point, i just pulled up to the first window to try to get a worker's attention and he just pretended not to see me. i pulled to the second window, and the window was open so i said "excuse me" and i waited for about another 5 minutes until one of the workers finally came to the window. (i have had issues with this specific worker being extremely rude in the past. he is a bigger guy and he has his ears pierced and long curly hair.) i politely told him that i was missing a cheeseburger and explained that i had ordered it with a little bit of extra onion. he made me another cheeseburger and when i got home and opened it, this is what i saw. an entire pile of onion shoved onto my sandwich. i truly believe he did this on purpose to upset me. i was super angry and disgusted so i just ended up not eating any of my meal. i am super disappointed with the disrespect the staff has for the customers. read more

Absolutely worst experience there(and that is saying something). The guy (I am guessing) taking the order is rude "Is that it?" After each item..condescending. When they had to make a special order sandwich I was directed to spot #1 to wait. 20 minutes later I called the location to have a manager check on my order. A couple minutes later this rather large person came out with a bag and handed it to me. Literally just left there after struggling to order for five adults and a child. They forgot one whole sandwich after demanding they check 3 times before sending it out. They threw it, LITERALLY, threw it into the box so it was a jumbled mess, clearly taking frustrations out on a sandwich.
