To start off before I even went in the drive through was empty with 5 cars in front waiting on their food. When I went in to get my order taken there was no one at the registers everyone was scrambling to do the drive through and there was even restocking boxes in front of the registers. I ended up ordering on the self order kiosk and took a number and sat down with my family. After a few minutes my name was called when I was expecting my order brought to me since I took a number. I walked up and everyone's back was to me. I tried for several minutes to ask which order was mine and finally got an answer. After sitting down they forgot my drinks and my 1 yr olds apple slices. The fries were cold, my McDouble was mangled and my McChickens were not even wrapped completely. Tables were gross and the overall atmosphere was terrible. I guess they only hire single digit IQ individuals to work here that have already lost their will to do anything remotely close to be called customer service. I've been here four times in two years and I have yet to receive the right order, The drive through wait time more often than not is 30+ minutes and then you still have to go inside and wait even longer because they forgot something or gave you the wrong order, Then they proceed to laugh at people in line because they are upset at how long the food they already paid for is taking ( i noticed this as i was waiting inside because they forgot parts of my order after waiting 30-40 min at the drive through). I recieved the wrong items in my order this morning 7/27. The last 2 times I was there the mcmuffins were burned on the bottem.

Absolutely pitiful management at this Mickey Ds. Waited for over 30 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Talked to the employees at the register and they did nothing but wander around aimlessly. Had to remind them again at the 35 minute mark that I was still waiting for two breakfast sandwiches and they eventually were able to get the job done. This location is terrible. I keep saying that I won't return to this location anymore and I believe that this time I need to listen to myself. Out of the couple times that I ordered from here in the past year, not once has my order been completely right. When you catch it and have to go back inside, you almost always get an attitude and are interrogated about your order. I also asked for ketchup packets at the pickup window on a visit two weeks ago and was very rudely lectured by the woman at the window for not letting them know that I needed ketchup when I placed my order. Went thru the drive thru ordered a fish sandwich meal and coke. Got to the window they handed me tea not coke. So I told the girl who took the drink back to correct I decided to check the sandwich since I asked for it to be plain. It was covered in tarter sauce and cheese. When she came back with the drink I told her about the sandwich. She took it and came back a few mins later and handed it back. Of course I checked it she had given me the same sandwich. I have never seen a McDonald's with such a rude staff in my life. While placing an order the girl would just stare at you like she did not understand anything you said. Then they practical threw your order at you when I came on the counter. Plus they messed up the order several time, when the item was taken back they would bring it back exactly how it was the first. Everytime i go to the drive thru window they are so slow. I usually am in drive thru for about 25 mins and one time i still had to wait on my food. I thought drive thru was suppose to be faster. I went another time to the drive thru and lady told me they were updating their system and drive thru would be down 15 mins. I live near this store and I will drive to Martinsburg or Winchester before ever coming here again. I stopped coming last Halloween. They were busy but it's also a night where after trick or treating they are going to get a lot of business. They should have been prepared. There were 4 people maybe working and I had order chicken strips along with many other apparently because I hear " I've fu**ing had it with these strips" mind you I have a 7 and 4 year old with me. I was livid. The manager simply says "I've had a full screen all night too." Does not a dress the issue AT ALL. As I'm waiting there's more cursing, everyone's orders were wrong. I left. I have lived 5 minutes away from this location for the past 12 years I've lived here and go through the drive though a few times a month. It's never been horrible, not great service at times but I can usually look past it. Tonight a friend and i decided to order inside and that turned out to be a huge mistake. First a group of teens was harassed for paying with a 100$ bill. It took several staff members nearly 5 minutes of pen testing and holding this bill up in the light to finally deem it passable. Second, my friend and I ordered a 40 piece nugget to share and were told we could only choose 3 sauces between us. I have always ordered 2 of every sauce in the drive through with no problems. Third, the sweet tea container in the lobby stayed empty for 40+ minutes even after several people informed the staff and had to have their teas filled by the staff at the window. Lastly, and most disturbing of all, several of our nuggets appeared to be undercooked and slimy on the inside. We probably ate about half before we became too worried to continue. The staff in general seem very distant and unconcerned about problems, perhaps they were understaffed? I probably will not be returning to this location anymore after this experience tonight. read more

This McDonalds in Inwood, West Virginia, has to be the worst in our area. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that this was necessary. Last Thursday evening, 10/1/2018, I stopped in for a quick dinner with another lady and her young teen daughter. The service was slow as usual, but that was not the real issue. The shift manager was constantly yelling commands at the staff in a negative tone. Not professional at all. Shortly after getting our food and taking a seat, the shift manager and another employee proceeded to set down, and take a break, just behind us. A young male employee came from behind the counter to complain about missing his break. He used the F*** bomb at least 10 times so that everyone in the dining room heard it, including young children that were present. The shift manager finally told him to watch his language, but they continued to argue. We left without finishing our food. This was very disturbing since McDs is supposed to be a family fast food restaurant. read more

I went to this Mcdonald's & got a salad & #1 meal to go, When I got home( which is 5 minutes away) the fries were so nasty you couldn't eat them. So I called the store and explained to them the problem and was told I couldn't get a refund without a receipt, which I was not given one.
