This location has been without air conditioning since last year when these portable air conditioning units arrived in the dining room. The soda machine in the lobby has also been inoperable, likely because they cant keep ice in their machine. I walked in and walked right back out and placed an order from my car, where it is not 93°. This is just a run of the mill McDonalds. I've gone here and had the absolute best service, but I've also had slow service and waited forever for my food to be made. The best was when I went late at night and instead of telling me they were closing , I was used to their pre Covid hours, the gentleman taking my order decided to instead be a smart butt about it and use a stupid voice, take my order and then gave me all of the incorrect food. From a man in his 30s - 40s that's unprofessional. I get it's fast food but there's a polite way to say sorry we can't take your order. But overall aside from that one bad interaction nothing else stands out as bad just avoid the breakfast-lunch turnover. Stopped by this Mcdonald's just to get a drink. Took a tiny sip that tasted like salt and baking soda. They did something to the drinks. Threw up in the sink and contacted Mcdonald's corporate department they should know they have workers in their restaurants tampering with food and drinks to make people sick. I'm so glad I spit it out and immediately threw up: These people are horrible and gross individuals everyone there looks miserable when you go in. Mushroom and Swiss burger. Sausage McGriddles? Okay, okay. No burger. But I hope you wanted bacon and egg on a biscuit. Because, that's what's going in your face. Ignore the screen. Worst McDonald's with dumb employees. If you order a mushroom and Swiss chicken sandwich make sure you check before you leave because the idiot at the drive through have me a burger. Oh and on top of she never gave me a receipt. WORST MCDONALDS! Stay away from the Jamison location. I ordered two meals for $20. And what I got was or what i was supposed to get was a mushroom and Swiss crispy chicken sandwich, a fillet a fish, two large fries and two large vanilla shake. What I got was everything but the chicken sandwich which looks a lot like a bacon double smokehouse cheeseburger. Oh that's right because that's what they gave me the wrong item again for the second time in a month and a half at this restaurant I got the wrong item going through drive-through. I don't have time to take it back and replace it because I got all the way home when I realized it was the wrong sandwich. That's why went through drive-through. Worst part is the guy at the drive-through specifically asked me if I want it crispy mushroom Swiss chicken sandwich I said yes he said OK that's what I should've got. Do people need to train your staff better to actually learn how to read. And also they need to learn that I hamburger is not chicken. School system in Jamison must really suck. Oh and by the way a receipt would be helpful with an order. Poor service, workers are rude. Ordered a milkshake and it was a cup of milk. It was pure liquid. When i asked for a new one because it wasn't what it should of been, was told that's how it is...this McDonalds is awful now. You need to do some retraining and have your employees not on their phones and having air pods in and having conversations during shift. read more

Only complaint is the NEVER even try to fill the fry no matter what you order. Pay 4.00 for a large fry and they fill it, 1/3 full. This location makes its habit and when it's the best thing they have to Even offer, it's more than irritating to constantly get less and less French fries. we're ChikFila folks. But my kid wanted a rare McDonald's pancakes breakfast. what an Awful experience. Used app. Ordered well before breakfast ending. app showed order time stamp was well before 10:30 am. Drive through. Gave code. Told to go to second window. At second window, an employee eventually opened the window, glaring at me. Zero hello. Zero can I help you. Just glared Like I was bothering her. Store was EMPTY inside and out. lots of goofing off inside. as window opened it was loud horsing around inside . I said I had a mobile order and gave her the code. She's shook her head no several times saying no. I held up the app. Another employee, who claimed to be a manager, said they stopped breakfast at 10:30 and my order wasn't being honored. I had a kid in car expecting breakfast and an app order done well within time frame. after opening and closing window several times she said she'd make the pancakes but not hash browns. She offered nothing else. I had to pay cash because they wouldn't honor the app order. Then she dropped my change and when I was unable to reach under my car, she didn't get my change from a register. I'll never use this McDonald's again. I've deleted the app. We'll stick to ChikFila. read more

The people are always friendly but If you order something on the menu with any sort of changes. For example, a quarter pounder but no cheese, don't. I don't think I have ever gotten a hamburger with the correct changes at a mcdonalds and that includes today. Its even written on the paper on the box for the hamburger. read more

I try to eat in or drive thru only at this McDonald. I order always NO SALT on the French fries. But other places never give my order right! This place is clean and food's temperature is hot and fresh. Specially coffee is very fresh!. I have been coming here ever since 9/1/2011 after I moved here to Jamison. Ordered from drive-thru. Was told burger needed extra cooking due to being raw and was asked to pull my car up and wait.
