Ate here almost everyday during a nuke outage the food is incredible and the staff is top notch! Spent most of my time in the bar area and outback on the porch but all of it is really nice and well put together! We had a good lunch here. We had some business in town and were hungry so spotted this place on Yelp. The inside is SUPER NICE! Seems like maybe they had recently renovated but everything seemed very new. It had very stylish and contemporary details and decorations and great old photos. It definitely felt super classy (but not stuffy or over fancy). Way to go Berwick! Our food was great. I had a Reuben with fabulous fresh cut fries. My co-traveler got a great looking Berger and went for the Mac and cheese and bacon topping. He also got the fries. We ate every morsel! Service was also good. We stopped here on our way to a wedding in NJ. What a cool place, both indoor and outdoor. We had great service and it was a very comfortable stop with great food. We didn't want leftovers, so we split provolone sticks and a hogtied burger with fries and left satisfied and uncomfortably full. Would definitely return! read more

My first time having dinner here with my great friend. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The food is excellent. I ordered glazed with which had cheese, mushrooms, and onions and two sides. I also ordered a seafood dip which was amazing. The service was excellent. Our waitress was busy but attentive to us. This business got busy very fast. The parking lot is not big enough. This was a great place to eat. The Hamberger was juicy and delicious! It was a "real" one, not a frozen lesser quality one. The service was attentive and timely. The Ambiance is unique and friendly. We are from out of town or Wed be here every week!!! Go and give them a try! My husband had the Clam Chowder and he said it was spot on, and he's hard to please when it comes to his chowders. WOW... we were driving through the area and decided to have dinner at the Forge Pub and Grill. There was plenty of parking. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Shayna was our server and she was courteous and attentive. I had the shrimp and crab dip as an appetizer and then a house salad with shrimp. Sometimes burger shops struggle to have decent salads but mine was delicious and generous in size. My wife ordered a pork chop that was incredible and I had a little bit of food envy. The ambience is comfortable with decor that reflects the history of the area. I would definitely recommend the Forge. I will be back if I return to this area. read more

If you are in the Berwick area, you simply need to stop at The Forge! This place is down home friendly with good food! The servers are all very nice and attentive. I have noticed staff here go from on side of the bar while working to the other and hang out when they are off. It's that comfy of a place to hang out! First of all the place is a nice place in the middle of not much. The help is very nice and helpful. The food, the Cheesesteak is probably the best anywhere and that includes the Philly Cheesesteak.. Really enjoyed our food, my aunt and uncle come here all the time. Really liked my ham and cheese and switch, my aunt always gets the Rachel sandwich. I wouldn't come too hungry because service did take a little while to get the food to us but it's because it's busy! Love bad was really fun. read more

Finally: we made it for some drinks and apps and had a gift cellulite from mom and dad. wish they made it themselves before they passed but glad for us they left behind. Had a reservation, we were seated right away but it was 35 minutes before anyone took our drink order or even acknowledged we were there. 2 servers eventually asked if we had been helped, after telling both of them no, it was still another 5 min before one of them took our drink order and would not also take our food order at that time. The French cut pork chop was everything I hoped it would be, if this review was based on that alone it'd be a 5 star rating. Someone ordered a medium steak and got a well done hockey puck at market price. If we weren't already there for over an hour it would've been sent back. The melting pot dishes were fine but nothing you couldn't do yourself or get at Sheetz MTO. Drink price was decent for a martini ($4). I get it was a busy Saturday but 2 hours in a restaurant is a bit slow. read more

I was here with my girl friend Vicki just now and wow! amazing service we got FREE samples of beer. i think our waitress was trying to get us drunk i think! overall we just got starters but of course led t a tip. Most unfortunate experience. We dine out frequently with a large group. My husband and I were here previously upon recommendation of one of our friends. We were told they had the absolute best pork chop. First time we went (pre-covid) we had that pork chop and it was excellent. Service was a bit slow, but food was good. Now, they offer entertainment on weekends. We wish these owners well as they are trying so hard, but they need serious help or it will eventually fail. So, we start by making reservations for the outdoor venue 2 days in advance. When the day arrived, the weather was cold and windy and our group was concerned about sitting outdoors. I sent a message via messenger to inquire if they had heaters or provisions for warmth. They stated that if we were not comfortable we could move indoors. So, we all arrived and there was an obvious mis-communication because they just moved us indoors. The entire point of the evening was to sit out and enjoy a meal and the entertainment, but they stuck us indoors!! So now, the meal. There were 9 of us. We arrived at our 6:15 time slot and placed our orders by about 6:40. Our food did not arrive to us until well after 8 p.m.!! Unreal!! The group at this point was crotchety and as I was the one who made the arrangements, I felt very badly. Three of us did have the pork chop meal again and they simply were not up to park. They were dried out and on the burned side as opposed to the moist ones we had previously had. To the credit of the owner, most of our gang left in disgust as soon as they ate and vowed to never return, but we stayed to see a little of the entertainment. We told the owner in depth about our horrible experience. Although he was in disbelief that we were that upset, he indicated that people just love them and they were "slammed" with people. Maybe they should consider over booking on reservations? Seems to be the classic recipe for how a restaurant will fail. They expanded the seating area, but not the kitchen area. Also, indoors they have ONE stall ladies room. One. I think this place can grow and thrive cause they have the right concept, BUT, they must consider crawling before they walk. Expand kitchen or only serve bar food at the bar; don't over book; make sure there are enough employees to handle whatever crowds are attracted. The owner did finally give us a gift certificate to return after he looked at the pork chops we received. We will likely return one more time to see if they will make improvements. read more

The 1st time I had dinner there, food was good but the waitress was rude.. 2nd time there was on a Wednesday evening.. got there at 5pm.. our food did not come out till 5:55 pm.. plus are waitress only came to our table once due to me asking where are food was.. this was at 5:45. the owners sat at the bar drinking and didn't get up once to assist the packed place. I had the Reuben by the was very good but the chips which I ordered garlic parmesan seasoning were horrible (no flavor, soggy). Also, There is no bar menu or specials. read more
