Aweful, I don't know why I expected more, it is McDonald's, but everything was wrong or missing. I ordered a fish filet meal with extra tartar sauce on the side and a McDouble with Mac sauce and all of it made fresh which I said I didn't mind waiting for. Nobody was in line. All of it was cold, the fries sucked, no extra tartar sauce on the fish filet and it was old and hard and cold, and the McDouble had only Mac sauce. Our food took 30 Minutes to get to us. My meal had no sauce package which was CLEARLY listed on my receipt. On top of that my caramel latte had NO caramel in it. It was just a regular ice latte. FUNNY thing is, I had to go up and get it which I waited 15 minutes waiting on them. I had the number seat which USUALLY Means they will bring it to you. #72/2022 This McDonald's located in the loves franchise separately. It's a decent McDonald's for the most part fairly clean. I just happen to notice the big billboard for McRib farewell so I decided yep it's time I need one or more whatever I can find LOL before it goes away for good as they say. So they had a special two for $6 that's what I got no onions just pickles and sauce. Delicious like they always are ever since they brought them back a few years ago for a couple of months run till the end of the year. It's nice and saucy the Patty was really good the pickles were tasty. I got a medium fry with no salt although they kind of overcooked those just a little bit to me. And I had diet Dr pepper to wash it down went down smooth. The dining area was fairly clean it's a smaller one because it shares a Subway with glloves inside. Employees were nice they got everything out of the timely manner it was pretty crowded and they were rolling right along so nothing really stood out nothing really stood back. Fast service but needs to be remodeled. They have self serve ordering kiosks (only one works), I did not see a cashier the whole time I was there, so it's possible you had to order by kiosk only. The food was made pretty fast after ordering through the kiosk. The only issue with the restaurant was that the seats need to be renovated. Every cushion seat in the booths and swivel seats were ripped badly. It made the restaurant look like a hole in the wall. Other than that, everything is good. read more

This McDonald's is located inside the Loves truck stop. My husband ordered the Egg, Sausage, Cheese Biscuit combo with hash brown and a Diet Coke. In order to give an honest review I HAD to take bite of his food. The Biscuit was rock hard. The hashbrown was fresh out of the fryer. As far as service, the lady was efficient and friendly. The food was handed to me right after I was done ordering. Normally this would be great but when they give you a Biscuit that's hard as a brick it's not. It seems the Biscuit Sandwich had been sitting out for awhile. Yes, I do appreciate fast service but not at the detriment of the food quality. The McDonald's inside was relatively clean. read more

It is rare to find a clean and professionally run McDonald's. Food was hot and good, but the most important thing was largely in line: they apparently clean. I don't eat there if it's not clean (well over half the available tables are properly wiped down with a clean rag, no streaking, etc.). I hope they can keep it up. Most McDonald's seem unable to keep it up after getting to a clean state. read more

Came in this morning and ordered 2 McDoubles, a large fry and a drink. Left, got down the road and opened the bag and only 1 McDouble and absolutely no sauce on the side like I asked the woman (that carries herself with a bad attitude and should not be in customer service) that took my order. Fries were so soggy they were disgusting. It's pretty bad when a person pays to basically be robbed of what they ordered by the business. We stopped here for breakfast on a road trip. This location is close to the freeway, so it is convenient for a quick on and off. This McDonald's shares a building with a gas station and a Subway. You have to go through the Subway and the gas station to get to the restroom. The restaurant was fairly clean, but the tables could've used a wipe down. We ordered a big breakfast for hubby and little one to share, as well as a biscuit sandwich for me to eat. Biggest downside- the A/C was on full blast and it felt like a meat locker in there. Overall it was a decent place to stop for a quick road trip breakfast. read more

Friendly service, although my order was pretty simple: two double cheeseburgers, no onions, no pickles, and a medium fries. I like to order medium fries because it makes no sense to do so, unless you are trying to feel virtuous about not going cray and ordering the gigantic, but not being obviously silly by ordering the small. Because, in the end, it makes better economic sense - - unless you are economically or mathematically challenged - - to order the largest portion. Math...it's sorcery to most. Clean facility, nice folks working here. I saw Jack Daniels five times in the guise of five separate people in the eight minutes it took to order, pay, receive my grub, and decamp. Not sure the two bearded females were Jack or members of his lineage, but they could make bank as proxies in the documentary of his life. It was like that. Very colorful store. I liked it. Thank Zeus for the billboard alerting me to its presence. Because I was 57 miles away from walking, according to my dash HAL 2000. I'm convinced that automobiles are conspiring to make us feel inferior, so I strive to keep my gas tank near full. If you run out of fuel, that's on you. Just sayin'. The fries were typically exemplary, the cheeseburgers were assembled haphazardly. The ketchup should be on the inside, not squirted on the wrapper and spread all over the bun. This makes for messy road food and hazardous navigation. Unless you eat the items in the store or parking lot, which, obviously, is for non-ambitious travelers. Which ain't me. I peeled off two yards of Bounty and took off west bound on I-24, at a judiciously quick clip, and dabbing fancy ketchup off of my nose. That wrapper was a mess. Your options are sparse in the area. This option is not your worst. If you are pining for McDonald's, stop in and procure some grub. read more

Ordered the big breakfast and they didn't want to give any ketchup for my hash browns had to wait 5 minutes being persistent to get ketchup. Kids ordered big breakfast and wanted an extra syrup as they use it on the biscuit as well as the pancakes. Staff refused. Spent over $50 and one syrup was not allowed. No butter or jelly or even honey given for the biscuits. Very poor customer service. read more

Me and my boy had to make a quick stop on a road trip and figured we would have some food. When we went into the Mcdonalds it was extremely dirty, reminded me of my ex's live life, messy. We wanted a snack to hold us over until we got to WhatABurger in Nashville. Ordered two shamrock shakes, two burgers and 2 double burger. While we were waiting for our food, the fat snag toothed, lot lizard looking "woman" was loudly bragging about being high on Percocets. It took a solid 10 minutes for them to make the milkshakes, which is literally as simple as putting a cup on the fountain and pressing start, but clearly it was too hard for someone high on the job. While waiting, Snaggle Tooth McGhee over there was obnoxiously complaining about how we were watching them prepare the food. We were on the opposite side of the "restaurant." About 20 minutes after the initial order, an "employee" (probably another lot lizard) yells across the room and asks us if we have our food. She then turns and asks if it's been made yet, to which Snaggle Tooth says no. Long story short, we left without getting our meal because who knows what they were going to do to our food. Then while walking out, we were approached by another customer who asked if our order was also messed up. We said no, as we were tired of waiting and wanted to get back in the road. The last thing I expect from McDonald's is quality, but dear lord, I'd rather push my car for 60 miles than ever step foot in Jasper TN again. I wish the employees would read this review, but unfortunately they probably don't know how. I have spoken and will now forever hold my peace. Thank you. read more

12:15am and there are three customers. It took 17 minutes to get a kids meal, a regular hamburger and a regular cheeseburger. You would think if it took that long, the food would have at least been warm. It wasn't. The ladies behind the counter took a few minutes to argue if the order had been made or not and then they just made it fresh. How did you make it fresh and the burgers were not only sloppy (ketchup everywhere!) and barely room temp??? If 4 adults can't handle three inside customers and a drive thru, I suggest hiring a lazy teenager to help you speed up. read more

This is the absolute embarrassment of a store with a McDonald's logo...put in mobile app order...waited 18 mins after checking in, filing car with gas, cleaned windshield...charged my credit card and then told me their computers wouldn't pull up my order. Called the manager after I asked for a refund and the manager told my wife over the phone of the acting manager "I'm not refunding shit!" From a manager! Very disappointing how manager Sarah handle my friends family with kids order , by making him going back to her register 4- 5 times and by placing in back on the line to take care his order after 20 orders from a bus and still gave him the wrong food . If I could give this restaurant a zero, I would. I just went through the drive-through on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 11 AM. After placing my order arrived at the very first window to pay and there was no one in the window. I sat at the window for five minutes before pulling forward to the next window never once did I see anyone go to the paying window. When I arrived at the second window to get my food I had informed the girl that I had not paid yet she took my credit card and handed me a drink that was half empty and also the cup was all busted in and damaged and the lid will not stay on the cup. I requested another drink with a lid that would stay on the cup from her. When she gave me my credit card back she handed me my food and it failed to the ground. I told the girl I wanted my money back and she went and got her manager and the manager refused to give me my money back or my food. The manager in the cashier was very rude I will never eat at this restaurant again. I do not recommend anyone to eat here unless you are wanting to be treated like a piece of crap. read more
