Food was really good, fresh. However the drink station was trashed, no napkins, only couple of lids. Trash spewing out of the trash. Other trash can completely full while staff stood around watching tv. Seating area was messy read more

I've been a fan of Firehouse Subs for quite a long time. This was the first restaurant I ever went to and I've always had a great experience. The food is always hot and tastes fresh. Firehouse is way better option for subs than Subway or Jimmy Johns. I wish we could get one in Dalton, Georgia. read more

This is one of my favorite places to get a sub, the way they steam them it just adds to the flavors, and the firehouse sauce I always keep it at home and add to a sandwich or other meals I fix! The only problem is its hard to try the different subs because I love the hook and ladder so much I always get that. read more

I have been getting the absolute best subs at Firehouse Subs for years, but the two brisket subs I bought yesterday were the worst ever. I asked for the 12" to have onions and peppers, extra sauce and cut into 4 pieces. I actually received no onions, very little sauce and the sub was cut in half. The 6" did not have the extra sauce I requested either, but the worst part was how awful the brisket tasted. I couldn't believe how bad my sub turned out to be. I was feeding three adults, who think of Firehouse as a sacred treat seldom tasted, and none of us finished our meal. We were extremely disappointed and it may take awhile before we return. read more

I was working in the area and was really craving a sandwich. I wanted a good sandwich but really didn't want a foot long because I'd ate a pretty good breakfast. So I found this firehouse and tried it out. This is during covid which kind of sways everything but they had it going on! Mask and a clean restaurant, the worker were even nice! These folks aren't you normal bad mood food servers! They were all acting like they worked for willie wonka! So anyways, the review- I just ordered the small steak and cheese sandwich, which by itself is a good meal for anyone. It took them a few minutes to assemble it as I was there during prime time. No big deal. It was fresh and delicious! And... and... and as a added bonus they put napkins in my To-go bag which most places don't do anymore. Thanks firehouse. I'll be back. Oh yea. I've always loved Firehouse, but I have never been treated so rudely by staff in my entire life. Tonight a staff member told me the store was closed 1.5 hours before closing time. He later offered me a sauce to try. Their hottest sauce, unbeknownst to me. My mouth was on fire to the point of pain. & I love hot stuff, so when I say I was in pain I mean it. I hope he has not done this to other customers who do not have such a high tolerance for hot and spicy as I do. I will NEVER eat there again! read more

When it comes to chain restaurant subs you can't beat Firehouse. You get plenty of what you came for (meat on bread), unlike the place if famous for their $5 "deal" where you get lots of bread and have the option to pay more for the amount of meat you should have gotten to begin with. Always clean everything is always fresh. Exceptional! read more

we ordered online during a recent move. the subs at Firehouse are always delicious. this time my husband went to pick up an online order and or cops were not in the bag! they were clearly marked on the order and charged to my card. He didn't know what all was ordered.. the employee filling the order should have either added chips to the bag or reminded him the order had chips. Grrrr! read more
