Ordered the Hawaiian Fish Deluxe meal. The fish was good. By itself. Service was good. The sandwich was put poorly put together. Not even edible. I picked it up the first time and the fish literally slide out of the buns. There was SO much sauce / Mayo even the hard old cheese slid off the bread. I tried to take a bite of bread then a bite of fish. Gave up and just ate 1/2 bun with just fish. I won't use the drive thru here again. First time at this Arby's. read more

The cashier brought the food out to the disabled gentleman across the aisle server -style and thanked us later when we left. Even though there was a line at the drive thru, our family size order was correct and ready within 65 seconds or so. It was completely clean and new, even the bathrooms. my family and I had been eating at Arby's in Jefferson store number 5659 and we were shocked that the cashier was so disrespectful and rude to us First time ever. Don't know names but the date was Dec. 26/23 around 11am. The cashier did not have the best interest for the company due to her attitude toward the customer. She didn't answer questions about our food so we got the wrong fries . This cashier needs to be fired because she do not like her job at all. The manager was no better she had to finish the order. I told the manager about the cashier and she condoned her actions plus she was upset because i told the cashier she was rude. The manager didn't say a word. I assume they owned the place. After years of visiting Jefferson we've never had a problem. We drive from Athens to Jefferson to eat there. The manager on duty should have addressed the situation but she did not. Both need to be fired. The man in the back was laughing with the manager so he needs to be fired too. A non caring group who can give the company a bad name. Arby's is great but this group was terrible together. Please understand me and my family frustration. Thanks. read more

01/11/2020 Had to get something fast, Ya it was fast alright. Everything was in the bag b4 I got to the window ya know. Nice and nearly cold. Of 3 items ordered 2 were correct. Got lucky there - right? All 3 items looked funny and misshapen from being squished into the bag I guess. How do ya squish a sandwich simply setting it into a bag? Must have a training class for that. They must have been low on Brisket because it appeared to have been partially substituted with reg roast beef - not cool fool - we're not nearly as stupid as the people who pull stunts like that. Had it not been a tornado / storm alert I would have went straight back there and got a piece of a managers backside. Why ya subbed a reg roast beef with a chicken sand for the 2nd sandwich is beyond me. Must've been that fool who bagged that one - squished it properly into the sack I must say. 3rd sand was the correct type - just almost cold and plenty of squish factor. Daughter did not recognize it at first. Nuff said - yall failed last night at Arbys. Normally this location is OK/ GOOD - maybe it was the full moon behind all the torrential rain. I'll be there again sometime - no more drive thru here though. I'll need to ck every time from now on. I'll ck the shape/ squish factor and the temp. No pre-made cold n nasty for me. Stopped here for lunch to try the Miami Cuban sandwich. Service was polite and friendly even to the point of recommending the senior drinks. Great, nice to know it shows. The sandwich was a very decent Cuban, not the best Cuban you will ever have unless you reaallly need to get out more but still had all the basic ingredients. We did order those horrid little chemical tasting curly fries as a side. I swear it's a toss up between Chic-fil-a's mushy tasteless waffle fries or Arby's curly fries as the biggest slap at potatoes' dignity. Somewhere there's tater technicians laughing up their sleeves at Americas dining public's ability to eat anything called signature. But all in all a good experience and I'd do it again, including the horrid little curly fries. read more

I went to this Arby's twice recently. The 1st time I ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss no sauce. I get home to find not just sauce, but extra extra sauce on both sides of the bun. After awhile, I decided to try out their most basic item, a classic roast beef. They can't mess that up, right? The lady specifically asked if I wanted sauce, I said Arby's sauce. I get home, no sauce in the bag. If you decide to eat here, double check everything before you drive off. I probably won't return. read more

I was actually looking forward to a nice meal at the Arby's restaurant. The only problem was after my order and my first bite into my Greek gyro, which from other Arby's has been delicious, I was astonished to discover it was still half frozen.
