On a scale of one to five this place is a solid three ! It's McDonalds so don't get your hopes up that it's gonna be anything more than a roll of the dice on how good or bad it will be. I visited this location 3 times in 2 days and found consistent service and atmosphere both days. It was loud .. actually very loud and it was the employees that were making all the noise. The behavior and vocal tones of the employees seemed like they were all just hanging out having a place to display and discuss their personal issues and we were all stuck dealing with listening to them. The ladies bathroom both days was in desperate need of attention... perhaps if the employees were actually working instead of standing around talking - the place might have a better atmosphere and presence. Except for the coffee- I would not recommend this as a place to go grab a meal unless you ate in your car. It was not a pleasant atmosphere. read more

I ordered $25 worth of food today. At the window, I realized an order of FF and a McDouble were missing. I was told that since the FF were left off my order (by their employee) I would have to drive back around and order and pay for them. Two different crew members and a manager took turns rudely telling me I would have to drive back around to get my FF (while the rest of my order gets cold.) I said I don't care about the FF, I just want the rest of my order. I never did receive the missing McDouble I had paid for and was left out of my bag. I will never go to this McDonalds again. They were very rude. They were so hung up on the policy of making me drive around again to pay for FF that they left off my order that they did not bother to give me the other missing item that I had paid for. Zero stars. This was by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Tried ordering through the screen things bc no one was at the desk to help us. Everything was fine until it was time for payment, neither of the options worked. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to come over and no one did, so I had to yell into the back for someone to come help me. This lady came and asked what I wanted and I told her the payment screen wasn't working, so she said I had to grab one of the table things and scan it to pay. So, she handed me one and I scanned it but it still was not working, so then she went and got (what I assume was the manager) and she was very very rude. She gave me this attitude and was acting like it was my fault that the screen wasn't letting me pay. She told me I'd just have to order at the front desk and so I asked her if I'd have to reorder everything or if I could just pay. And she said "yeah you would have to reorder everything." So I then asked her if she was gonna take my order and she just walked away. So then the you get worker had to help me. It was overall such a bad experience. I ended up messaging corporate to leave a review but I never heard back. I don't expect good service from a fast food restaurant like McDonald's, but this was just the worst. read more

It's been YEARS since I've had a meal at McDonald's. I've enjoyed the occasional french fries, McFlurry, and chicken nuggets, but those moments are so rare in between that when my coworker wanted to grab a quick lunch at McD's, I have to admit I was a bit excited. I was a big McDonald's lover when I was a young girl. In fact, my parents told me that my dream job was to work there at one point. (Not the most ambitious dream, I have to admit. Lol!) Fast food has changed a lot over the years, now focusing more on quality and healthier options than just a quick fix for hungry patrons. The menu is no longer cluttered with too many choices and fresh ingredients are highlighted from all the bright pictures. I ordered the Artisan grilled chicken sandwich meal that came with a side of medium fries and a medium soda. Of course, the fries were bomb. No matter where you go, you always know the taste of McDonald's french fries and they are just as addictive as the first time you tried them. However, I can't say I was a big fan of the sandwich. While the tomatoes and lettuce were vibrant with color, they shone with a greasy sheen that made me queasy just from looking at it. The chicken patty was really mushy and tasted gelatinous when paired with the oily pepper jack cheese while the buns were also greasy. I ate most of the fries, but the sandwich was definitely left unfinished to spare my poor arteries. Can I say I was surprised about the sub par food at McDonald's? Definitely not. But did I expect something edible? Well... I don't think that was that difficult of a request. I guess from now on, I'll just stick with the fries. At least they always seem to make those right. read more

Service is pretty slow, I've been to this location a couple of times and I can say they definitely have a habit of getting an order wrong and also on certain occasions they've gotten my order wrong and refused to fix or refund it. I'll probably keep to better locations in the future. read more

This McDonald's is absolute shit. Went to this McDonald's to pick up a door dash order. They shut and locked the door in my face when I went to walk inside. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes, no one answered, so I pulled up to the window. Started to talk to the person at the window and him and 4 others walked away talking about someone screaming outside. Looks like someone quit during their shift. There was a line of cars behind me. If I could give this McDonald's zero stars I would. They never have the same promotions as other McDonald's. That's always been annoying but since this McDonald's is the closest to our house, we go back. Today we went to get a sausage biscuit and they say they don't do breakfast all day like other McDonalds do. That was fine we picked something else. We get up to the window and they don't take a $100 bill. There were no signs saying they don't take large bills. It's money!!! It's the only cash we had and the banks are closed. I honestly wish I took A picture but after taking my order with supposedly the manager he screwed my order up while trying to place the order in the drive-through and once I got to the window it appeared that he was extremely sick with a bottle of DayQuil sitting at the window with him he had on no mask and then as I insisted that I wanted to pay with Apple Pay he tried to take my phone! once I got to the next window I advised them of the fact that he was under those conditions and they advised me that he was the manager and that it was nothing they could do! With Covid and everything else going around I won't be returning to this location and you should spare yourself the disappointment and carelessness for sanitation! read more

Seemed like an obligation to take my order. Then there's a man standing right by the wall on the outside behind their drive thru menu board asking for money. It was dark and I didn't realize he was there until he said something to me. Confirmed if sauce was in the bag before departing, was told it was in the bag to get home with no sauce. No ice cream.... Third time. All I want is a flurry or a caramel sundae but nope. No ice cream today, no ice cream last week, they did have it the week before that on Wednesday but not on Saturday. Today my family and I stopped for lunch to dine in at this McDonald's location. There was a young gentleman working there named Solomon and he was extremely nice and I accidentally spilled my coffee and he insisted to clean it up, and actually went and made me a new coffee even though it was my fault. Also, as we arrived, another co-worker was belittling him and it was so rude to do in front of guest, and that is wrong to do to someone who is a great employee. Every time we've had an encounter with Solomon, he has been very nice to me and I think he deserves way more respect than what he received today. So the five star is for Solomon, and being rude to a co-worker and putting them down gets no stars. read more

If you can help it DO NOT GO HERE EVER. I went to this McDonald's to get some food for my Daughter. What a mistake this was. I've been there before and just about every time they messed up the order. They can take the order and the payment but when it comes to delivering on the order that's where they aren't able to get it. I don't know if they just don't care or they are just inept. I went through the drive through and ordered a drink, two McDouble's no cheese, no onion and extra pickles. I paid and they made me wait in a holding spot for over seven minutes to get the food. Hamburgers and no fries. I went in to get the fries. I came back to the car and left that was when my daughter informed me the burgers both had cheese. I had already spent over15 minutes getting the food which was not worth it in the end. I called to complain to the manager all I got was an insincere sorry. I call McDonald's corporate and was told they can't do anything. They apologized. In the end I had to bring back their crap to get my money for just the burgers. They should have refunded the whole amount of my order and made some attempt to make it up to me for my wasted time. read more
