Food was good, store/ cooking area was disgusting. The service was just terrible. Me and my fiancée order it through the mobile app, which means I've already put my card information in and paid about $30 for everything. Well, it told us that the food was ready to pick up, my fiancée walked into the store to get the food and came back out saying "they told me that they don't have our food" so I went in there showing proof of the order on my email and my app. The manager I'm guessing gave the worst attitude towards us literally throwing out food together. Working in the food service industry myself, I try not to be too critical of any experience because I understand there may be circumstances outside of control that may be a factor. What I am critical of is how those circumstances are dealt with from a customer service standpoint and the lack of information I was given as to why I never received my order this morning is the reason for this review. I live about five minutes away from this location and placed an order through the Taco Bell app so I could pick it up on my way to work this morning. I got to the drive-thru and after a few minutes of not being greeted at all, I decided to park and go inside to pick up my order. Despite the app showing an 8am opening time and the door showing a 9am opening time, at just after 9:30 AM the dining room doors were locked but an employee who was cleaning the dining room let me in. He said he wasn't sure where the cashier was but that the drive-thru was open. I told him I had waited at the drive-thru for a few minutes but nobody said anything so that's why I decided to come inside. Another employee came out of the restroom and asked me what I needed so I told her I was picking up my online order. I heard her telling someone in the back that there was an online order then she told me it would be about 5 to 6 minutes before it would be ready. After being let in by one employee who disappeared, then sort of helped by another employee who I actually saw get in their car and leave, I waited another 10 minutes for my order that was supposed to have been ready within 5 to 6 minutes without seeing or hearing another employee at all but finally had to cancel my order and leave otherwise I would've been late to work. If someone had just told me what was going on from the beginning (understaffed, miscommunication, etc) I would've understood and been able to make a decision quicker instead of wasting 15 minutes and almost being late to work while waiting for an order that was never made. I'm going to go easy in this review, because I may have just caught them on an off day. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. However, thy were severely understaffed when I visited, which was at a peak time when they should have been fully staffed - Sunday at lunchtime. As a result, I waited nearly half an hour for my food. The queue behind me of people waiting for food was at least 6 people deep. Then, when we got our food, we were not comped anything on the meal or given something to ameliorate the situation. Just a simple "sorry for your wait." All I can say is "sorry, that doesn't cut it." I will probably not be back. read more

My husband and I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and never even ordered. This is the first and last time trying to go to this Taco Bell. There were maybe 8 cars in line in front of us when we started, we were 3 cars from the order. How it takes 20 minutes for 3 cars is beyond me. I pulled into the drive through at about 5:30 PM. I finally got my food at 5:53 PM. I ordered just a couple things but this branch always seems to take forever. So I finally get my food and the food is correct but the amount they charged me is wrong. The items listed on my receipt aren't even what I received. I guess I need to call and complain. I always have issues at this Taco Bell. Every time my boyfriend says no sour cream they add it...even when the receipt says no sour cream. Last time I ordered for my boyfriend the latest $5 box. From sitting in my car the picture looked like it had sour cream in it. So I said no sour cream. Well it was some kind of avocado ranch or something. Well I get home and there's the ranch but what I thought was sour cream. So I go back and spent 10 minutes explaining to the drive thru girl and then the cook that I didn't want sour cream. They kept trying to tell me but it doesn't have sour cream. Which okay it's not sour cream but none of those idiots explained that to me. If the drive thru girl would have explained to me it was ranch when I said no sour cream the whole ordeal would have been avoided. read more

After explaining the problem to the manager he allowed me to park and came outside with a clipboard and took down my order himself. Even threw in a free drink. Everything came out to perfection. I went to Taco Bell last week and ordered $40 worth of food and something was wrong with everyone's order so I had to cook after spending $40. I called and gave them a chance to fix it and they said they would replace the order do to so much being messed up! I went in today when I was back in the area and they only replaced what I had written was wrong on my receipt not the whole meal making me spend more money. I've been to many Taco Bell's in my life in many different states and cities, but this Taco Bell was by far the best I've ever been to. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. The service was lightning fast, got my food in under 60 seconds from the time I ordered. The ingredients were generously piled in; lots of meat, lettuce, tomato and sour cream was in my tacos. Overall the best Taco Bell I've ever experienced. Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a quick Mexican meal! read more

I went into the dining room of this Taco Bell on Sunday 10/18/20. When we walked in and the lady at the counter looked at us and turned her back. She began to wipe the dirty trays off. We stood there until the manager walked by and asked if we needed anything. We explained that we were trying to pay for our meal that we had placed at the kiosk. He looked at the lady and she just stood there. He then took our money and apologized for her behavior. I explained to him that I felt like it was the shirt that I had on because we were on our way to vote. A girl went to the people that were going to prepare our food and they started laughing. I asked him to make our food so I could watch it being made. HE TOLD THEM NOT TO MAKE OUR FOOD THAT HE WAS GOING TO MAKE IT. They did anyway. The lady started fussing at him because I would not take the food that they had prepared. He explained to her that he told them not to make it. I could not see the food being made by them and by their laughter I was not going to eat it! I have tried to call the store and they have an automated machine that will not take calls. I DO NOT SUGGEST EATING AT THIS RESTAURANT. I'M NOT SURE IF IT WAS MY SKIN COLOR OR THE SHIRT I HAD ON. Worth the wait.although a long line the food was excellent. This taco bell is always busy the food portion was really good tacos filled to the top. The nachos had plenty of toppings. Everything was fresh and hot. A good place to eat.employees very nice and friendly. read more
