It's McDonalds. Nothing much interesting. Food, awesome. But when it came to ordering, not so much. I legit went in with a "Free Med Soft Drink with Premium Sandwich Purchase" coupon so I asked what a Premium sandwich was. He kinda thought about it, so I waited and about 15 secs until I asked again, and he finally pointed to the menu at the burgers and meals. I personally thought that was pretty odd. Waited in line for 10 minutes. A couple was ahead of me and had trouble ordering because there is a language barrier with the employee helping them. Then when it was my turn the clerk was pulled away by another employee without me being acknowledged at all. Worst service ever. read more

It's Mcdonalds, you can't expect much when it comes to the food. Knowing that, I've never had a problem with any of the food and their sausage mcmuffins are always really good. Even though the yelp page says that they're open 24 hours, that is false. I believe they are open until 11pm, I recall a time I tried going past 11pm without knowing when they close and when I pulled up to the window the employee was just ignoring me without telling me that they were closed which I found pretty rude. read more

There are always teenagers loitering and littering around this area. Occasionally you can find some smokers/vapers. I might have witnessed shoplifting in the gas station portion, though I am not too sure. Ultimately, the environment is not very welcoming. In terms of food, the employees have no idea what they are doing. They messed up on my order (no pickles) and got pretty defensive when I just wanted to notify them that they got it wrong (I didn't ask for a new sandwich cause I just took them off). Those teenagers need to clean up after themselves... oh and stop jaywalking and walking across the intersection when the street light is green. read more

You almost spared yourself this review - I would have let you slip my hook if you'd gotten just 1 order right, but sadly, even that you couldn't manage. I don't expect much from you - just fast, hot food that isn't obviously stale & delivered according to my order. You have completely failed on several occasions. I used to go to McDonalds when I was craving cheap french fries or those little fruit pies you hawk. No more - "McChevron". More than once you have screwed me. AVOID THIS LOCATION! If it was possible, I would rate it with NO stars at all. We were here tonight around 9:15pm. While we were waiting for our food at the drive thru window, we saw one of the female employees (looked around 50 years old and maybe mexican) pouring a shake (strawberry?) into the McDonald's cup. She tried putting the remaining little amount into the cup by banging it on the side, then she USED HER HAND TO SCOOP THE REMAINING INTO THE CUP AND LICKED HER FINGERS!!! When my husband told the female employee (looked around 40 years old and white) when she came back to the drive thru window, she said, "I doubt that that happened." WTF?!?! Why would we lie about that? Why would my husband, who was in his CHEF UNIFORM so obviously he knows all about hygiene and correct food sanitation practices, lie about that? You know she's not gonna do anything about it. Going to report this as soon as I'm done with the review. I hope that Mcdonald's FIRES BOTH of the employees, or at least fires the employee that did that and give a stern talking to the employee that thought we were lying. read more

They closed their lobby with no signs. A long drive thru, and you literally have to walk through the drive thru traffic just to get into the lobby. The front door is considered an emergency exit. WTF is this McDonalds doing? read more

As I was standing waiting for my food, a reddish brown haired girl walked in with loose hair. She stood right next to the French fries and was combing her hair with her bare fingers trying to put it in a pony tail. I about loss my appetite. This is part of a Gas Station but has most of the products McDonalds offers. It is not in the best neighborhood at night and while we were there we experienced a loud verbal argument between customers and staff. Not dangerous - just concerning. The seats need to be fixed - the one we sat at was ripped in a few places. Not the cleanest McDonalds we ever visited. We had no issues with the staff and the gentlemen who helped us were nice and courteous - as was the person who was the apparent young manager. The food was typical McDonalds - OK. I sent my son in to order food. The woman at the front counter was the manager in charge. She charged my don for a large fries that he did not order. He pointed out her mistake and she wouldnt refund the money. She tried to give him the fries, but he said he didnt order them he wanted the money back. She would not give it to him. When I went in to complain she tried to give me the fries too. I repeated that he didnt order them and we didnt want them we wanted the money back. She again refused and I raised my voice and repeated that I wanted my money back for the item we neither ordered nor wanted. She finally gave me my money back without a word, no sorry no I misunderstood, nothing. I cant tell if she was trying to take advantage of a child or she is bad at her job. They do not keep a close eye on the restaurant... teens rolling blunts in kids play room behind tree and I have been here when a bullet has been shot through the store and always a group of trouble makers out side... it's a hot spot for crime. This McDonald's really deserves a 0 star in my opinion. On numerous occasions they have screwed up my drive-thru orders. One time I ordered a chicken wrap with just lettuce and chicken and when I got home I got a wrap with just the lettuce--no chicken. Ordering sandwiches with alterations--is really a hit or miss. Better spend the extra time checking your order or more oftentimes that not it'll be screwed up. read more
