I stopped at this McDonald's in Kingdom City two times on my way to and from the Ozarks. It's clean and the service is friendly. I can't get used to the automated kiosk ordering but what do I know? The Diet Coke was cold and crisp. I had a snack wrap that just came back to the menu and it was fine. I'll be back! read more

Ok. It is 'cD's. But we drove through during lunch rush and got the freshest Quarter Pounder with Cheese we have EVER had, fresh Nuggies, and classic, hot fresh fries! This McDonalds got our order wrong three separate times. We ordered ahead and waited at least 10 minutes for our food. The entire drive through line, including those that hadn't ordered when we arrived, were all served and on the road by the time we got our first incorrect items, then another 5 minutes for a missing drink, and then a turn around a mile down the road for missing sauces. This is the best McDonald's we've ever had. We stop here every time on the way to the Lake of the Ozarks coming from St Louis. We don't know what their secret here is but everything at this McDonalds tastes better than other ones. The buns seem fresher, the food somehow tastes better, and the fries are usually hot fresh and perfectly salted. In our family we all always say this is the best McDonald's. We wish the ones in St Louis could match this one. read more

We stopped by here for takeout and to use the restroom. My wife said that the women's restroom was dirty, but I can tell you that the men's restroom was in pretty good shape. We ordered the cheeseburger bundle deal. The McNuggets were good very well and so were the cheeseburgers. The fries were done the old fashioned way by being crisp and salty just the should be from a McDonald's. Overall, it was a good experience, but cleanup those restrooms. read more

It took almost an hour (53 min) to get food Dec 18,2024 7:43 pm. Wait order lots and app lots all full. Line was wrapped around, I was second from window, was 30 minutes to get there. The manager was real short with us, she said for us to drive back around and find a park. Why didnt they just stop taking orders? How did they get in this pickle. They refused to refund money, people got out of their cars to get refunds but the very young girl manager said she dont give refunds. This was not the first time for wrong orders and long waits. Why? Fast food...The night worker was not wearing a reflective vest taking orders to park cars and since cars were driving around and peeling out because of the wait that was a very unsafe protocol not to enforce... read more

Look it's a McDonald's so when I give it five stars it's not for fine dining. I'm just saying for McDonald's it's one of the best. You get your hot food hot and you're cold food cold. You get it fast and you get it in a number of different ways. You can stand in line you can order from the board and pay right there or you can order on the mobile app right at your table. They have every new convenience covered. The other big item is there consistent it's the same every time I stop in here which is one of the reasons I stop. Second reason I stop here is because the place is always clean including restrooms. Final point and this is a big one every employee here has always had a great outlook and been very friendly. I stopped here to get some food on my way to Florida I'm over the road truck driver I've been driving eight years and I've been going to McDonald's 20+ years this is a First McDonald's that gave me my food where the cheese was even a little bit melted any other McDonald's always slap cheese on it cold the food they gave me was fresh the lady at the cashier taking orders helped me get my food and was really helpful even when the inside dining area was close I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and whoever cooked the food five stars is lowballing it The worker deserves a raise for her customer service support read more

Well you know McD's isn't 5 star food, right? I mean it's burgers fries McNuggets. But this McD's gets 5 stars in our book. Why? It was clean, roomy bathrooms, the dining room was OPEN which was great as we were traveling and the dining room at McDonald's on Stadium Dr in Columbia was closed, so no coffee or potty for us. Back to this McD, they made fresh decaf for us, burgers were fine and the people were all nice, friendly, acted like they like their customers! Bravo bravo bravo. Driving right through Columbia from now on! Kingdom City McDonalds is our stopping spot from now on. read more

Order came out quickly but the cashier, who was an older woman sitting down, purposely tried to short my husband our change by counting the same $5 bill out loud twice and then handed him the wad of change. As soon as she saw him counting the money she said "oh , did I short you?" Even though the food was ok I am leaving a one star rating because we don't appreciate someone purposely trying to scam us some money. read more

Cashier taking payments at first window isn't wearing gloves. Is wearing a mask but this is COVID. We don't know if the person in front of us handing her cash had COVID or not. Absolutely terrible service. Not only were they mean, they purposely screwed up my order. The man who handed me my card back shoved it into my hand and when he handed me my food he made some mean comments about my intellect. I came in to order two frappes and lunch. My Husband and I drive through here often on business. Today they refused to make us frappes. They said they had to clean their machine. I just watched them serve their local high school cheerleaders frappes. I guess if your from out of State be prepared to be treated rude with a smile. read more

This is a poorly run store. Check what you get to equal what you ordered. Must be lots of turnover as nobody know what they are doing.
