Mojos is pretty good. I had the brisket plate. The brisket was good. It was tender. I like a little red, but this was well done all the way through. The homemade hush puppies are terrific. I wish all the sides were as good. The fries were average at best. The baked beans I did not care for. They also have a good selection of sauces. The Carolina mustard was the only one I didn't care for. It was too brown. And, just not a great example of that sauce. The place looks like a diner inside. It has some charm! We Love Mojos Barbeque! We had them cater our Grand Opening, I have had their whole smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. The Smoked Turkey was a favorite for our Holiday meal. We stopped by for lunch but found they had breakfast all day. I love biscuits and gravy so I had that. My lunch/breakfast was great biscuits and gravy with sausage. Just the way I like it. My husband had a full breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. It filled his plate and so did mine. The restaurant was clean and everyone was pleasant and checked on us a couple of times during our meal. I recommend this restaurant for a nice breakfast meal. The bbq smell was mouthwatering and we decided we would come back and order bbq next time. I could see the kitchen from the front counter and it looked spotless. Take a day trip to Fulton and tour the sites and visit the brick district downtown. It's worth it. read more

This is a keeper. It really doesn't look like much, but it has been one of the best meals of our trip. The owner is friendly and the food was delicious. We go often on Fridays for the catfish specials--you can get 3 pieces of fish and two sides and a drink or two ribs and 2 pieces of catfish. The catfish is wonderful and the ribs smoked, moist, and tender. Love the sides--so many choices. Slaw is a must and the homemade chips are delicious. I like the okra and fried pickles as well as the baked beans. And, the sweet potato fries are great. If you like hush puppies, they are tasty. The sole eatery off a random highway exit... turned out to be a "hidden gem." Our Family of 5 ordered various items to include a few pulled pork sandwiches. They were delicious! Nice fresh bun. Overflowing piles of meat that was tender, smoked and full of flavor... and that's before you add the sauce which made it that much better. Ok so the bbq is their specialty, but I didn't see anything on the menu that wouldn't be good. There were many items including burgers, phillys, and dogs fresh from the grill. So about the bbq... I had a Double your MOJO plate with pork and brisket. AWESOME flavoring in both meats; my sides were the housemade chips (delicious) and the spicy corn nuggets. I was there with some friends and one had the fried bologna sandwich with sweet potato fries; he said it was great. After the double meat plate unfortunately I didn't have room for any dessert. Just came back from southern Oklahoma. They kept bragging about their bbq. Nope. Mojos has great smoke and the pork and brisket is succulent. They are the only place that I use mustard (Carolina) sauce- peppery kick to go with a tangy mustard flavor that doesn't over do it. read more
