Went to McDonald's drive thru yesterday and witness a manager Erica screaming at a customer whose car stalled in the drive thru. The poor lady was trying her best to move her car but the manager clearly had no human decency to be understanding. As someone who has gone through something similar I honestly felt bad for the lady. Erica continued to scream at her to move and had everyone in the drive thru roll their window down so she could tell us that it was that lady's fault. I can understand it could feel frustrating but the level of disrespectfulness was unneeded. Wish yall would hire someone to lead the team with more compassion. Employees stated it wasn't the first time she's been disrespectful to customers and the employees. read more

This McDonald's is better than most in the area. They use people in the drive through that speak English and that helps considerably. I always consider this when leaving a review because it's hard to communicate with traffic, diesel pick ups in front of you and an added language barrier. Brought my 2 year old granddaughter to this McDonald's because it is the only one close to us with a play area. I have been here for almost an hour and the play place has been closed for a managers meeting. There is another woman with her 2 children and one of them is literally sobbing. What is the point of having a play area if the management team uses that as their meeting place? I have been in the restaurant business for 20+ years and would never treat my patrons like this. It's McDonalds. What can I say. Well, I can say that I've only seen it dirty after a rush. Sometimes the drink station could use a little more attention, but maybe the person right before me did that. The kids play area is clean. The bathrooms have always been clean. The food we all know. The only thing is the Vanilla Ice Coffee is never consistent. One time I got a grilled chicken patty only to go. I got to my car and looked at it. Very small. I was kinda mad. I The shift manager saw me come back in and came up to me before I even said anything. I said this is like half an order. I sent an email to their corporate office but did not receive a response until I sent a second email two weeks after the first.I guess everyone associated with this company needs a class in customer service.
