Absolutely the best Pho I've ever had. The broth was outstanding!! Spring rolls and Egg rolls were terrific. Vermicelli Beef was great too, get it with the fried egg! Hot Jasmine green tea w/ginger & honey was very good. Vietnamese Coffee was excellent. Don't pass this place up, the name is a little confusing but honestly is the only reason why I was able to get a seat at lunch today. Absolutely phenomenal! read more

When you step in, the smell of sweet waffle batter reminds you that they serve freshly made bubble egg waffles here! But drinks, spring rolls, banh mi, vermicelli/rice plates are also their jam. Definitely on the pricier side for Vietnamese food and not truly authentic (but guess it's pretty far from Alief / Bellaire here), but I enjoyed the flavors anyways! ** 5 spice tofu vermicelli: this beautiful plate came with big fluffy pieces of tofu that were nicely fried, but the tofu itself had only a hint of the 5 spice flavor. It came with a very sweet, light fish sauce (?) that amped up the flavor, and there are sriracha and hoisin sauces on each table if needed. The medley of carrots, cabbage, and cilantro added some crunch and color. It wasn't oily or overly filling, and I'm happy I tried it :) ** BBQ pork banh mi: solid banh mi with some pickled veggies inside. Take out the jalepeno if you don't like spicy! The pork is a little on the fattier side. We added a fried egg as suggested by the staff (man, eggs are expensive right now!), and it was a little overcooked since we usually like the slightly runny yolk for banh mi. The bread wasn't overly crispy that it poked the roof of your mouth. ** Shrimp tempura: more of a fried shrimp than the Japanese tempura style, but still tasty! These came piping hot with pickled carrots too. Doesn't taste very "shrimpy," which may be good depending on who you ask. It's a clean and sort of fun, airy atmosphere. You order at the cashier first and the water, utensils, boxes, etc are self-serve. The staff were friendly. Definitely bring a jacket-- they had fans circulating cold air and it was chilly! Would return for their lunch offerings if in the area and to try the drinks and bubble waffles :D read more

Stopped in here to get a drink and loved my order! We did take out but the ambiance here is super cute and it looks like they have a lot of great food if you are looking for a sit down lunch. We just ordered drinks to go-- I got the organic coconut water with jellies. I'm usually not someone who likes the jelly inclusions in drinks , but this was SO GOOD. I finished my whole drink on the way home and was left wanting more. They have a great selection of tea, boba, and juices. I'll be back! read more

Hidden gem in Kingwood. I had Pho with brisket only. The broth had a wonderful rich flavor that I loved. DH had the rice plate with BBQ pork. The pork was cooked perfectly, very tender and juicy. The veggies are so fresh! This is a counter service restaurant with a very comfortable dining area. They even have all to go packaging out for you for leftovers. I wanted to like this place but our experience was mediocre! First for a bowl of pho, 1 order egg rolls, 1 order of spring rolls, a rice bowl and I boba drink, with tip was $70.00. I immediately realized we could have gotten two steak dinners for that price! The place was super busy and the self serve water was empty! After asking multiple times for water we never got it! Our egg rolls taste like they were cooked in oil that was not hot enough so they were extra greasy. For the price the pho was ok. The rice bowl was very heavy on the rice and had a little beef! The boba drink was not pleasant as the boba was served hot in our drink which made the drink warm and tasted like warm melted ice cream. read more

I liked this little place and with a few adjustments, it could be fantastic. The food was good but just lacked a little bit for a 5 star review. The bahn mi had the flavor but really could use more protein in the sandwich. Furthermore, we ordered the pork sandwich and received beef. The shrimp spring rolls were very good and a good deal for three good size rolls. The vermicelli bowl was good and the lemongrass beef had really good flavor.
