The food was good. They gave a decent amount of fries unlike other mcds I've been to where they barely give you any. Don't waste your time. After midnight they pretend the card reader doesn't work and they are only taking cash. This is not the first time. Other times they say they are out of half of the menu. Why stay open 24hrs if this is how your staff is. They try to keep up appearances on the delivery platform, but I wouldn't trust it either. Just go somewhere else. read more

The girl gets my order wrong so the manager, Alejandra, comes and takes the correct order. I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich value meal and instead got a McChicken bundle.. the girl rolls her eyes and yells for Alejandra who refunds me and changes my order. I get home and the crispy chicken sandwich had absolutely nothing on it but a bun and chicken. Much like the McD in Titusville the staff here are so polite. It's probably a southern thing. I'm not used to people being so polite, friendly and smiling all the time. This was a pit stop to get a drink and get refreshed before driving all the way down 95 to Miami. The 1.49 huge iced coffee lasted well into Palm Beach county. The driveway is off of a side street off the highway itself. Due to this it's probably safer to drive around the back to get back on the side street to get back on the highway. read more

Lunch starts at 10:30 am and I ordered at 10:35 and I ordered a number 5 which is a 10 piece nugget meal. The stupid cashier gave me a number 5 from the breakfast menu. Before I paid for my meal, I asked the cashier what I ordered because the price seems wrong. All he did was just ignores me and took my money any ways. It's McDonald's that should be enough said. Don't expect to much. Always seemed to get the special order cheeseburger wrong. Love their ice coffee. They do seem to make the iced coffee right each and every time. Fries are good.They are just salted enough. I think I prefer their breakfast over the other food. I can never seem to get enough of the sausage macmuffins and hash browns. Love them when they are extra crispy and have not been sitting around under the hot lights. The kids love it and that is all the matters. I do enjoy the sundaes though. Their restaurants at least in my eyes do all seem to need to be updated dated. And not so sure that the ball playgrounds are the most cleanest place to bring your children to. Although I sure do remember lovin it. read more

They had messed up my order which is fine, but the approach that both the employee AND manager took was outrageous. The manager was very rude to me claiming that it was my fault that the reward didn't go through, although I have given the code to the employee when taking my order. Also, she didn't properly greet me. She just came up and asked me "What do you want?" I explained to her the problem, that part of my order was missing, and she told me that I have to go make the line and pay for it again. Obviously, I said no, and that I just wanted my sandwich. She then told me twice that I didn't order a sandwhich, when I really did. I don't know why someone would lie about wanting a single sandwhich? She was the manager, which shocked me the most. They also messed up my sundae order, and the employee fixed it after making it obvious that she was bothered. Mistakes happen, I get it. Every time I order theres something wrong. Today, we ordered through Uber eats and not only was there food delivered to the wrong address, but only the drinks were delivered when I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, a filet o fish meal, a 2 cheeseburger meal, a McChicken, and a 4 piece nuggets. All I got were the three drinks. Whenever we call nobody answers the god damn phone. I do not recommend this place at all. If you don't have to go, choose somewhere else. Very fast service, everything was clean as can be, and the employees were walking around asking if anyone needed anything with a smile! Great place left us with a smile. I waited 40 minutes for food last night. 40 minutes with a 2 year old. After 15 minutes of waiting I went inside to see if my order was skipped. And no, they were backed up. The girl at the cash register was very nice and so was the bagger. Very apologetic. Was asked to be patient. After 20 more minutes of waiting I had asked for a refund. And asked why was drive thru moving, but not the inside? I was told they are setup on different systems. So, because I ordered on the app and chose to pick it up curbside I was last in line no matter what (thats the impression I got). So after seeing no less than 20 cars go through drive thru it was very frustrating. And only when drive thru cleared out we finally started getting food. When others food started coming out that came after me I plainly but nicely just asked for a refund. She then got the manager and the manager brought me the incorrect amount of food. And had to explain what the cheeseburger pack meal was. And at the end finally got the order right. So only because I asked for a refund then was I helped. An absolutely frustrating situation, that could have been avoided if customers were helped in the proper order. Oh and the fries that everyone was waiting on was underdone. I give this a 2-star review because I think the food actually tastes really good. I just like to imagine that this could be a really good restaurant that has plenty of potential, but most of the local McDonald's around me and need to hire new employees. The reason I say this is because employees are always messing around on their computers and systems, and most of the time they mess up the order. My mother and I visit McDonald's regularly for an after-school snack, and most of the time they get the meals wrong. The only reason I say this, is because it happens a lot and it even happened recently. I went to my local McDonald's, and ordered a cheeseburger. I said that it was going to be a plain burger, and nothing on it. Just meat and cheese! But instead, I received a cheeseburger that was full of lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and pickles! I ordered a plain cheeseburger, and this is what I received! This shows that employees were paying no attention to what I said, even when I said it clearly and pronounced the words multiple times just to make sure the employees would hear me and actually understand what I was saying. This shows to say that they aren't not taking in anything that comes out of my mouth, and they don't respect me enough to actually get my my order correct. And if you think that this is okay, you are insane and you need to hire some new employees, McDonald's! I give this a 2-star rating, and this shows that McDonald's isn't a very good place.
