There were two choices for bread where they started the sandwich and put it in the oven. I was directed to the next station for all the toppings. I had a moment and chatted with the two employees that were there, and the one at the register asked what I got and if I would be having a drink or anything else. I told them I would take a meal which consisted of the sandwich, a drink and chips. On my sandwich came out they asked how I wanted it and directed me to assign that showed all the topics available. I opted for mustard and added hot peppers. I was very impressed with the taste of the sandwich and the hot peppers added a nice touch that you don't normally get on a Cuban. I will definitely be trying this one again in the future. They have several tables to dine at and there are accessible spaces out front. They have a drink station where you would get your own drink. The app made some things difficult and would not allow customization on some items. One meal I looked at only came with Dr Pepper with no other choice, but you could choose no ice in the drink. Since I can't have Dr Pepper, I went with a different meal. The meal I ordered had the full range of drinks available, but no option for no ice in the drink. This seemed a little ridiculous to me. In the end, I could've got the meal that I wanted rather than the one that I got. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I'm glad I had it but the app needs work. My other issue was that I arrived and had to enter the building to pick up my meal and when all was said and done, it took them 25 minutes from the time they received my order till the time when they gave it to me. Because I was inside, I just took my drink and dumped it out and then refilled it with no ice. I know this was a waste, but it's on them for not having the app set up right and not communicating in house well. Everybody else it was there was clearly not too happy with the length of the weight to get their food. I added a little bit of pico, some salsa Verde, hot salsa, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, red onion, cheese and lettuce.
