Food was fresh and service was fast. This McDonalds is on a small size. When we pulled in -there was a bus in the parking lot. So we almost changed our mind-but we went ahead anyway. We ordered through the kiosk and food came as we were looking a place to sit! The lobby was full of teenagers and I guess teachers-so the place was full! We went through the drive thru tonight. First, the young woman taking the order was very nearly rude. Second, we were told to pull to the third window to wait for our order. And wait we did. And wait. Finally, the order was thrust at us without so much as a sorry for the wait or have a nice evening. Third, my husband refused to eat the chicken sandwich because he said it wasn't even warm and more resembled shoe leather than chicken. Fourth, there were no fries in the bag. There were no fries. Mention I'm from out of town. I pull up to the drive thru, getting our order all together with everybody in the car right? The person/window lady on the speaker says "can I take your order?" I don't answer right away because I'm still getting all the orders in my head to repeat it to her. Literally 2 seconds later, didn't even get me a chance to say ANYTHING, she goes, in the rudest fking way "HEEEELLLOOOO?!" Like everyone else should know if a customer does not answer right away then give them a minute to answer and be more professional with your job, aka taking someone's order. This was such a dirty place! Every table was sticky and there were no customers in there when we arrived. A used cup just sat on an empty table collecting bugs. The trash was overflowing and some of it was even on the floor. I know that when fast food places get busy it's hard to stay on top of messes in the dining room but the employees were all playing around when we entered and no one bothered to do any side work during the downtime. I know the manager was aware of the the condition bc there was an interview finishing up when I entered. The bugs were the biggest nuisance...flies and gnats everywhere. If I could give zero stars here, I would. We travel a lot and get McDonald's whenever we go on road trips, and most of them are pretty good. This one is the absolute worst we have ever experienced. We went through the drive through today, and they gave us our food immediately. They then asked us if we ordered sweet teas no ice, to which we tried to respond "no, we ordered diet cokes". Without listening to our response, they just walked away. They then came back with the sweet tea and tried to give it to us, at which point we again said "No, we ordered diet cokes." There was then a ridiculous amount of panicking and asking supervisors what could possibly be done since the sweet tea had already been poured, because these geniuses could not possibly figure out how to pour out the incorrect drink and pour us a new, correct one. This went on for a while, and then they told us to pull up in front to wait so they could get the drinks to us. They then ended up giving us the drinks, with no straws. We had to go in and pick up straws, tried the drinks - and guess what, it's not two diet cokes. They weren't sweet teas either, they were two completely different drinks that were probably a mixture of coke and sweet tea. Completely unacceptable and incompetent staff here. If you are the owner or managing this place, please consider training a better team. read more

Our order was taken incorrectly, we were overcharged, the staff was rude when we asked them to correct our order, and there was a mistake on the corrected order which required 5 minutes of arguing to get the Dr. Pepper we ordered in the first place. Every time I go here, the order is always wrong. If I want no whip on the frappe, I get whip. If I want unsweetened tea, half the time I get sweet tea which I can't drink. Today is the fourth time in a row where my frappe either has a lid with a crack or is not closed or has beverage in the indentations. Then when I take a drink, it goes down my shirt. This location is by far the worst I have been to. Food is consistently bad such as cold/old fries anD buns. The people are usually rude and take a long time to give you your food. On multiple (at least 5) occasions at night around 10pm my good has been done sitting in a bag at the window while they all just stand around in plain view talking and laughin. They are just cutting up while my food that I paid for sits there and gets cold. The owner of this locations cares so little they should have his/her franchise taken away. They are super slow and after waiting 10 minutes or more, your food still isn't hot and delicious. (There was no other cars behind us waiting for us to get our act together or we'd have been faster.) When ready to order about a minute later the guy says we can't have breakfast. What the?!? They changed over for lunch in less than two minutes and it wasn't even 10:30 a.m. yet when they do the change over so they were running about 12 minutes ahead of schedule. We said she just offered us breakfast and it's not even 10:30 a.m. yet of which then he decided the best thing was to get rude and our answer was to drive off. My husband and I both worked at McDonalds in High school and college and have visited McDonalds Restaurants in every state in the country. This was, without a doubt, the worst drive through order fulfillment we've ever experienced. Everything was correct on the screen. When we pulled to the first window, the woman read our complete order to us before taking our payment and the order was correct. At the pick up window, almost everything was wrong. They handed beverages first and we got a large iced tea and a large Coke. I explained that we'd ordered Diet Coke, not Coke, and it should be a medium as it came with a value meal that wasn't upgraded to a large size. Then she handed me the salad with Southwest dressing. I explained that I wanted the "diet dressing." She said, "We don't have a diet dressing." I told her I'd ordered the balsamic vinaigrette and she gave that to me. On the package it clearly says low fat. Next she handed us a strawberry shake instead of vanilla. Again she said sorry and returned to the window with a vanilla shake. After we finally entered the highway and divided the food up for all the folks in the car, we realized the iced tea was really sweet tea (despite my husband clearly saying regular and it showing up on the screen as unsweet tea, there were only 2 orders of fries instead of three, and rather than using a new cup for the vanilla shake, they simply dumped out the strawberry and filled it with vanilla (there's no covering up that fake strawberry taste) and my boy couldn't drink it. Our visit to McDonalds on Waldron and Kill Something (can't remember the word after Kill) was 7/13 at 12:30ish during the lunch rush. read more

I wait in drive-thru, first in line, and the mike is on so I can hear two of the workers talking, not about business. After about two minutes I ask can I order. The reply. "wait a minute. Five minutes later, I get to place my order. I order a Big Mac combo. When I get home and take the sandwich out. I went through the drive through and the woman ignored what i had said about me not wanting any pickles or mustard on my burger and when i looked in my mcdouble there was something that looked like a burnt small onion but then i saw legs on it and i was OUTRAGED . So I went inside to confront the worker she yelled at me and tried to kick me out of the place and i when gave my burger back and asked for a new one, she through it at me and it was at around 9ish and there were not any one in there to stop the situation, not even the manager.
