This chic-fil-a used to be great, but over this past year the quality has gotten worse and worse. The fries are either soggy, too overcooked/dry, or you get half a box of fries that are just pellets and not full fries. It tastes like they don't change out the oil and some of the nuggets that I've ordered were questionably soft. Some of them I feel like I couldn't eat without risking illness. Placed a mobile order and got to the drive thru and there were two white employees outside who refused to check me in. Both stood and looked at each other and just ignored me...I pulled up ready to say the name on the order and they overlooked me and went to other cars and proceeded to make sure they were taken care of. I had to call in the restaurant to get someone to check me in. Got to the side to pick up my order and was asked are you the one with all the ice cream? I but them for my grandkids but I guess the assumed I was getting them for myself so they stood off to the side to make their rides comments about my purchase. The food is good, as it is everywhere. However, when the manager and one worker block the way to the bathroom, which is already a tight space, with a girlfriend hanging on one and another girl standing next to the other, it's distracting and disappointing. Note to the young staff: when patrons want to sit at the tables, they don't want to listen to your workout routines or have you standing over them. And all of the people trying to go to the restroom on the giver side of you should not have to ask you to move. Very unprofessional here. read more

Love Chick-fil-A but this location is a hassle to get in and out of. There is little space when trying to turn into CFA from the back side, there is either so much traffic or you have to wait till the line shortens for you to even get into the parking lot. This CFA location has in my point of view a big parking lot but it is always packed. This is by far the worst chick fil A location. Around 2 weeks ago myself,My mother ,and my daughter ordered in the drive through . I was in a rush so I dropped my mother and daughter back off and went to my appointments. Once I return home I'm informed my 9 year old found a fly in her sweet tea! I contact corporate and they say they are sorry but only offer a free sweet tea as compensation pretty cheap if you ask me plus my daughter no longer wants tea from them understandably. Never the less I give them anotheattempt. This time they completely mess up our order my daughter didn't even receive her fries or toy with her meal. This is one of several locations that I frequent, and one of the things I really like about this location is that they're always doing something fun that I don't see at any of the other locations I eat at. Out of the six locations I go to regularly, this is the only one that I've noticed that offers various plush cows for sale. I haven't lived in TN very long, but I've definitely made the rounds among Chick-fil-A. I've also noticed other fun marketing ideas such as the current promotion of offering a 4 ct Mini on Monday nights in August from 8-10pm. This is amazing for those of us who don't wake up early enough to go during breakfast hours! I've also noticed various programs to benefit the community such as collecting donations to raise money for backpacks for kids, etc. The service here has been great on all of my visits, and I always receive a warm greeting from a few team members in particular. They recognize me and always go out of their way to say hello. As for the food, I haven't had any problems like some of the other reviews I've noticed for this location. Everything has always been hot and delicious, and it's been served quickly. No complaints here as far as that goes! The only thing I would like to see is more appearances by the cow. Out of the six locations I visit, I haven't seen the cow at any of them in the three months I've lived in TN. This is quite a change from WA where I would see the cow make various appearances, so I'm certainly missing my cuddly bovine friend. read more

I'm a sucker for Chick-fil-A. My poison is a number 3 (spicy chicken sandwich) value sized with a diet lemonade and 3 Polynesian sauces. I like to eat the Polynesian sauce on my fries and spicy chicken, DONT JUDGE ME! That being said, this Chick-fil-A needs some work. 1. The employees here are mostly high school, that's fine, but can they be trained to be nice without being rude? Or even smile when they ask for your payment? I cannot count the times I've pulled up to the drive thru window and had the total barked and me and a bag then thrown at my face. Sometimes I get a "have a blessed day" or whatever the corporate phrase they're supposed to say it. 2. The chicken is made ahead of time, I get that. But can I get a heat lamp on a sandwich? Half the time my sandwich is just room temperature. 3. If I order a "value" size fry, can you please fill it up. I've never received a value fry that is full. Lastly, on my last visit, the girl working the drive thru window (at 9:40pm on 10/6/14) picked up my bag and looked at the bottom because she felt it was wet on the bottom. They need to start taking reservations for the drive-thru... 8:00 at night...EIGHT O'CLOCK - ON A TUESDAY NIGHT! We pull in and the drive-thru line is all the way out to the road. There is not an empty parking space in the lot. I circle back out and come back in - one opens up. I go inside to order carry out - 2 people ahead of me, so good. I get my order and go out. The car that was pulling into the drive-thru when I pulled into my spot was still about 10 cars away from the menu - so I made the right choice by going inside. Most fast food places give preference to the drive-thru and Chick Fil-A is no different, but there was just the shear volume they had to serve. Never had a bad chicken sandwich here. Got one that was maybe a little thinner than usual, but it was still delicious. Food was hot - bun was soft. As humans we all want what we want when we want it - even more so if we can't have it. When do you MOST want a Chick Fil-A sandwich? Sunday when they are closed - right? Here is what I a going to start doing. On Saturday I am going to purchase about 100 sandwiches and on Sunday I will be in their parking lot selling them for $8 each - see you Sunday...
