We received the best service ever at a McDonald's in Lake Havasu City. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meals. They were quite busy, but didn't stop them from working hard providing quick service. You hear the manager in the background keeping the staff in order. I can tell it was stressful for them. They were on top of their game! Whatever I needed, service was promptly on point. I asked for extra sauces and refilled on our drinks. One of the employee came out with a new cup of orange soda handling it to me. It wasn't just a small cup, but turns out a bigger size than expected. Everyone was so kind. Always order through their kiosk for faster service instead of waiting to stand in line. I always take full advantage of it. Good location by the London Bridge. read more

For the most part the staff are alright, usally they get my orders right. My only real problem is the GM who I believe her name is Misty is completly unprofessional. Super clean place Food looked exactly like the menu pic which is a huge plus. Biscuit was perfect, just like one would expect. Flakey, soft, and buttery...yummm! Sorry no pics as I just dove in and finished before I even thought about the pic. Two kiosks to order from, super easy and the monitors were clean. Or you can still order from the front counter if you are not comfortable with using them. Drive through was packed but the staff was operating well and orders were going out quickly. Lots of folks picking up their call in or app orders and it looked like everything was moving quickly without a lot of people standing around waiting. Bathroom was clean and well stoked. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious ( compared to other McDonald's/fast food) and friendly service.. other than that I docked a couple stars because today the gentleman bringing my food to my table with short black hair, ended up with his short black hairs in my fries. I didn't say anything while I was there, but I'm writing this because I hope it finds a manager or corporate representative to make those changes needed here. Perhaps a hairnet for everyone, including males with soft hair to prevent this from happening again. I'm a regular here and would mainly like to see the employees taking a step up in keeping everything an A in sanitary grading. I cannot believe the horrible customer service I received. After about 10 minutes of waiting for my mobile order, I noticed it said "now serving" and my number, but no order visible. I asked an employee and she politely went to check, but this one yelled "if it's the mobile order, we are waiting on hash browns." And then goes back to her phone. I'm updating my husband and telling him how this is crazy she is on her phone like this. And then what do I see? The hash browns in the back, already cooked!!!! I was in town to run in the inaugural Havasu Half Marathon and came here a few times to get something quick and cheap to eat. Each time, I placed my order on their mobile app. I used the drive-thru on one occasion, but normally prefer to go inside to get my food since I'm really not in a hurry. Every employee that I've interacted with were pretty nice and friendly. The wait time was pretty minimal for each visit. The quality of the food was also good for each of my orders. I would have to say that this was one of the better McDonald's that I've visited. read more

This was probably the most popular McDonald's in the area of Lake Havasu City where we stayed! The decor was classic McDonald's with the new self ordering system, prices were crazy high on the meals with the exception of app coupons and value deals, and the service was ridiculously slooow. The self ordering system was a bit to complicated to handle after a night of drinking, so I will say it looked cool, but was too intense for me. I will say it was a nice touch that made the place look a bit more up to date! I ordered to box meal for 12.99, it came with 20 nuggets, 2 Big Macs, and 2 large fries! Dang Gina, that's a lot of food!! It was, and it was hot, and tasty! I will add.. be prepared to drop a decent dime in here, the average cost of a meal was about $8! My advice, have your McDonald's app ready to help you save some coins because the average meal is $8! Also, be prepared to wait a bit longer during high traffic times, things can get a little slow. read more

Came here for breakfast with some friends, and the interior was like no other McDonald's. It was very modern, and they had a nice playhouse for kids The deals were standard for any McDonald's. It was very clean inside. Cleaner than any other I've been to. We got our food very fast. We dined in at this location. The cashier rushed over our food and asked if we need anymore napkins, bags, etc. He was very helpful. They gave us an extra orange juice just for fun. Might have been a mistake or intentional. This McDonald's in Lake Havasu City, AZ is located near The London Bridge Resort, on the cross streets of Swanson & the 95, in between a Red Robin & Chili's. They have a huge parking lot & for a Saturday at 1:30pm, it seemed a bit full. I was planning to take my sisters kids here (she said they had a nice play area, even a smaller area for the lil ones) but I decided to just go alone. I figured the drive thru would be a fast result. This McDonald's has two lanes at the drive thru. I was the next car in line. It seemed like 5 minutes before I rolled next to the ordering intercom. I ask the lady about the happy meal special. She said "Yeah, which one would you like?" I ask for 3 chicken nugget happy meals & another 20 pc meal. I would of appreciated if the lady informed me of the 4 pc happy meal for $3. I ordered the 6 pc happy meal for $5 (not knowing about this new $3 deal they had). At the pick up window, I was asked if it was for 2 girls & a boy. I said, "No, it's for 2 boys & 1 girl". So the lady quickly went to go fix the mistake. As she was doing that, I hear a loud, "Im tryna clean, it's so dang dirty here!" coming from a not too happy lady. That's not something you'd like to hear at a pick up window. Smh lol. Anyway, the nuggets tasted extra lardy which left an unliked feeling in my mouth & the french fries were way saltier than I hoped for. My nuggets didn't feel as hot/warm as I thought they would be either. Also my nephew commented, "Eww, what is that?!" to his bag of sliced apples. I live in Lake Havasu and I have never been to this Mac location. I usually go to the store in the north side of town. I placed orders for our group and when we got our order there were no napkins. Looking around the store I saw that there were no napkins in sight. Also noticed there were no soda machines anywhere and no coffee essentials. Everything has to be asked for by the workers. The problem is that you have to yell into the kitchen to get somebody's attention. The place looks empty and sterile. Should move to the inside of a hospital? I don't know. We were checking out the town decided to grab a bite to eat on Saturday. Not a big order it was under 11.00$. But I was really shocked because the girl who was at the first window was the rudest person I met in lake havasu. When she handed me my change. And then I asked for the receipt she slammed the window in my face. So we had to pull up and wait for the chicken and it was extremely over cooked. The order lines are always messed up , regardless of how many inept staff is at the registers The food is ok, nothing out of the ordinary , tables are clean.
