Evening after Christmas about 8:30. Wife and I went through the drive- thru. My wife's quarter pounder was dry, overcooked and hard as a hockey puck. My McRib was barely warm with very little sauce. I remember when McD's quality was consistent, the food was hot, and they thanked you for your business. Those days appear to be long gone. Ray Crock would not be pleased. read more

This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Several weeks back I went through the drive through & ordered, very easy, 2 egg McMuffin meals with OJ. I notice on the screen she entered sausage McMuffins. I corrected her & to my surprise when I arrived at work, I had two sausage McMuffins. I submitted a complaint & decided to give them another chance. I go through the drive through order the same thing & when I arrived to work & pulled out my food, this was in the bag also, A USED NAPKIN. This is totally unacceptable & unhygienic. I will be reporting this to the STATE. I am also adding that I go early Sunday mornings when there is no one else in the line & the place isn't busy so there is no excuse for this. read more

This is hands down the worst lmk McDonalds I have ever been to. Out of convenience, I went to the drive through with two others Monday morning and it took 5 minutes to take a order for 3 SIMPLE coffees. The next day two of us went through and got 2 simple coffees, and one breakfast meal with no substitutes or anything. The attendant was different but the results were the same. They had NO CLUE and kept asking us questions and asking us to repete. Worst. read more

I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich with extra tomatoes and a caramel iced coffee to give me a boost of energy for my long-drive, considering I was continually yawning. The lovely ladies working today asked if Id like extra sugar added to my coffee since I mentioned how Id like their sweetest iced coffee available. I felt they were very attentive to my requests, supplying me with extra packets of sugar for my coffee, and provided me with a delectable meal. Thank you for a pleasant stop. read more

Gross food, sandwiches not put together well very sloppy, half slice of cheese on fish,greasy fries and dirty areas, managers need to control staff behaviors.one employee was on break and was at counter with girlfriend and her friend in front of me. I waited and waited while he got obnoxious with his girlfriend, he was not a good representative for McDonalds. A supervisor came over and told them to finish their order so I could be waited on then told him his break was up, he asked for more break time which she said no. He debated a bit then grabbed his little pink back pack and stormed off back to work. Man, I would've gave him a permanent break the moment he got insubordinate to me! People I should've got a Delicious Arby's Sandwich down the road, at least I wouldn't have felt guilty eating good food, plus their management and staff are more polite and respectful. read more

Brand new, this is one of 6 McDonald's in Florida with the new "Build Your Own Burger" kiosks and tableside waitress service. It is a 5-star concept with some great servers and neat new eating opportunities within the McDonald's realm. It is not yet a "flawless" service, with learning needed on the part of the customer and the new employees, but it's wonderful to see a 21st century fast food joint and I can't wait to be more "practiced". The drive-thru equates to all McD's in price and service. The inside of this McD's is what's different--more modern, trendy seating (little seating for two but comfy booths, some bar height seating and mod plastic chairs) I was greeted before I inhaled and chose to try the create your own burger kiosk. A young'n was waiting to assist and perhaps overzealously started hitting buttons for me faster than I could absorb, think and learn so I'm sure I'll need more than one lesson. I paid the upcharge for a sirloin burger ($5.89), selecting white cheddar (2 slices), carmelized mushrooms, carmelized onions, tomato, lettuce, pickle and the infamous Mac sauce. There were different screens for each selection. Adding fries and a drink, my meal was $9.14. I paid at the kiosk, received a receipt and buzzer and my meal was brought to me in under 10 minutes. The fries were served in a cute metal basket. I had a choice of getting my own drink or having it brought to me. The burger was delicious though cooked to well done and still a pressed patty. It was more flavorful than FIVE GUYS but not as good as S&L or Chili's Old Timer. It was filling and flavorful (and drippy). The crinkle cut pickles were not tasted---I hated giving up the famous McD's pickle for this upgrade but it was not a choice. There was some confusion on the "artisan roll" I chose vs the one I received. It was still very good though I'm not sure what happened. I was checked on several times by energetic young'ns willing to grab ketchup or extra napkins. They were over mopping and sweeping which isn't appetizing but gave them something to do in the lull. There will be times I want "normal McDonald's" and times the CYT ("create your taste") will be fun. I think the plan will be popular. The parking lot is a bit odd and entry to the highway will take some getting used to. It was fun to get in on the new concept on the ground floor! You should go! read more

So use the drive thru Saturday Night at 8:45 coming home from Disney. No one in the drive thru! Order a number 1 and 9 Bog Mac and Two Cheese Burgers. Pull around to pay woman at the register very kind!!! Now there is a vehicle at the pickup window. They pull up. I pull up to the window. Get two drinks. Now the line starts forming. Five cars behind me now they ask me to pull up. First car behind me sits at the window, they get two large bags of food and move around. Second car behind moved up they get drinks and a bag they go around. Third car pulls up they get their food right away and leave. I pull around to go inside and a woman runs out and says there you are!!! Like I just reappeared!!!! Over fifteen minutes from the time I paid to get my meals. The fries were cold and the burgers were just warm (not hot) like they just come off the grill because it takes time to cook that Big Mac!!! This isn't the first time I have had bad service here but because of the attitude that we received I'm complaining!! Four people were served after me! They didn't just order drinks and move on they had bags of food. The manager needs to staff better and if you cannot staff a drive thru the close it put a sign up please come inside to order! There were three people inside, hardly getting it handed to you!! I don't have too many issues during the day but I will not be back in the evenings anymore!!! read more
