Of course, you can turn the ice cream flavor of choice into a milkshake or malt. I really appreciate when ice cream shops have the malt option as it's not as common anymore but I'm a huge malt fan. They do another odd offering- an ice cream "burrito" or ice cream nachos. The burrito is literally ice cream wrapped in cotton candy, and the machines are ice cream with waffle cones pieces as the chips. Both extremely sugary but could be fun once in awhile. It's always an enjoyable sweet treat stop here- there's not much for seating so it's more of a scoop and go, but so worth it to try out or come back to!

Bruster's seems to be as popular with the Little League crowd as no homework on Fridays. The flavors may veer a bit to the saccharine, at least for the adult palate. And some flavors in particular taste more chemical/artificial than natural and homemade (looking at you Raspberry Chocolate). But if you stick with the basics (chocolate, cookies and cream, etc) Bruster's will satisfy at any age.
