Came in for lunchtime and it wasn't too busy. We were able to order fast and easy. They wait for food wasn't too bad either maybe 10minutes. Now I'm not sure what's happened to five guys but the quality of their food is very disappointing. I haven't been in so long and our food we received just really lacked flavor. No seasoning on the meat and even the toppings didn't help. The hotdog a little burnt on the flip side but not terrible. The fries were fresh fine and so was the Oreo pieces milkshake but the main reason we went is for the burgers and they're are pricey than most fast food so for the quality of them I'm shocked. :/ read more

Food - amazing. Service - lacking. The thing that saved this review from being fewer stars is the food. I just love the burgers, so flavorful and juicy. I usually get the little burger (one patty) because I have to save room for the fries. OMG they are so finger licking good. I get them with the Cajun seasoning and can't get enough. My concern is the service, the guy working the register. I walked in, no acknowledgement. I waited for him to get to the register and log in, then he looked at me with the deadest eyes I'd ever seen. It's a bad time when you place a mobile order for two burgers, let them know you're there, then get ignored for a half-hour waiting. People came in after me, ordered and were served quicker. The guy at the counter apologized, but the manager rudely confronted me as I was leaving, with the excuse "we're busy". And your customers aren't? Poor management. As for the burgers, they're overrated and overpriced. My burgers looked like they were stomped on, with the smallest amount of limp toppings they could find. Middle of the road experience ... One of the drink machines wasn't working at all, no response to touch ... The other dispensed Brown water ... I told the cashier and he said it's cause everything comes out of one nozzle, just run it a bit to get it clear ... Like I've never used one before, but I went ahead and followed his advice and after a minute running the water was clearer, but still slightly brown. And yes, I rinsed the cup several times ... Today was the third time in a year that I've showed up at this location only to find the doors locked any employees just hanging out in the back. Multiple people came and knocked on the door they would not openOr acknowledge anyone. This is the last time I'm ever coming to this place again.You expect better service from a place of charges so much for a hamburger. McDonald's here I come. I should have guessed when I went in at noon and there were no other customers, but FG was always pretty good in the past. I thought $18 for a little cheeseburger, little fries and a soda was kind of steep. The fries were great, but the cheeseburger reminded me of a regular McDonalds one. We ordered our food and we are waiting for our food number to be called up which we were number 21 and they decide to call number 22 and when we went up and asked him about it they gave us an attitude about asking why they called number 22 instead of number 21 and they then claimed that they were busy and they were not really busy the manager or someone an employee stated to me he will give me a refund do I want for your fries do I want anyting and I did not was not trying to get an attitude out of them all I wanted to know was why my food wasn't done and that was it and I asked in a very nice way and I got traded like crap other than that the food came out very good we have never had a problem with the food at Five Guys yacht we will try them again and hopefully and we don't get an attitude next time read more

Five guys has great food. Service is slow because they do things different. Staff is very nice. Never had an issue with cleanness. However, I do think they should reconsider pricing! 1 adult and 2 children a $31.00 bill- this is crazy- no way- they need to consider implementing meals and specially kids meals! I love Five Guys, but this location OFTEN messes up my burger! They are quick to correct my order though and apologize. I just wish they didn't constantly mess up my order (it's not a complicated one....and the receipt/order states what I ordered...they just mess it up). I'll continue going back because the food is good and the place is kept pretty clean. Most go for the burgers but Five Guys has the best grilled hot dog for $5! They split it and grill to perfection. Add grilled onions and the other goodies you like. They provide peanuts to munch while you wait. The place was clean and spacious. Had nice outdoor seating, too. This one is lighter and brighter than the south Lakeland location. We use to love going to Five Guys for burgers. However the last few times we've been there, we've left disappointed. It seems like Five Guys are cutting back some. The little cheeseburger wasn't so little, it was always enough to feed a grown man. Now they're small enough to be a kids size cheeseburger but the prices are still the same. Also they aren't as generous as they once were with the fries. A small fry could feed 2-3 people, not anymore. The cutbacks are noticed and it's disappointing. Service has always been good. But guess we'll have to find a new burger joint. read more

After we ordered I noticed drops of water falling from vent above the area they assemble the burgers. I notified the guy closest to counter that water was falling on food and I guess they had to remake those burgers. Then the hefty girl behind counter had major attitude...
