Worse Customer service ever! Order 5 ice cream cones and they were dripping all over the place when I finally got to the window to get them. when I refused to take them they simply scrap the top ice cream off and top more on top. Was here a couple nights ago with my son. Didnt get everything we ordered at the drive thru window. Even with my receipt in hand, the boy and lady working the drive thru couldn't understand that a shake was missing from our order. It took a few mi m.j utes and eventually we got the shake and for some reason a second happy meal. No idea why, injustice kept asking about the small shake. This location repeatedly disappoints. I'll be going to Rosemount from now on since this Lakeville hasn't been able to get it together for the past 4 or 5 years now. I'm done. read more

We went there through the drive through last night around 7 and there two people working a girl and a boy we went their and we order what we wanted. We pull up to the first window and paid no one said hello or anything just silence. We waited about 10 minutes and we got our food the right order. I got a m&m McFlurry and it wasn't even mixed just m&m's at the top and just ice cream at the bottom. Our sausage mc muffins smelt disgusting and tasted burnt. I just wanted two shamrock shakes and as i was ordering the guy said i am not sending your order please come to the 1st window we then pulled up to the window and the guy super rude goes is this a joke and we said no and he was super rude and then after all that our shamrock shakes came out as liquid the shake maker wasn't working. My son and I went for a long bicycle ride and decided to stop for milkshakes. Because of COVID, the dining room was closed so we rode our bikes through the drive-thru. The First Lady was very friendly. The second, young teenager, not so much. We were scolded for riding our bikes in the drive-thru and told not to do it again. I said well your dining room is closed so we don't have another option. She stated it's a safety hazard. My son replied if our bicycles were motorcycles what difference would it make? Besides that, no sign posted no bicycles allowed in drive-thru! read more

Ordered a small frappe mocha Arrived at window to pick up food and was handed a frappe without the whip cream on top Ask worker about it and she says they are out of whipping cream. Ordered food in the drive thru because I was listening to the football game and ate in the parking lot. When I was finished, I went back in to grab a quick refill. On my way out, a lady who appeared to be a manager proceeded to chew me out in front of the whole store and interrupted customers who were ordering. As I tried to explain and offered to grab my receipt to show my order time (20 minuted prior) she yelled over me so I couldn't get a word in. If there is a policy against what I did (even though I never left the property and only got one refill), I didn't know and still don't to this day because there was no attempt to explain, only an irate lady behind the counter who doesn't care about customers. Haven't gone there since. I have literally gone out of my way to go to other stores to avoid get. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. read more

Associates needs to know that they also have customers inside the restaurant as well. Just standing there and no one is asking if the 3 people in the lobby needed help. Horrible customer service. The drive-thru line was very long so decided to go inside. Waited for a few minutes before l was acknowledged by an employee. He said you need to place your order at thw kiosk if you want to be waited on. Placed my order and could not pay at the kiosk because it was not accepting payments. The employee then had to take my money. If this is the new way for McDonalds then l will not be back. Only two employees there and neither one had any interest in the customers. Cannot blame them completely because not enough staff to serve the customers. McDonald's will need to lower their prices because by automating and doing away with staff their costs are cheaper and they should pass their savings onto the customers. read more
