We waited in the parking lot next to the drive thru for 30 mins for our food, it was 7 pm and 2 cars were in the parking lot. When they got to our car, they gave us the wrong order. Waited another 10 minutes just to get our food. But it was good, so I can't be mad too much. read more

Another McDonald's with their soulless, robotic style remodel. Though, luckily this store still allows you to order in person at a cashier if you so incline. But that whole lobby is just lifeless to eat in. Like your soul being sniffed out by Joe Biden as if you were a 13 year old girl. The food comes at a yet another lacking experience as well, semi-warm spicy chicken sandwiches don't do well with the spice, and they even started only adding but a hint of mayonaise with it. Shiny new building and elaborate landscaping with a built in fountain is pretty fancy for a fast food place. Yet service is still slow, employees are still grumpy and lines are still long. Give the interior designer a pat on the back because this place looks pretty classy for a fast food joint. It's too bad the food isn't as good as the interior design. It's your same 'ole McDonalds. They've put some new flashy technology when it comes to the menu items; it periodically cycles which essentially allows them to put more items on the board without having to make the font smaller. Be on the lookout for those "Choose 2" promotions because you get some pretty neat deals off them. I think people who have access to McDonald's app get some special coupons as well. read more

There are 3 TVs in the dining area and two are constantly tuned to the very politically divisive and oft incorrect Fox News. I've asked supervisors to change the channel and they have refused. Please turn on something less alienating and more enjoyable. Possibly leave the one TV tuned to CNN as it always is and put something different on the other TVs. Even digital signage would be better than this and make me more comfortable eating in the dining area. There are 15 kids in the Playplace. There's no school today because of the credible threat to the schools. A worker enters the Playplace and tells these kids they need to leave because kids don't follow the rules and she HAS to clean up after them. Everyone now has to leave the Playplace or "help her clean the mess they made" during lunch time!! So rude!
