The smoothie I got here may be the worst smoothie I have ever gotten. It was not properly blended at all. It has been sitting out for an hour and there are still large chunks of ice and protein powder making it undrinkable. For almost $11, I thought it would be much better. This place is 5/5 stars for me, no doubts. They offer a selection of salads, grain bowls, açaí bowls and smoothies. They also have a kids menu. Everything is fresh, fresh, fresh. They even make their dressings from scratch daily. The employee who helped me had the ingredients list for my salad memorized and it was a pleasure to watch him make my meal with ease. I can tell the restaurant holds high expectations for their employees with regards to customer interactions and restaurant cleanliness. The employees all had a friendly demeanor. Went shopping at Colorado Mills and saw this place as we were leaving out of the plaza. The restaurant was extremely bright and clean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The food is delicious and fresh. The ranch dressing is house made. It's very light and tasty. The braised dark meat chicken was loaded with flavor. We will definitely be back. read more

I have been to this place a few times now but this last time was kind of a headache. Being served was fast and easy but the to go drink container is awful. It's plastic first of all and the lid does not seal well. It's so bad in fact if you are driving with it expect it to leak. It's a mess. Second of all the food containers lid is plastic but why? I'm guessing cost saving measures but the food is already a bit expensive. (tip food and drink it was about 18) To top off the bad containers you don't get a bag to transport your food. So you need to carry by hand and no it won't go in your back pack safely as the lids are awful so the chances of your food going everywhere is high. So if you are getting multiple meals for friends or family good luck. This in my opinion is a huge negative. Plastic containers + not easy to transportate. The food is decent if your in a rush. The bacon chicken ranch salad was something I'd not mind in the future. The Fresca is alright I can't taste the pineapple but the ginger is there and overpowering any other flavor that might exist. It is low calorie meaning low sugar I assume. Place is not bad and definitely has the ability to become a power player. The Pep In Your Step had mixed greens, spinach, roasted chicken, roasted cauliflower, radicchio, candied pecans, marinated golden raisins, bleu cheese, peppercorn tahini yogurt dressing. Now, I'm not typically a roasted chicken girl out. I had actually wanted to sub it but completely forgot to tell the server. Thankfully, it was the best mistake I made all day! Stopped by for the Yelp event. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I'm glad I did it. Upon entrance I was greeted with a warm "Good Morning!" The place is bright and open. The signs displaying your options are clear and easy to see. I chose to try the Pep in you Step salad. So tasty! The chicken and cauliflower were nicely seasoned that truly I didn't need the tahini dressing. However I decided to add some, and I'm not disappointed that I did! The salad is a good size and I filled up quickly. I also tried their sunshine smoothie. Very healthy tasting. Would like to try others on my next visit, as they all sounded good. Hopefully they will open a location in Aurora someday. If I'm in the area, I will definitely remember to stop by again. read more

Holy healthy goodness! What a way to ring in 2023 and the healthy New Year's resolutions. I'm sure health is a top priority for everyone this new year so why not implement super healthy smoothies and bowls/salads in your routine? I personally tried the Fiesta Bowl and Green Glow smoothie during my visit. I felt like I was being recharged from the inside out while eating both. They were both jam-packed with healthy ingredients. It's nice to feel so good after a meal! The interior of the store is like walking into a high-end restaurant. Had a delightful, filling and low calorie meal tonight at Crisp & Green. Ashley and Alexis (my rockstar chefs for the evening) recommended I try the Pep in your Step signature bowl and I'm so glad they did!!! The combination of the roasted cauliflower, with sweet golden raisins was delightful. I also got the date smoothie and it was so fresh!!! I found out they pit the dates daily, which makes sense because it was so good!!! The restaurant was first founded in Minnesota (Wayzata) and being from MN, it was great to find out and support the home state. Highly recommend for dinner or lunch. My partner and I go to this restaurant frequently because we really like how healthy and fast the salads are. However, there are some things that cause the experience to be a bit lackluster. If you order a salad through the app, the app will not tell you if they are out of certain ingredients and the staff will just substitute without communication. For example, the restaurant runs out of romaine sometimes. We will order salads with romaine through the app, and go to pick them up and they will have spinach or kale instead. This can be frustrating. There is also one staff member, Rhiannon, that goes super slowly when making your food. She can never remember what goes in the premade salads, so you have to read the menu and tell her the ingredients yourself and she always underfills your salads by a lot. I love a healthy lunch option and I was really excited to try this place, but overall I was disappointed. I am leaving a 4 star instead of lower because the service was fantastic and there is a lot of potential. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing? I asked for their opinion between Thai salad and fiesta bowl. He suggested fiesta bowl. I didn't pay much attention to what he was adding as I wanted to get it as listed for the first time. As a healthy place, I would have hoped that it would be loaded with veggies. Instead there was an abundance of rice and not much excitement with textures or flavors but almost felt like an underwhelming chipotle bowl with brown rice because that's all you could taste and the bell peppers were in long strips. (Am I the only one that doesn't understand why fajita veggies can't be cut up if fajitas aren't an option?). Next time, I'd do 1/4 rice and 3/4 greens, leave out the chicken, and be on the hunt for some sort of pickled veggie that would have really elevated it. Next I ordered the Rise & Grind smoothie. Again, I ordered as is. And I should have gone with my gut since I strongly dislike pea protein and asked for that to be left out. It was supposed to be a banana, oat milk, cashew butter, protein and cold brew coffee. I'm pretty sure there was no cold brew (or id ask for extra) and it was only filled 3/4 of the way, which makes me think it was missing the cold brew. Id be happy to try again and I think my review can be taken with a grain of salt depending on your taste profile and like of certain things that I do not. read more

It's like SweetGreen with more ready made bowls to choose. You see what's fresh (which is basically everything) and pick what you like. I found it odd there was no steak option but they more than made up for it with plenty of veggie-protein options like roasted poblano-corn, marinated portabella and pan seared tofu. Be greedy and ask for extra sauce in the side. Their Korean sauce selection is bursting with umami flavor. Their smoothies all come with pea protein, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. This is our second visit to one these restaurants and after our first great experience, we had high expectations. The place, though smaller, is well set up to give a large space feel. It's clean, comfortable and stirs the appetite. We grabbed the same salads we had before, the Caesar and the Southwest, made fresh in front of us. The quality of the ingredients is clear! I also noticed freshly cooked Brussel Sprouts and had to throw those on my Southwest. (The only tweak I'd make to the Southwest is to add avocado and it would be perfect) This is a 'salad your way' at just a higher level. We also ordered a couple smoothies, which didn't disappoint. My wife got the Maple peanut and I grabbed the Date night, which were a nice addition to our healthier meal. The prices are comparable to other salad spots like this, but I'd recommend Crisp and Green over any other if you have one nearby! read more

I love it when I just happen upon a new spot when I am least expecting it. Today that spot was Crisp & Green so, I quickly pulled up and did a quick online search to learn more while I waited for the store to open. It's early and my usual breakfast of coffee was not quite doing it for me today so, I decided to pop in to try a smoothie. The menu is full of very good things for any appetite or eating lifestyle. Warm or cold bowls, salads a plenty, smoothies, açaí bowls and some extras with Frescas and vegan treats. There's even a kids menu, how awesome is that? And of course, a BYO option which is always a good thing. The space is very open, bright, with ample high top and standard seating options. Free wifi and tunes playing at just the right level and little succulents in lots on every table. Be prepared with plastic or your digital wallet - this establishment prefers less contact. You also can download the app and order ahead which is always a nice option. My smoothie was delicious and really hit the spot and now I am stuffed as though I just ate a full meal! I can't wait to come back for a bowl option. There are so many to choose from and ample extra toppings to be added. The list of dressings and vinaigrettes is impressive and I will have a hard time choosing when the time comes! Also; all dressings and agua fracas are scratch-made. Another awesome thing in my book. I took my sweet time crunching down on some fresh radicchio, dried cranberries, wild rice, arugula, and Brussel spouts.. as I watched my husband devour his order like it was his last meal. Lol. Crisp & green is a great healthy food option. They offer a variety of items including, bowls, smoothies, salads, açaí bowls and more. I love the concept of this restaurant, (healthy fast food) but, you can tell this location is new. It's set up like an assembly line. The one guy that was working the line seemed very confused and new. He wasn't sure about the menu items and what ingredients they included. An additional worker had to come over and help him. You have to order hot and cold food separately. Which is kind of inconvenient because the açaí bowls and smoothies (cold food) took a very long time compared to the assembly line hot food. We didn't get our açaí bowl and smoothie until we were half way done with our hot food. We also found a hair in my son's chicken bowl AND one in my daughter's açaí bowl! I don't really take hair too seriously, I think it's gross but,I know it happens and it's obviously hard to prove if it came from the establishment's workers. I did notice that the line workers were not wearing any hair protection though. I think this place is reasonably priced especially for being healthy food. And the establishment is very nice. There is indoor and outdoor seating but, the parking lot is small and shared with other businesses. I thought the food was all very good. I ordered the squash goals bowl and the green glow smoothie. I thought both items were delicious and a good portion. I ordered the kids smash bowl for my son and the s'mores açaí bowl for my daughter. Those were both also very tasty. I normally really this place! Was super disappointed today when I came in first the first time in about 5 months. The counter was disgusting and there was crumbs and food all over it, the tables where customers eat weren't cleaned or wiped down, the drink selection was also empty. The trash hadn't been emptied in forever, and the workers were hiding in the back of the kitchen just yapping. I was really enjoying my salad that I ordered, and then I bit into a hard chicken bone! I almost threw up it was so disgusting. We informed the worker about it and she didn't care at all and just threw it away. I do want to say the salad was really good, but after unexpectedly biting into a large chicken bone I lost my appetite. read more

I usually like this place but they struggle in the evening or something. I ordered a salad with tofu instead of chicken. Got home, had to turn around bc they had put chicken on my salad. I went back and asked for a new salad and they made me one. But the rice in it was cooked wrong and crunchy, and they forgot one of the dressings or something bc my salad tasted totally different than usual. It's been 6 months since my last visit here near Colorado Mills Mall. I got a msg from the business owner about their new fall menu. While deciding what to get, I noticed corporate types checking out this location. The staff person making my selection said the 3rd location in Colorado opened today in Colo. Springs. I compared their menu with the version they offered last year. I always take photos of menu boards. They have reduced the number of Signature Salads and increased the number of Warm Grain Bowls. I got their seasonal SquashGoals salad made with kale, arugula, roasted chicken, Maple roasted butternut squash, apples, quinoa, white cheddar cheese, candied pecans and apple Cider pumpkin seed dressing. Note, not pumpkin spice. My smoothie was the Strawberry Sunrise with banana, strawberries, mango & plain peanut protein. What a great salad. It had plenty of Crunch from the apples and pecans, good greens and tasty butternut squash. I got a small serving of blue corn Tortilla chips for free. My smoothie was good, but not sweet. The dining area is brightly lit with blond wood paneling & tables with white chairs and a green seating bench. They have a promotion running where if you download their app from 10/7-10/21 you will get a free Signature Salad or Grain bowl until 10/31. read more

I tried calling to get this fixed but after 2 calls and no answer - phone just rings forever - I give up. Generally good food here. This place is so great! I love the variety of various menu items and the freedom to create your own bowl. The portions are generous and they make everything right in front of you. I had avocado in my salad and they cut open the avocado right in front of me. They even sliced the egg for my salad right before putting it in the bowl. The whole restaurant is super clean, even the bathrooms. They have so many gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options, too. There is something for everyone here! Don't waste your time. I waited 30 mins for an order they failed to tell me was ready. I ordered an açaí bowl and a Seoul bowl, went in told them I was there for pickup and have the girl with a bunch of piercings behind the counter my name. I sat down at the closest table to wait for my food. 20 minutes goes by and other customers who came in long after me are getting their food. In that amount of time I could have gone elsewhere for cheaper, better service and less time waiting. read more

What can I say, I just love Crisp and Green. Now that they are on my way home I know I can stop here for a quick pick up meal (or meals if I do lunch and dinner in one go) and I am going to be eating healthy and well. My favorite is the Buffalo chicken bowl but I recently branched out and got a Caesar and the squash maple salad and was blown away! I recently tried Crisp & Green and have already been back a couple of times. I'm obsessed with the #squashgoals salad. The perfect combo of flavors! This is seasonal so I'll be ordering it a few more times soon, before it's gone. However there are a lot of other things on the menu that I'm excited to try. I love the concept of this healthy fast casual. I was able to park right in front, service was fast, and the food was affordable and delicious! AND a huge bonus is that all of their take-away containers are compostable. That is something I always look for and really appreciate. I can't wait to try more! read more

I've had great experiences with CRISP & Green pre-COVID (my work was around the corner from one in MPLS and got lunch there at least once a week) but recently went to the one in Apple Valley for dinner and was very disappointed. Service was extremely slow even though we were the only ones in line. The staff seemed more concerned with cleaning up for the night instead of serving their customers and they still had an hour left of open store hours. Not only this but I got an extremely upset stomach from my salad (No Prob Cobb, my usual go-to). I wanted to give it another try since it tasted delish so we went back the next day for lunch. Got the same thing and again with an extremely upset stomach promptly after consumption. It seems to me like their food quality has gone downhill from where it has been pre-COVID. Pieces of food all over the place, on the prep tables, on the area where they put the salads together for customers, pile of old banana peels, apple cores, etc. , floor was dirty, used dishes piled up, garbage was full. Some Drink dispensers empty. Some of the lettuce in the bins were wilting. A piece of chicken in my salad had a big bone in it. I'm so disappointed as I used to really like this place.
