Our food was ready before we were even done paying. It was hot and fresh and very good and also the chicken wasn't as dinky as they've seemed to have gotten the past couple of years which was nice. My husband and I both tried the spicy chicken sandwiches. It was very good, my son had a chicken tender kids meal and he ate every single bite which always thrills me. UPDATE:::: The same woman ended up next to me driving!!. I watched her cut off a car while merging!!!! Woah. I was ordering and it came up different than the menu price and I had some questions I kept saying thank you and the woman didn't respond to me. Just keep arguing and saying it rang up different cost than the menu and nothing she could do. Another man came up to help and I said I'm just trying to figure this out but I'm saying thank you and she won't even reply and he got aggressive with me and said this is my wife, I don't even want to help you. The catering man was great and kind!! As were the employees. Maybe these were the owners. The service seems to get worse on each visit. There's no more "my pleasure" that they're known for. It's been replaced with attitude or annoyance with having to be there. The food can also be hit or miss. The fries will either be cold or just the right temp but it will vary wildly. read more

Chick-fil-A has it down when it comes to customer service, customer satisfaction, and getting the customers in and out of there quickly. I usually like to come inside and eat when I am on my lunch break instead of going through the drive-thru. The drive-thru is always long, but they get them through very fast. I have never had my order screwed up at this place, which is a big plus. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich meal with a Sunjoy tea (sweet tea with lemonade). I use their app and always scan for points, which has scored me a free meal a few times. The inside is always clean although I they should inplement a system where the customer can flip over a card when they are done with their table that says "clean me" (or something like that) so someone can come quickly clean off the table for the next guest. The tables are not disgusting, but I have to search around for one that doesn't have crumbs or just wipe it off myself. The employees here are consistently nice and very helpful. They are accommodating, friendly, and willing to help. I really like this location I wish all dining establishments had the work ethic and customer service that Chick-fil-A strives to provide. read more

Outstanding customer service!!! I decided to swing by the drive through for an early lunch around 11:15 today. The line was not too long and it was only a few minutes to place my order and a few more minutes more to pickup my order. I ordered the chicken nuggets and a side of Mac and cheese. Worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. I ordered one sandwich with a combo & had wait 15-20 min. Was asked to pull forward. Multiple cars went by. They probably forgot about me. My food was cold, wrong order asked no tomatoes and ofc there was. The bread was torn & just completely fell apart. I asked for sauce & didn't receive it. So, if you're like me, you've probably had chicken sandwiches of many varieties and styles in a lot of different places. Chick-Fil-A definitely fits into the mold of "fast food" with the focus being on their chicken, so let's break it down. First, the chicken. It's basically in the name, so it's obviously their major priority. And... it's fine. The fried chicken is definitely the thing to go for, as I wasn't impressed by their grilled chicken (had both on biscuits with eggs and cheese during breakfast). Again, the grilled chicken wasn't bad, it was just okay. You can get sauce to add to it, and I found that they have a pretty decent buffalo dip so I'd recommend that. But the chicken just can't compare to the likes of KFC's flavorful, pressure-cooked filets, or their famous crispy strips. Again, it's absolutely fine, but other than probably having a slightly better texture to the crusty batter I'd put it on par with Wendy's or McDonald's who have decent chicken and a whole lot more to boot. Next, the sides. People rave about their waffle fries, and although I didn't try them in my attempts since I was mostly there for breakfast, I figure they're probably also fine. Waffle fries are a different take on fries that set them apart from the shoestring-McDonald's variety or the fresh-cut Wendy's take on the dish. I have to applaud their originality. I did, however, try their hashbrowns at breakfast and they're basically identical to Burger King's small fried rounds, though I think Chick-Fil-A has a better fryer oil. They were very fresh and good. I also tried their Mac and Cheese and while I'd say it's a little better than the offerings at KFC, I found it a lot better after tossing in some of the buffalo sauce that they gave me. It's fine for fast-food sides that aren't fries, but again, nothing that stands out to any major effect. The service at this location, however, is why they have four stars on this review instead of three. They were considerate, proficient, friendly, and quick. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience ordering and getting my food this morning and that reflects really well on this location as a whole. I've been to one other location that had service just like their food - fine, but nothing to write home about - and that's why I feel they deserve another star. The coffee is pretty decent here as well. I'd put it above McDonald's in flavor and quality. I think Wendy's probably has the best coffee of any fast food joint I've been to recently (and definitely like Wendy's cold brew) but Chick-Fil-A also has cold brew that's pretty decent. Overall, while I wish I could get a KFC filet on a breakfast biscuit with a fluffy scrambled egg, this isn't a bad stand-in. That said, however, I like Wendy's coffee better and mostly go to fast-food joints for breakfast. I wouldn't be against going here, and the service is definitely a plus, but it's not going to be a high priority. read more

The staff here is so sweet and they are quick, but since this is the closest chick fil a to the mountains I know it's the first stop for a lot of folks coming to the city for errands. You might wonder how a fast food joint would earn 5 stars. However, as someone who lived in Hawaii almost my whole life, I've never even stepped foot in a chick-fil-a before. I had no idea what I was missing. The menu includes breakfast, both fried and grilled chicken sandwiches, nuggets and strips, salads and even chicken salad sandwiches. They also have great lemonade!! I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich (deluxe meaning it comes with lettuce and tomato) and a lemonade. I liked that the sandwiches don't come with sauce slathered on them. Instead, you can choose from a good variety of sauces from ranch, to honey mustard and..... Polynesian. *facepalm* what does that even mean?! Having actually lived in Hawaii (part of he Polynesian triangle) I was a little confused. I tried to rack my brain trying to think of what kind of iconic sauces we have and drew a blank. Apparently it's sweet chili sauce.....which is not Polynesian at all. Maybe they should call it Thai sauce, since sweet chili sauce is more common in Thai cuisine than in Polynesian cuisine... Ok anyway, the sandwich was delicious, as were the waffle fries and lemonade. If you eat in, you'll be met with great customer service (they will bring out your food, clear your tables and refill your drinks!). The eating area is also very clean and has nice booths. We stopped here on our way up to Winter Park. It had been years since I had Chick-fil-A. There was a long line at the drive-thru. Not sure if this was because it was Saturday or if this is normal. Either way, the line moved smoothly. They had an efficient system set up that helped move things along quickly. They had some employees with tablets approaching the cars in line and taking their orders. Payment was also done with them. That way when you reach the window all you ah e to do is confirm your name and they hand you everything. The only other place I've seen this done is at In-N-Out in California. I love that system. The staff was very friendly. To top things off, the food was just as delicious as I remember. The spicy chicken sandwich was spot on. I had never had the Mac and cheese before. Wow. Have you ever gone to an eatery and it reminds you of a song? Well this place did! First, I love Chick-fil-A! They can never go wrong with their business model. Every single one I've visited so far has been accurate with my order AND they are always polite, helpful and genuinely seem happy! Second, many times they ask if you want their messed up order. I've had someone there offer me a sandwich that wasn't made correct they caught or a dessert not made correctly. Third, I'm always happy when I go there. I feel happy and cheerful. This last time going through drive-thru, I heard the Cheers theme song! It made me laugh outloud!! This place, and maybe a few others, made me think of Cheers. It isn't a bar, they don't serve alcohol. It was about the socializing, comradarie and how the employees interacted that made me think of Cheers. Specifically the them song from Cheers. "You want to be where you can see troubles are all the same, you wanna be where everybody knows your name". I love the feeling and overall happiness I get from going there. This was the worst Chick-Fil-A experience I've ever had, and trust me, I've been to many different Chick-Fil-A's in the Denver Area. It was incredibly busy (which I understand is not the restaurant's fault) but the whole experience felt rushed. The cashier had asked me how I was and I returned the question and she didn't even respond, she just asked me if my order was for here or to go... In the end, everything was packaged well and people I gave these to were glad to have it in the morning. A wow customer service experience. We were eating inside at the same long table as Melissa, an employee. She struck up a conversation and also spoke to our 15 month old, who smiled at her. Before she left she offered our toddler a Chik fil A toy and remembered her name after only hearing it once. What a sweet lady and great experience at Chik fil A. Solid and happy fast food with a dash of "my pleasure" which is nice. The workers are respectful and I don't feel overwhelmed with incompetence. I enjoy coming here for the prompt service and the food is great besides Sundays because it's not open. The breakfast is highly recommended as it beats any other fast food breakfast hands down. The area is very clean and lots of space the drive through is behind the restaurant so you feel like you have a bit of privacy while waiting on your food in the car. The water is good as well do not be afraid to order it as it is the best drink you can have with no calories. Love us some chick but God forbid they mess up your order. Never fealt like I was trying to scam a place so much in my life. We typically pay $20 per visit so when my daughter's meal is missing and we are short a sandwich and a drink (don't know how that happened that's on me lol) it can be kind of frustrating and feel like you got ripped off when there's $10 of food on a $20 bill. So they have a rule when they mess up that if you don't come back same day that they will not give you your food? We were not able to get back in time due to an event our family was at. Anyway fast forward to the next day and the manager Michelle was vastly different from the one I talked to on the phone the day before who was willing to fix the mistake. Whoever worked October 20th, Friday evening shift thanks for being willing to fix it over the phone. Well very boring and long story short, they did not replace the meal like they said they would which is whatever because I got the fries and 1 drink a day before but they gave me a couple sandwiches and my daughter's fruit not her drink? they didn't offer her fries and it just felt awkward the whole time lol. Thanks for making me feel like a total piece for your mistakes. I feel silly taking time to even write a review like this but this is a 1 to 2 million dollar location act like it.
