The people that bring your food to you when you use the kiosk have nothing but attitude. If you ordered a drink they'll bring your food but not your cup. I go here just about every morning and unfortunately this time I came and got one of my regular orders to find a bracelet bead in my ice coffee.. Whether it was intentional or not I don't care. I went inside to talk to the manager about it just to let her know and to ask her employees to be more careful that this doesn't happen again. It could have been worse, it could have been someone else's child who swallowed it. As I told her this she just stared at me like I was stupid and asked if I wanted another coffee and I replied to her "no I don't want anything, just wanted you to know the situation I don't need anything else." As I left I could hear her laughing and telling one of her employees the situation as if it was a joke. Customer service is terrible. I placed an order using my points for a free large fry, Which was 4500 points. When I arrived. They told me that the visa gift card I was using Must have no money on it. I just checked the balance and it did. Then they said it must not have ever been activated. Again false. So I place an online order and use the same gift card and it goes through fine. I asked if my points for the free fry would be returned. The girl didn't know so I asked for the manager who I'd been talking to before with my card issue. She would not get him and just send to me " I don't know, you can probably do something on the app". I cannot find any way to do it on the app, So I tried to place a complaint with mcdonald's, And I need the store number which is on my receipt apparently, which I threw away already. I'm not a fan of McDonald's except for their breakfast sandwiches or fast food in general but have to say if you eat fast food this is the location to go to. Carol, the morning drive thru order taker has been there like 20 years, a rarity in this industry and a true asset to the store. She's always pleasant and efficient. I dare you to find a mistake with your order on her watch! Inside this is one of the cleaner, nicer up-kept and recently remodeled of the franchises. I even found it decorated for Christmas during my most recent visit. While the staff (except for Carol) is always changing they are always pleasant. The drive thru has two lanes. Fortunately I'm usually the only one there that early which is a bonus. Centerville is like WWIII with who has the right of way. The addition of the indoor play area is a Godsend for parents I'm sure. Only downfall is location, almost impossible to pull out and turn left even early in the morning, but during midday or later, forget it! WORTH MENTIONING: To save even more money and get freebies get the McDonald's app. Scored me many of free sundaes and breakfast sandwiches just for checking in! My husband received his meal with multiple mistakes. Lid off drink, spilling all over, cold fries, no napkins, little sauce on BigMac. Called from receipt was told to return with receipt and get a free meal. When he did, the manager on duty 4/25 was rude, refused to give him anything and said the person (Carol 717394-3417) had no authorization to correct his complaint. I spent $30 on dinner for my family and everything was disgusting. The chicken sandwiches had barely any sauce, a sorry excuse for tomato, and the chicken was dry and gross. The double cheeseburgers had zero sauce on them. They up charge for sauce which is unheard of these days (guessing it's some cheap franchise owner). The employees seemed to hate themselves so perhaps that's why the food was complete s**t. When I told them they forgot my fries, she said they didn't charge it like that so I would have to pay for them. So then I got charged full price for fries, not the difference. This is the way customer service should be. The McDonalds is unlike any other that I've been to. Staff is friendly and smiling. Service is fast. Food is hot and not slapped together like the majority of McDonalds. The commercials you see on TV and etc. are exactly what the food looks like here. I'm not necessarily proud of my frequent attendance at McDonalds, but this one is worth it. I'm not a morning person, and it's nice to see smiling and friendly faces in the morning. They have made my experience excellent. Comparing this store to others, this one is like the "Ritz Carlton" of McDonalds. They are there to serve you! read more

I JUST HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went through the drive thru on tonight October 28, 2015. Both lines of the drive thru were backed up. I ordered a Chicken Nugget Meal medium, no sauce with a coke. A 6 piece Mighty Kid Nugget meal, with apple slices, bbq sauce and a coke, a plain cheeseburger, a egg Mc Muffin and an Oatmeal with brown sugar. The total was $19.02 which I paid cash. By the time I made it to the front after paying they handed me the child's coke and the coke for the Chicken Nugget Meal and handed me the bag with the oatmeal. The girl who I find out later is the manager asked me to pull forward and please wait. She said they would bring me the rest of my meal. I waited about 10 minutes more. A different girl brought out the food in one bag and proceeded to walk to another car with food. I immediately called her back over to tell her we didn't get the happy meal. She tells me that the manager said she already gave it to me. I told her she didn't give it to me you can even look in my car to see we don't have it. She tells me I'm not going to look in your car. If you want you can come in and talk to the manager. So I told her if she could tell her manager to come out. The manager proceeds to tell me I didn't order a kids meal and didn't pay for a kids meal even though it was on the receipt. She tells me that I only paid for the chicken nugget meal. REALLY??? I paid $19.02 for a $1.00 cheeseburger, $1.99 oatmeal, $6.59 chicken nuggets and a $3.79 Egg Mcmuffin.
