The McDonald's in Largo is a solid four star breakfast stop. We came in for breakfast and overall it delivered exactly what you expect from a reliable fast food spot. The food was fresh, hot, and came out pretty quickly. Everything tasted consistent and on point for a morning meal, and it was a good easy start to the day. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee were both solid and hit the spot without any issues. Service was friendly and the staff kept things moving even during a busy time. The dining area was clean and there was plenty of space to sit down and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. The sausage bicuits were top notch Overall, it's a dependable McDonald's that does breakfast well. Nothing over the top, but a very solid experience that makes it an easy stop when you're in the area. Definitely a four star visit. read more

After waiting almost 10 mins, I went in and no one would acknowledge me. McDonald's used to be our go-to fast food destination, but when the prices started skyrocketing, we stopped buying food from there. Delivery options were inconsistent, and we couldn't order the food as we wanted. We chose to order from Wendy's or other value-based choices. After a six-month boycott, we decided to order from there yesterday and were disappointed in the prices, food quality, portion size, and order accuracy. Prices: four sandwiches, three large fries, and a shake = $80 Food quality: All the food was cold and messy (like it had been just thrown in), and the french fries were soggy. We have had delivery from there before and have never experienced this. The fish patty was over-cooked. Portion size: French Fries: Once the top fries in the fast food world, these fries were shoe-string skinny (!!!), and the fry box was only half full. Is this a corporate change? Why would you mess with the one menu item that often is the decision-maker between other fast food places? The Fish Sandwich filet was the size of a Chiclet [not kidding]. I couldn't believe how small it was. The bun was smaller, too, and there was no cheese. This drastic reduction in portion size was surprising and not in line with our previous experiences. Ordered extra sauce and never got it. [Keep in mind that the price for this is almost $7] Big Macs: The size of the patties has been getting smaller for some time now, so it was an insult to injury to see them even smaller than before. Order Accuracy: I ordered ketchup and mayo packs but never received them. Plus, premium [up-charged] extras like the extra sauce were never received. We learned our lesson with this expensive and disappointing order. We won't be ordering from McDonald's again, and sticking with Wendy's. read more

Queen Bee was in the mood or need for a quarter pounder, so here I am. Put it in on the Mickey D's app and went to drive thru window. I gave 'em code; they had me go to 2nd window as I prepaid (simple task). Within seconds I was asked to park in a parking spot set aside for DT orders. Not even two minutes later, there it was...Food delivered by a totally disengaged knucklehead boy who just showed up at driver side window, didn't say a word, handed me the bag and walked away. Total opposite of the happy, pleasant middle aged lady at the window. Food was accurate and as ordered...two QP's and one double cheeseburger, three small fries unsalted. Every single time I go through the drive through at this McDonald's every single time at 11:30 they always park me in the reserve parking and make me sit there for a good 5210 minutes I would not recommend eating this place. Also in the morning the workers are often seen wearing regular street clothes smelling like weed empty in trash cans and then handing you your food very unprofessional place. read more

I have had bad experiences many times at this McDonald's but today was especially bad. Whoever was working the second window on 1/20/26 at 11:00am was one of the rudest food service workers I've encountered. The person taking my order through the drive through entered my order as a medium rather than a large.. fine! I wasn't upset with that! When the lady at the second window handed me the drink in a medium cup, I politely said that I asked for a large. She said "well that not they rang you up for" without any intention of fixing the issue. I was very put off and confused by her response and didn't want to ask for my drink to be corrected because her attitude was very rude and I did not want to deal with her negativity. I took the drink and she said "so sorry we aren't all perfect" in a very condescending tone right in front of me.... I didn't even ask for her to fix it and I said nothing at all except when I originally let her know my order was supposed to be a large. She then proceeded to had me 2 snack wraps when I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. When I let her know the order was not the one I asked for, she started yelling at the back of house people while handing me my food. This McDonald's needs help. I have been going to this McDonald's for years and am pretty much ready to move on. Unfortunately, the proximity to the Goodwill shelter is killing this place. This McDonald's seems to double as a homeless shelter. They cling to the place like ants to a dropped french fry. Homeless are all over the outside of the McDonald's either milling about, smoking around the doors and sometimes pan handling. Bicycles usually ring the building when the homeless are there to either eat, use the bathroom or do their business with each other outside. Too often the homeless will go into the trashcans outside, grab cups and walk into this McDonald's and refill them at the soda machine, without being stopped by the over taxed staff. Inside the place is filthy too often, the managers are always working too hard to fill in to get the orders made as it seems they can't keep a full staff here. The lobby is also usually has plenty of homeless folks sitting in booths with their bags of possessions waiting for their phones to charge. All too often, any amount of traffic causes things to back up and patrons have to stand around the front counter waiting for their orders. I have been going to McDonald's for many years. The quality of the food has steadily been dropping for a long time. The added hassle of constantly having to wait for food when things are relatively calm and to have to deal with the assorted homeless people every day just makes it not worth the trouble anymore. It's embarrassing that a nearby gas station (Wawa) has far superior food and atmosphere than an established fast food restaurant. Made the mistake of going INSIDE to have dinner. First off, the woman at the counter could not seem to understand that I wanted a Mushroom and Swiss meal with salad instead of fries. She rang up $11 and insisted that was the correct total for a menu board price of about $8. A Manager fixed her error, and I ended up getting salad AND fries. Score ! Next up: the dining experience. A couple sitting near me was not eating and just sitting around. When they briefly exited, I hear the Manager say "You don't buy anything, you don't stay...watch that couple sitting here" as she motioned to the empty booth. The couple returned, grabbed their stuff and left. Watching the kitchen and customer interactions made for a circus-like environment. People came in to complain the didn't get their orders correct. There was lots of yelling from the grill area, and window counter employees yelling "where's my food?" Bottom line: this is NOT a well-run McD's. I would suggest management sit in the dining room and observe for an hour. They will get an eye full! read more

Guy hands him cash fry cook hands him a bag of drugs wrapped in a small fry bag . They then tell people to leave building lobby is closed ...hmmm interesting front . read more

Went in with a good attitude, but the cashier messed up my order and I was missing my fries and a drink when I realized this I went to the window and asked to get the food and pay for it and they told me I could go around to re add it when I already had it on the order and at that point, I realized they were giving me the run around. This morning (3/13/23) I went through the drive thru at about 7:15am, ordered a large Carmel frappe, got told the machine was down, first off, I've worked in fast food I know that game, I know for a fact it "wasn't down" the employee was just too lazy to do their job and make it. Went through the drive through to try the new chicken sandwich. Order one regular and one spicy. Asked for no pickles on the plain. Ended up with no pickles on the spicy. The tickets attached for the special order were right but the sandwiches were wrong. Drive through attendant was judging my order about pickles in the first place.... the packaging makes the sandwiches soggy. I am only 3 mins from the location. One more reason to get kiosks and not raise minimum wage. read more

I live nearby to this location and I work a lot of late call hours at our local hospital. So, I've hit this location up several times on my way home after a long night at work. My order is often incorrect. And the fries are consistently cold/hard. One time I got fries that were soggy. This is the ONLY McDonald's anywhere near me that will make any sort of espresso drink. I always do a mobile order and pay ahead of time so when I have to stop and get my drink at these other McDonald's (49th street n and 37ave..102nd Ave and 66th st n..ulmerton and belcher) they can NEVER make it as the machine is broke every single time..i end up having to get an iced coffee and loose out on the 2$ difference..apparentlytheres no way to get the difference back on my card. I know when I come to THIS specific location I will always be able to get what is ordered and paid for. Stephanie, Lisa and Maria really should be noticed for how hard they work and how well they manage their staff//store. It's always a positive environment. I have been to every mcdonalds in pinellas county. I am a fat guy who loves the ease of driving to a window and getting food without having to do anything. I know the local mcdonalds, and this one is not up to par! Horrible. Have been here a few times and every time I go something is wrong. Either the sandwich is made incorrectly, or cooked bad and tastes horrible, or the fries are cooked in old grease, or they are overcooked. It is just bad. The training or the management at this location needs to change. I worked at the Tyrone Mcdonalds when I was like 16 and it is not that hard to make food here. They have a system and if the system is followed, it is easy as cake. So either someone doesn't care, or doesn't have the attention to detail to make sure their store is doing things the right way. Either way it sucks, maybe they have so many Mexicans in the back that cannot speak English and understand what to make. I am Spanish so I do not mean that racist. I mean how can they take directions from a manager speaking English when they only speak Spanish?? They can't. The Peoples It is McDonald's food, the one many people complain about but if they are in a rush and need something down that throat they will be the first in that Drive-thru. Every now and then I get trapped in this area and I need a guaranteed space with WiFi and a good coffee. This McDonald's came up to the rescue a couple of times! It looks good inside and so far the crew is always nice. Some details, as the Caution signs on the floor have been there for a whole hour since I've been here, the floor is dry and prior to write this review I asked why nobody picks them up. The answer from a young, nice lady: "I don't know, I just got here." This didn't affect me but it definitely affect their image. How this place survives must be location. I ordered a curbside chocolate shake. It was medium sized and cost about $3.50. The unkept guy that brought it to my car would not be someone I would be comfortable running into on a dark street.
