Does anyone ever get sick at this McDonald's? I have several times and I'm wondering if anyone else has.

they were very fast, nice, and gave me ketchup with my fries! store was very clean as well

I will never go to this McDonald's location again. They were out of ice. They were out of barbecue sauce. They were out of the new Dulce de Leche Frappuccino. The double cheeseburger had ketchup running off the bun. It was a sloppy mess. And the employee that took my order was rude. Every time I tried to order an item she cut me off and ask me if that was all. I was clearly imposing but there wasn't anyone else in line so I don't know what I could have been interrupting. Next time I will save my money and go home and eat a peanut butter sandwich. read more

Fuck this place if i could rate it lower i would. You sit there and wait on your food for an hour while everyone is sitting on there phones, and on top of that when you try and be nice and politely ask them where your food is they get all bitchy so you don't have no choice but to be a dickhead. We came in to this McDonald's and had a trailer so we obviously can't go through the drive through we got there at 10pm and the door said the LOBBY not the drive through I double checked said 2AM! An employee came to the door and said "we're closed" maybe they should update that if it's changed. According to the website they're "open 24 hours" and then the door is apparently off by FOUR HOURS. Then I come onto the website and see the yelp review is a whopping 1.5 stars, I wasn't surprised. read more

Last two times mcchicken patty was dry, like almost expired sitting in the heat chute, dry. Like ten more minutes up there and it would have been deemed inedible. I went back today to grab a mcchicken and they gave what looks to be a boujee mchicken patty, not your run of the mill mcchicken patty this was for your deluxe mayo lettuce tomato sandwiches. I can't complain except this isn't a mcchicken patty and it looks like it had been reheated in the fryer prior to being made. Usually great staff, very friendly. I just want a regular mcchicken, other than that they're good when they want to be. read more

McDonald's - a half eaten burger and half eaten donut - Burgers Near Me - Laurens, South Carolina

This place before the remodel was dirty and horrible. Couldn't get an order correct and never had the frappe machine "working" even when you order and the menu would suggest a Frappe, "We have no Ice", "the machine aint working". blah blah. But had ice for Ice coffee and reg drinks. But since the remodel the building looks clean, the parking lot is a trash pit, the Frappe machine still "DOESN'T WORK" or they still "Don't have ice" should have spent money on new machines and just painted the building. It is horrible... You can put sprinkles on a TURD but it isn't an Ice Cream Sunday ... just like a remodeling a Building.... read more

I've been coming to this McDonald's for the past 6 years, while it's not the worst McDonald's I've been to, it is far from good. If you ever want to stop by to grab a shake, beware as they will 9 times out of 10 hit you with the "sorry, our machines are down" bs. Also, about 50% of the time, they'll get your order wrong; be sure to check your meal before leaving. Finally, this doesn't bother me in particular, but it's worth mentioning, if you go at night, the employees are slow and reek of marijuana. read more

I was recently passing through Laurens and stopped in to this location. As other reviewers have noted, I have to agree that this is the WORST McDonald's that I have ever visited. The counter staff were busy trying to make 'hand signs' and socialize with their buddies in the dining room and the concept of customer service seems to be unknown here. In the dining room area, both containers of iced tea had stickers saying (paraphrasing) "Do not use past 2:00 pm" and it was roughly 7pm when I was there! I ordered a simple cheeseburger and this burger was disgusting. The bread was stale, the overall sandwich was lukewarm, and it just tasted 'odd'. So much so that I tossed it and did not consume it. I was already on the road when I tasted it or I would have requested my money back. Also, the interior of the restaurant seemed to have a 'fly invasion' going on. Lastly, the men's restroom was out of hand towels, and there was a roll sitting on the sink in about 1/2" of water. Totally unusable! I took time to write similar comments on the McDonald's survey form that was part of my receipt, and I requested a follow up. 14 days later, NOTHING. With a poor experience like this, it does not surprise me that the owners/manager do not care at all. It will be a very long time before I set foot in this establishment again. Sad commentary for a company that in general provides a low cost, consistent standard of dining. read more

Passing through on the way to the Clemson game and we stopped here to get food to go. Service was exceptional. They were so friendly and gave my daughter extra coloring sheets to keep her busy for the drive. The food was fast and delicious! read more

Do y'all train your employees at all?? Walked in to a man yelling "Door dash??" at me. Told him no. One lady waiting on food, another lady placing an order in front of me. I'm waiting patiently. Several employees didn't seem to realize they were working in a FAST food joint. The guy yelling about DD is just standing watching everyone. The lady in front of me can't seem to get the correct change...she's trying to explain basic math to the cashier and the cashier is just dazed. The DD lady walks in and gets yelled at by the same guy. She says yes and he says, "HERE SHE IS!" to his coworkers only then to tell her it's not ready, they are waiting on biscuits to cook. I'm still waiting. Then a lady walks in saying she didn't get her sauce for her nuggets...after 3 employees tell each other, the DD guy that's still standing in his spot says, "Oh, you need sauce? We don't have any..." as he is reaching in the bin to get it for her. 3 more customers walk in and 4 employees sigh and say, "Uh oh here we go". I was done. I walked out and the DD guy comes after me! "Ma'am come back, we got you! Come on we got you!" I turn back and say, "Y'all do NOT deserve to make $15 dollars an hour! This is not rocket science!" He still yelling as I walk around the building. read more

This is THE WORST McDonald's ever. It's gotten progressively worse over time. At one point it was decent but the last few times I've gone, they always get the order wrong, the burgers are still raw, the French fries are raw or overcooked or undercooked. The fountain soda always tastes off. The food there is truly abysmal. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because the people working there have always been nice but it's pretty pointless when they don't bother to cook the food properly. read more

The customer service here is just awful. While ordering my meal the cashier was being very rude. I asked for bbq sauce for my chicken nuggets and didn't revive it, I went back to ask for it and the lady that placed my order started talking to me in a very condescending voice telling me that I was lying and that she had already given me a sauce when she hadn't. Do Not go here. If they are able to get your order correct in a timely fashion the owner's have arbitrarily raised prices 30-40%. They must assume no one goes to any other Mickey D's to know what they have done. read more

Our order was actually correct! Make sure you check your bag before you get out of the drive thru here. They work at McDonald's for a reason. Food is decent, and service is normal speed. But make sure you don't go at 8 o'clock at night, because apparently everyone likes to eat at that time- and they are as slow as I don't know what. But other than that- 3.5/5 stars. read more

Still the worst. What is so hard about coffee with carmel + 4 creams? Not only am I questioned about my choice with a quizzical look but I am,always, given black coffee with sugar.
