was going in to order food and witnessed what i can only describe as an orientation in progress where the guy just argued and yelled at some of the guys, and actively belittled them. after seeing the way they treat potential employees, i left. i could never frequent an establishment that acts this way. i can only imagine how bad the food is, thankfully they chased me out the door before i had the chance. Ordered for someone who can't process onions and not only did it take thirty minutes to go through a drive-thru after ordering ahead and the order had onions in between the meat, on both buns, absolutely had to be intentional. I placed a mobile order here and when I went through the drive-thru they said they were not serving ice cream and I wasn't able to get the McFlurry I ordered. I had a friend with me and she also wanted a sundae and she wasn't able to get it. When I got to the window, my friend paid for the food that she got since she didn't do a mobile order and the worker did not mention anything about my McFlurry that could not be made so I asked her for a refund for it and she offered to get me something else, but I told her that the reason I came was to get ice cream and if I could not get that I would like a refund so she went away from the window and she came back and said since I had my order in by certain time, then they would make my McFlurry, but my friend still could not get her sundae? Very odd if you ask me, the lady at the window was very rude. However, when I got my McFlurry, it was Oreos at the bottom, but it wasn't even blended. The customer service here is by far the worst in Oklahoma, From management to the lowest staff. They are rude, have no manners, using profanity throughout the store. The store is never clean at night times. The food is of poor quality most nights. Drive thru time is ridiculous. Bags are over stuff, food just dumped in the bag, fries spilling everywhere. Drink all on the sides of the cups. They serve dried out food, food that's been sitting past the allotted time. Staff clothes are dirty, they don't wear their uniforms properly. Ice cream machine never works, out of sweet tea, passing food back in the through the drive through window and handing it to another car. I can't wait until someone from corporate gets a whiff of this. Absolutely the worst. read more

Okay, I know people just love to hate McDonald's but I've got to say I love McDonald's on cache road. It has a play area. The place is usually clean. And the food has improved in general. They keep it nice and cool which I love. I have MS The cool is very good for me. I cannot stand to go into a hot diner. The place is busy at lunch so it takes a little longer to get your food but I don't think that's their fault. When you are busy, you can only cook so fast. You never have to wait long however. 3-5 minutes probably The other one in lawton we have waited up to twenty minutes. Think they were new people. Anyway. Their McNuggets are good. Their fries. Perfect. The speciality hamburgers are just hamburgers to me. Good. Not something that sets your mouth water that you are dying to get your hands on. For me. They have a value menu. I like that. I can get a decent hamburger on their value meal. I like the price. The food is good. And I've always had nice customer service. Great employees. Good place to go if the kids are driving you insane. I went in to get breakfast this morning and I went to the drive-through but they forgot my salsa for my burritos. So I went inside to get it and there was a larger Indian lady whom I don't know the name of because she wasn't wearing a name tag. Extremely rude. She ignored me and then when I asked her for salsa once she acknowledged I was there..., she got an attitude and only brought me one, and when I asked for a second because I had multiple burritos was obviously annoyed at my request. You have a job because people come there to get food. Instead of acting like an arrogant bitch try doing your job. I was extremely upset with the customer service. Only one lady was actually being courteous and respectful to customers. I won't be going to that location again, it's sad because most of the McDonalds in our area are going to shit serving cold food and hiring rude employees. read more

Horrible always to the order wrong... whether missing a burger or giving 10 instead 20 piece of chicken nuggets. Workers don't care!!!

I ordered the two cheeseburgers meal without the cheese and guess what they put cheese on them anyway. The paper tags that have NO CHEESE on was attached to the burgers, I got home to eat them, that is when I found out. Try calling them back and the phone was busy. By far one of the Cleanest, friendliest and fastest McDonald's I have been to. The staff is very polite and shows their personality. Personally I dislike having a "robot" taking my order. There have been times I've been asked to pull forward but they made sure my food was out quickly and it was still hot. This McD's is the closest one to my house. When my mom is in town, I swear I have to run over here several times a day for their $1 large sweet teas. I have only gone through the drive-thru and primarily for dessert or the large drinks. I have not received poor service. read more

This McDonalds is swamped with High School Students during lunch from Monday through Friday. It is also frequented by Soldiers throughout the day. The service is quick and actually has two drive-thru windows and ordering lanes. In terms of the quality of food, it is just like any other McDonalds, nothing special. The actual restaurant is not owned by McDonalds but a franchise. There is free wifi as expected from a McDonalds. read more

When you go to a fast food place, you expect clean, polite, fast. This place is clean for the most part beyond debris spread along the drive through, polite some of the time depending on the worker or volume of customers, and fast at best when they go to a break as I have always been served very slowly. You get pulled forward to a window off the entrance of your stuff is not ready, so they can mark it off and keep their drive thru window time down to meet corporate expectations. This to me is an unacceptable practice to meet guidelines set forth by executive management, or corporate offices. When this happens it impacts guest service, the guest is no longer happy with the trip to the store. I have honestly not gone back to this location in several weeks now due to many issues, and what I believe was a mild to say the least rat infestation. I seen a rat run into a pipe exiting the building, and you know when you see one, there are others. I hate to write such a bad review of such a place, but I can not just sit back and not say anything. read more

This location is so unorganized. The one on Cache is sooooo much better! Here, they take your order at the drive thru but don't enter it in right away. They say "I'll give you your total at the window". Then u get to the window and they're guessing what your order was and they almost never have it correct. So basically you have to order twice. Then if you order a meal large you have to specify you want both large fries and a large drink or you will only get one or the other. Which doesn't even make sense. Also, today, the woman at the first window was snorting her snot and coughing it up as she is collecting money from you. I was disgusted and lost my appetite. read more

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Artisan. The chicken was so dry it was RIDICULOUS! And it was a Chicken Breast Patty. Flat and Dry as dust.

Only reason they are getting a star is bc of Benny. I ordered $36 worth of food....What I actually did receive was old and I had cold fries. I went in about 2 of the burgers that were on top, I was given new ones. When I got home I noticed I didnt get a Big Mac I ordered....the other burgers I did get were also old.
