i am 5 days postpartum and my aunt Carisa (Newton) went to get me Qdoba. all i wanted was 2 kids chicken quesadillas and some chips and queso. WHY?! WHY?! WHO?! wants soggy ass queso smeared on their quesadillas. they did not give me the queso for my chips, they did not put shredded cheese on my quesadilla. so now i have chips with no queso and soggy chicken on tortillas... Took 18 minutes to get order (food was cold) No napkins in any dispenser in restaurant. asked for some and was told "I'll help when I can." I came with some friends and was really hyping it up bc Ive had a really good experience here in the past and while the food was very good the service was terrible this time. There were 2 young girls in the front and were very rude. I left a review a while back and since that visit I've had nothing but bad experiences. This last one was the worst though. Their bins of ingredients were at their ends and instead of getting new ones, the guy just put the scraps into my bowl (barely able to fill two scoops of pico). He placed four pieces of lettuce on the bowl and I stared in disbelief. If I'm going to pay $12 for a bowl, make it worth my money. I then asked him for more lettuce because honestly that's embarrassing for Qdoba and for the workplace. The man behind the register gave me a look like I was some prissy spoiled woman for wanting him to fill it more. I also got a bag of chips, and they were extremely stale, I was just so let down that I didn't want to bother with new chips. Not only was the food unworthy of its name or price, but the tables and seating area were disgusting. In order to keep the face of your name good you should make sure three things happen: 1. The place is clean, I mean clean clean. 2. The food is stocked, so when it begins to seem empty, trade it out for a new one. Don't be lazy & wait for it to empty. 3. If your looking for a create your own Mexican food restaurant THIS IS THE PLACE! I've had many Mexican restaurants and none have been close to this place. The restaurant is very clean and service was great. I got a steak burrito with rice,beans and cheese. The rice was amazing. The steak was very flavorful. The food tastes weird. The green mild salsa tastes like it comes from a jar. Basically Qdoba is owned my Jack in the Box. The $7.50 price tag on the chicken burrito comes with everything. I was weirded out by the queso sauce in a burrito, but the guy offered to let me have a side of it to try at home. The cashier charged me for a side order of queso. I thought it was weird that my burrito came out to +$9, and that the cashier placed my receipt in the bag instead of handing it to me. She could have told me she was charging me for a side of queso that I didn't even really want. I caught this before I was out the door and the two were embarrassed and hid in the back while smirking. I really like qdobas. Their mexican gumbo is the tops. A little pricy but a great place to stop by. It's an assembly line style like chipotle. Busy at lunch but then one of the few places out on that side to eat. read more

Our order was screwed up and was told they could only fix it if we went through Uber eats and they refunded it for us. Any other restaurant in town would have us bring it in to fix the food. Me and my daughter have food allergies and couldn't eat their mistake. And to be talked to like that by an "owner" is just as ghetto as her restaurant. Fresh food, with a plethora of options. Quality is awesome and delicious. They have the fancy Coke machine that lets you customize your drinks which is kinda cool. Sorry, another restaurant falls victim to the Lawton Curse. From zero, fast approaching ghetto. Poor management and training seems to be a problem here. My burritos resembled wet and lumpy quesadillas. The burritos were actually square in shape. If an employee can't roll and construct a basic burrito then you've lost me. I took them apart and rerolled them easily into the semblance of said culinary creation. It is sad when Sonic shows more success in rolling a breakfast burrito than a place that claims to specialize in them. Bland ingredients added to the failure of their chest-beating site menu. Qdoba is probably a great restaurant elsewhere; but when will businesses do their research and learn that locating within the city of Lawton is a recipe for disaster. read more

I find this to be one of the best places to eat around Lawton. I go here about twice a month to once a week. The tacos, the burritos, the chips and queso, it's all good. The staff here is always happy to take your order and make your food how ever you want it. Several times I have went here to never be let down, to always find the food fresh, and ready to eat. Even a bad day can be cured by this place. This location is always so clean, the staff so friendly and welcoming, the food so good, how could I give any less than five stars? read more

They were soggy and put together lazily. If you need a fork for tacos, something is wrong. Partner had chicken tacos. One had a normal amount of meat, one had very little.
