Strangest thing, went to this McDonald's for breakfast and ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins which are currently 2 for $4. I asked them to hold the meat and they informed me that I could not get the deal if I didn't want the meat. I asked if that was a real thing (because I have purchased the same deal at locations all over the place and have never encountered this policy before) and the drive-thru attendant said yes. I didn't argue, I just left. So I have to buy the sandwiches with the sausage in order to get the deal, then throw two sausage patties in the trash? Or I can pay more to get the two sandwiches the way I like and they get to keep the patties, essentially saving themselves a little money? This policy is absurd and it takes very little mental acuity to realize how ridiculous it sounds. Sorry, but use your brains, this how to lose a repeat customer. Ahhhh, after a long tiring day at the plymouth county fair my friend group of five decided that what we all needed to refresh ourselves on the way home was four large sprites. (The fifth member decided to opt out on the glorious festivities of sipping on mcdonald's delicious spicy sprite.) While we walked into the lobby of this mediocre establishment (all mcdonald's are mediocre don't act surprised) we were greeted with a man behind the counter standing with red fuzzy dice dangling around his neck. When we ordered our large drink he muttered "just take it". and take it we did. we were all very pleased with our free sprite. five stars. read more

This location is notorious for their slow service. I'm not saying a short wait or anything but you could really end up spending 5-15 minutes from the time you join the drive thru line to the time your food is handed to you. Not only that, but this particular McDonald's just underwent renovations, including adding a second drive thru lane... That second lane often has cones up meaning they aren't using it. It appears they either have trouble being fully staffed or they under-schedule staff. This location really has a lot of room for improvement. read more

Been here several times. The staff sucks. This is the worst McDonald's staff I've ever seen. Several people just left after I got seated and commented on how shady the people working here are. The back kitchen is playing some rap music and being obnoxious. read more

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Twice this week I placed an order in drive thru and was ignored immediately after when I asked the girl who was taking my order to put my code in and she never replied back instead my entire order was deleted and she never came back to me but made sure to help the others in the lane next to me. Can't run a business with crappy employees and horrible customer service. I will be contacting OSHA. The food is almost always cold & the soda taste as if it was from another century you know that old taste. Get it together McDonald's before you get shut down. read more

i went in to get my family a meal because we are struggling with money right now and it was beyond expensive!! not only was it so expensive, the service was the most terrible service i have ever experienced. another thing is the floors were so dang dirty it was terrible. clean the floors now they were so so sticky. i don" have the money to wash my shoes so please clean your floors. i was in your restaurant for twety minutes waiting for your damn food. also the food tasted so so so bad the burgers were dry and so so small. i recommend that you shut down or change your entire business. read more

This McDonald's is truly subpar. I recall a visit to this restaurant when the employee was acting extremely rude and disrespectful to us. The cashier harassed us on multiple occasions throughout our experience in the drive-thru, and there's definitely a good reason why this employee works the night shift. The one thing I can respect about this McDonald's is their Buttermilk Crispy Tenders. They are outstanding. Also, an employee was literally getting arrested as we pulled up to the restaurant. read more

Every time I come to this location I get treated with very poor service. The employees are very rude and slow.

They provide prompt and friendly service and the food is cooked the right way - fries are hot and crispy, burgers are not overcooked and have enough sauce, egg muffins aren't burnt on breakfast sandwiches. The only issue I've had is when I order iced coffee, they do not put the correct syrup in. read more

Guess I will have to give them 4 stars again. You can't go wrong when all you order is sausage biscuits and a large coffee. Sausage patty was large and the biscuit was rather small but still tasted good and that's what matters. read more

FOOD POISONING!! This was the most disgusting McDonald's experience ever. Fries were stone cold and greasy..Filet o fish was rubbery..son's burger looked like it was old cooked burgers mixed with ground beef and recooked, so thank God he wouldn't eat it. This McDonalds was just like any other McDonald's however the customers there were very rude.. They talked trash but when my brother called them out they were like little babies saying "what?" And "I don't know what you're talking about" once McDonald's can fix their customers attitudes they will get their 5th star read more

Just left your drive thru with 10 Chicken Nuggets. No receipt, nuggets cold and soggy and I paid 4.27 for this. Very disappointing. And just maybe your person taking the orders could be just a tad bit more jolly. Sounded like this was the last thing she wants to be doing. this is my first complaint to you in 10 years.
