Just went through the drive thru, ordered two thing a coke and a bacon egg cheese McGriddle. Got home and had a sausage egg and cheese one. I called and talked to the manager and asked them to deliver the correct order cause it's two degrees out and she started YELLING AT ME! Okay - so for the most part, any time I go here the customer service is okay (this earned them a second star) but if this was my first visit, it would have been my last and as it stands last nights visit falls into that category too. I've noticed the last few times I've been thru here, my drinks have been short. Approximately 3/4 inch from the brim. Last night I finally asked the man at the window to fill the drink and showed him the gap. He said, no, they were all on an automatic drink dispenser now. Whatever, disappointing, was driving down the road and after taking one grab (probably between four and seven (cool squishy and not recently cooked) fries that one my typically pick out of their fry container) I noted that the container was not filled (at all). I assumed there were baggers (I believe all of academia has agreed this is the term for fries that fall out of one's fry containers into the bag). Nope! No baggers at all. Food is good, except it is very greasy. I am a reacurring customer, and I enjoy the occasional burger. Inside is nice, although the tables are usually sticky. Service is also pretty good, but they do mess up orders quite frequently. One thing that is a major downfall, is the price of some items. The average burger costs around $4-$5, while a meal costs $10-$11. All in all, the food is good for a quick bite, but I've had better. read more

I've gotten the wrong items in my order at least twice when going thru the drive through and even when ordering a mobile order. I've also gotten the wrong food items when ordering via DoorDash 4 times in the last couple months, with the wrong items at worst or sometimes just the wrong toppings and condiments. It seems to be an ongoing issue. additionally, there's been times when the wait is extremely excessive with few vehicles in the drive thru line or patrons inside. There seem to be ongoing systemic issues with the management and operations of this franchise. Continuing with my series of Friday after work take-out on Route 125... McDonald's! This McDonald's has the claim to fame in my household for the time it ran out of French fries. My son was only a kid then - he's now a veteran, a college graduate, and a husband - but still the Lee McDonald's makes him exclaim, "Hey, remember that time when they ran out of French fries?!" whenever we pass by. I work within spitting distance of the Lee McDonald's. Today, a guy at work said, "Ew, I got McDonald's for lunch and now I don't feel so good." Still, I threw caution to the wind and ventured there as the next stop for Friday after work take-out. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal at the drive thru. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. When I arrived at the pick-up window, the server apologized twice for the wait, although the wait was not long at all. No photos because it was dark outside and I ate the sandwich sight unseen on my way home because I had plans with friends immediately after work. The sandwich was tasty. The fries existed! This was three days ago and I suffered no ill effects. Way to go, Lee McDonald's. A vast improvement over the last time I was here about 20 years ago... the infamous (in my house) day of no French fries. read more

Went through the drive through on my way to Concord. I ordered a breakfast sandwich paid for it was told at the window it would take one more minute please sit in reserve park it will be right out. Eight minutes later my breakfast sandwich came out and it was wrong I wouldn't recommend this place. This McDonald's is located at the Lee Roundabout (US 4/NH 125), which is a convenient place to stop for a quick bite to eat. I stop at this McDonald's quite often for lunch or snacks when I'm out in the field. The place is usually clean inside, the service here is prompt and the food comes out hot and fresh (especially the fries). During a summer lunch visit, I ordered the Lobster Roll ($7.99-limited time item), which was made well and tasted pretty darn good with the right amount of lobster meat and claw meat (no bone*). Free refills on soft drinks from the self serve drink station. * The lobster roll at the Hooksett McDonald's was not good and they left the solid thin bone in the claw. read more

The food is horrible. The McMuffin I received was seriously over-toasted to the point it was almost inedible. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got to work and opened the bag. In addition, the parking lot might as well be a 4 wheeler trail in the forest. Pot holes everywhere. I broke my front driver's side lower ball joint trying to get through it. Employees apparently can't follow simple directions. This is the ONLY McDonalds that never fails to fuck up every order.

No issue with the food or attitude of the staff. But a BIG issue being charged $4.19 for a sausage mc muffin without egg. After checking my receipt I thought that seemed high, but upon checking with an employee I was told this was correct.`A check online when I got home revealed the correct price to be $1.19. A small breakfast sandwich almost the same price as a Quarter Pounder or a Big Mac??? Come on! I do believe this simply to be an honest mistake. I would rather give it zero stars. Was here today and completely disgusted by the inside of the dining room. Horrible!!!!!!!! Trash all over the floor. Not one clean table. They all had food or trash or smears. The drink station was gross. Soda spills, trash, trash on floor, the ketchup pump was nasty. Quite the cast of characters working here. Never saw an employee out working in the dining room. The rugs by the soda machine looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Same goes for the floor. Do not eat here. read more

Will NEVER come here again. Went through drive thru on our way home. Used a code from McDonald's app and were supposed to get our happy meal for free, but they charged us full price, even though the app said our code was used. We forgot to order an ice cream so while my mother was in the car speaking with the person in drive thru, I went into the store to buy an ice cream. I then walked out and back to the car without the ice cream because of how the manager was yelling about my mother for the entire store to see. She claimed we already used the code before - we did not. she loudly told the person working at the window "this is the only time i am doing this because it doesn't make any freaking sense" - about refunding the happy meal that they charged us for when they shouldn't have. the code WAS NOT USED until we went to this mcdonald's. the fries were ice cold and were clearly not fresh at all. we even needed to pull over to wait for my mother's hot coffee because her coffee was ice cold, as well. which should NEVER happen. this mcdonald's still has actual coffee pots instead of the new coffee machines every other mcdonald's has. there is no excuse for giving out cold coffee. I've had problems with this Mcdonald's every single time I've been here. But now I will never go here again, after the way we were treated by this manager. Focus more on the customers, not taking pictures of a rainbow outside. And a complaint will be made to corporate, as well. Food took a while to come out but was really really good. Small fries from the happy meals are cute. The toy was kind of hard to figure out, we just didn't read the instructions. Workers were having fun and it was a dope vibe. There was a orange and wood modern decor theme which was surprising to see from a McDonald's franchise but it was cool. The person taking our order was very aggressive about it, and when we got our meals, one of our fries was spilt all over in the bag. OK, I'm not ashamed to say that I have been to a lot of McDonald's restaurants. By far this one us the worst of all of them. This sucks since it is the closest one to where I live. Where do I start? Slow: It is not a rare occurance to sit in the drive through for 10, 15 or even 20 minutes. Unprofessional: many employees wear street clothes. Seems to have been taken over by a band of young dudes recently. They hang out in the office area right behind the first drive through window. Usually two or three employees are hanging out slouched in the chairs. They sometimes shout and laugh loudly at each other while I'm stuck sitting in line. I get it, I've been a teen before, but where is management? Dirty: The inside eating area an drink station is disgusting. Greasy floors, unwashed tables, litter everywhere and full trash cans. I usually will avoid eating inside. Service: A good portion of the time there will be something wrong with my order. Usually stupid stuff like no dipping sauce, napkins or straws. Check your order while you are still in line so you don't need to venture inside. It's too bad, because I want this place to be good since it is so close to me. read more

Worst McDonald's on earth! I went there this morning at 9:25am. The girl who took my order didn't use the order screen so when I got to the pay window I asked to have my order read back to me. Of course it was wrong!!! Then I waited 10 minutes while three people tried to add up the cost of my two items...a Sausage McGriddle and an unsweetened iced tea. Finally she told me it was $3.81 and I gave her a $5 bill. After another five minutes she handed me my change: $1.62!!! Because I didn't want her drawer to cash out short I tried to hand back the extra 43 cents. Her reaction? F*co you and then she slammed the window on me! So on to the pickup window where they had no record of my order!!!! After another five minutes I got my iced tea and a bag with what was supposed to be my Sausage McGriddle. Of course, it was a Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle! So back around I went only to wait in line to finally...at 10:10am (45 minutes after I first placed my order) got my order. I only order off the menu with no special orders. 8 out of 10 times I'm sent to the penalty box, which is what I refer to the parking spot they make you wait in when they can't get your order together by the time you get to the window. The bar seems low at this location consistently for the last several years. How does that happen? Are there no checks and balances? I don't know why this is reported as closed, but it should be. The order counter is filthy and flies are buzzing around. The area with straws and cold drinks is covered in dust. The counter girl announced she was sick while handling hash browns with her bare hands. The other counter girl said 'get away from me'. That's my advice to everyone - stay away! read more

The punk boy at the register was arguing that I couldn't order just pancake. Insisted I had to order them with sausage. Then told me value meals DO NOT. come with drinks and charged me extra. Come to the Lee mickey ds and not only will they ensure you dont get sauce they'll print it on the receipt as a reminder of your sad saucepan existence. 4 visits 4 different times of days since December and everytime they forget the sauce. I come here a lot. The kids that work here including managers don't seem to care about hygiene. They openly enjoy their own drinks while working which will also make them lose money if there is an accident and something is spilled. They also aren't very good at making sure you get your ketchup in the drive through and/or sauces. IMO Wendy's across the round about is better and I'm sorry to have given them another shot. Worst McDonald's I've been to in a while. The bathrooms were gross. The women's room had almost no toilet paper, one stall had toilet paper unrolled all over the floor, and the other was just plain and simple disgusting. They didn't give us cups for our drinks and also didn't give my boys their chocolate milk. I had to go and ask for them. There was no tea and no ketchup. The drink area was a complete mess.there were old lids and straw papers everywhere and a used rubber glove on the counter. There was also a lot of yelling going on behing the counter.
