In recent months I have become a Wendys fan. However, the service my wife and I received tonight are making me seriously re-think the Lee location. The young boy at the drive thru was nothing short of obnoxious, rude and surly. No hello, took my card without a word, returned with our order, again without a word - not even a simple thank you. I don't expect red carpet service at Wendys but this kid really shouldn't be working with customers. Food was good. read more

Entry #4 on the Let's Get Take-Out on the Way Home from Work on Friday Tour of Route 125 Well, well, well, Wendy's, I have stayed true to my word until tonight when I once again visited Wendy's in Lee- nearly 10 years after my last visit. Tonight's pre-blizzard foray had me hitting the drive-thru after procuring the requisite milk and bread from nearby Market Basket. My how the times have changed for Wendy's, but for altogether different reasons than my complaining about a skimpy salad of a decade ago. Unfortunately, things have not improved, but they have grown worse for different reasons. We all know that in these pandemic times, with unemployment at an all time low, it is difficult for businesses to maintain the status quo. This was evident to me as I drove through the filthy and unkempt grounds of Wendy's in Lee. The pavement has not seen a landscaper in some time. Even though it is January, the weeds still thrive. the garbage all over the ground in the drive through was not left there by Wendy's employees, but it was unsightly and did not bode well for my second impression of the chain. With some trepidation, I ordered a double Dave's burger and a large order of fries. I don't think I'd dare risking eating uncooked food, such as a salad, from this establishment these days. I saw three employees on my trip through the drive-thru, all teen boys, all unmasked.... I hope to God they at least washed their hands at some point during the day. When I arrived home, I was pleased to see that I was awarded numerous napkins with my order. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, but I re-heated them a bit in my oven. The burger was dripping with mayonnaise which, although aesthetically alarming, actually made the burger quite tasty, if not a soggy mess. Two stars because I didn't have to cook tonight and I still haven't gotten sick from my meal.... but I have all the time in the world to experience what may come since we are expecting a huge snowstorm to begin in a few hours. Just left there. Ordered a double #1. Didn't order the hair. What a waste of money. I'm so bummed..... and hungry!!!

We had to stop because I was feeling carsick. I immediately went to the women's bathroom. The sink counter and toilet were dirty and the room had only one stall. The baby changing station is inside the only stall, which seems inconvenient. The automatic toilet flush was really weak, I needed to push the button two extra times to flush just a typical amount of toilet paper. Ordering food was fine, we ordered on the app as we typically do at Wendy's, but there were also some touchscreens to order from. The pickup screen said our food was ready but no one called our name, so we had to be proactive. Plenty of seating choices for groups of 2-4, and some nice centerpieces, but the bathroom situation was really off-putting. I guess it's on par for a quick stop off a highway. The pineapple-mango lemonade was very good, and one of the guys behind the counter wished us well as we were leaving, which was nice. read more

I went to Wendy's tonight up in Lee NH to get a surprise drink for my family since we dont go very often. Everyone knows that now you order at the screen before going up to the counter. I wanted to get a drink from the dispenser with our favorite vitamin water but there was no option for it to be put in. I asked for assistance with one of the workers and he told me to grab the drinks and they'll take care of it. I get the drinks and the rest of my order, and I ask them again about the drinks so that I could be charged for them accordingly.... What happened next shocked me. They told me don't worry about the drinks, just have a great night. I was so surprised. I asked if they were sure and they said absolutely. Great customer service and very generous act. I only wish I had cash or change so I could have given them a tip. But hopefully this review will help the same way. Ordered a small chili and when I got home the cup was mostly chili colored liquid. I drained off the liquid and there was less than 1/4 cup of chopped up hamburger patty, and no chili beans. Unbelievable! read more

I honestly liked this Wendys if for no other reason than the staff was so friendly. It was a bunch of young guys running the place and one young lady. The boys clearly earned thier pay. They were cleaning like crazy and left no stone unturned. They even were so kind to rinse down our tires when some old lady let her dog take a leak on them. What a day. read more

If I could give it a -5 I would... It took 25 mins to order and get my food from the drive thru! Only two cars ahead of me.. The people working tonight are absolute train wrecks. The kid took my card, swiped it, walked away near the doors and didn't give it back then asked me 10-15 mins later (still waiting for my food) for payment. I hate this fucking place and hope they get new management! read more

The purple haired lady called us a "dick" for accusing us of honking even though we didn't honk. The customer service was horrid and the workers just giving looks of disgust. So obviously after we get our food I honk the car and one of the workers goes outside and watches us drive out of the premises. read more

Pleasant counter service but that's where it stopped. The bathroom was dirty, the whole place smelled like old grease, dirty fingerprints all over the front door and this was around 11 a.m. when they opened.... So cleanliness not a priority, clearly. But wait, it gets worse.. I sat at a table to eat my lunch, then happened to look down and saw a beetle of some sort wandering around the rug near my table. Just gross. Not a good experience. Given the covid virus going around i expected to see better sanitary habits. Man working drive thru wore no gloves, which maybe they were low. But his nails were black! And he kept touching his face. Just made me feel uneasy. Im hoping the people handling most of the food were but i couldnt see. The amount of times they forgot to put tomatoes in my Crispy Chicken BLT is more than the amount of times they actually put it in there. If you run out of something you should notify the costumers while they're ordering. Every single time I notice I don't have tomatoes in my sandwich, it's always after I've paid and am driving away from the store. But the interesting thing is, 90% of the times I return and ask for the tomatoes to be put on the sandwich, they're able to make it. "Incompetence" is not the right word, "scam" is. read more

The service and experience we had on 10/31/2015 was just terrible. My husband ordered the smoky pulled pork with coleslaw. My husband said the sandwich was over dry, coleslaw was hard and hard to choke down. The soda machine needs to be cleaned or go back to the old fountain machine. I got a Coke and just wanted plain Coke, not flavored Coke but no matter how many times I tried to get the plain Coke it tasted like fruit. I ran water through but did not help. The two stars are for the frosty and fries. Not going to come back unless I want the above two items. read more
