Staff was not very friendly, but that's not the main issue. I spent $5.16 on 2 terrible cheeseburgers. I know it's only $5 bucks for what used to be $2 bucks when they were better. These burgers were not much bigger than a Krystal burger, they were cold, dry, and old as if they had sat for a while. I understand prices going up, but at least keep quality. read more

My experience was awful i ordered a 2a meal and the lady didn't even ring it up properly, i waited in the line for over 30 mins and my burger wasn't even cooked all the way the inside was a dark pink color and was very chewy, they over seasoned the burger also! I didn't receive any sauces and my drink was watered down. George needs to fix this problem ASAP. read more

Never again. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, including fries with no salt. I was charged for an extra fry no salt. Get to the window to explain I didn't want an extra fry, just wanted the fry included to be unsalted. The children couldn't figure out how to undo the entry. I say don't worry about it. I'll pay for the extra fry. I was made to pull up and wait for my order, Waited at least 10minutes for a cashier to come out with a bag of fries fried so hard they weren't edible. The bag did not include ketchup, BBQ sauce OR MY CHICKEN NUGGETS! Had to wait yet again for the cashier to go back in to get the main part of my order. This place is not it during the 2200hr. Today we waited for 25 minutes for only three sandwiches. Two spicy chicken and one triple cheeseburger. The once we finally received our food, the chicken sandwiches were dry, overcooked, and barely warm. Ice cream machine is never working and theee is a rumor going around that if the food hits the floor they still give you the food and there are roaches in the kitchen, and there have been raccoons come out o the kitchen (just rumors) and the workers are really rude. They always take forever. But the food does taste pretty good for what it is. However, they have no reason to be taking as long as they do, and there is no way their ice cream machine is broken as often as it is. Also, often times, the employees have a bad attitude here. I want to get a thesaurus and list every synonym for awful, but that is an awful lot of effort to waste on this place. Let me give it to you short: We pulled up and the employee cut my wife off almost immediately and gave her an order total. She was still ordering. She didn't even really pause and the girl just rudely interrupted her. I guess she was too busy yakking with other employees and we interrupted her gossip time. We were instantly annoyed. There was no one else in the line. There was no reason to rush us. We pulled up to the window and received our order and we forgot to ask for condiments. They didn't offer any, either, because I suppose their attention was elsewhere. My attention was focused on how annoyed I was at the attitude we received unnecessarily. We didn't realize we were without condiments until several miles down the road at our destination. The food: My wife ordered a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit that cost 4.29 and it wasn't worth 1/4 of that price. The cheese--if you can call that stuff cheese--was nasty looking. She offered a bit, but I refused, because it didn't look appetizing at all. My sausage biscuit was okay, if not dry. We both ordered coffees and they seemed to be alright. I would completely recommend against this McDonald's. I hope they enjoy their survey, too. read more

I went to this McDonalds on 3/28 around 8:30pm after placing a mobile order through the app. I waited for 15 minutes and then someone finally came out and claimed the system was down even though they were clearly serving someone in the drive thru. I asked if I should get in the drive thru and was told no, they couldn't serve me. Again, they were serving someone at that exact moment. Several cars came and went.
