It was an early morning last minute decision and I just mixed up the location with the one further south on Pottsville Pike, a simple "I'm sorry we cannot accept this coupon" would have been fine. If he was worried I was going to cause a ruckus, his treatment would have only escalated a situation with a problem customer.
