Chicken has good amount of breading, spicer as you get closer to the bone, but not as spicy as it used to be as regular vs. spicy option got morphed into one. It's flavorful, moist, & brings some heat on certain unexpected bites. The sides: it has always been about the dirty rice- that's their signature. Golden colored rice w/ crumbled sausage, bell peppers, & cajun seasoning. The rest are mere subs for those who don't like rice, tho at times I appreciate the nearly potato wedges they call fries. Sweet tea is steeped in-store, not pre-bottled. I know people who roll up just to buy jugs of that. What do you expect? And as for it being fast food, these people are doing a rather decent job at it I might add. Yes, you can sense at times that some of them don't want to be there. But let's be honest though. Do you truly want to be where you're working at too? For most of us, I'd consider that a no. So, cut these good folks some slack. Ok, so now that that's out of the way, here's my review... On the aesthetic side, I find the architectural remodeling rather pleasing to the eye. That goes for both inside and outside of this establishment. I particularly like the way the front of the building facing the highway lights up at night. That is truly impressive in my book. Stepping inside, I am rather amazed by the openness that surrounds me. In the dining area, it doesn't feel like you're boxed in. There's room to move and stretch out if you'd like. What I am particularly fond of most is the seating area adjacent to the parking lot. From there you have a good view of the surrounding businesses and traffic from along the highway. And don't forget those picturesque views at sundown. The problem is most of us are too busy to scarf our meals that we take this for granted. To them I say, put that burger down and look around. You might actually be surprised with what you've been missing all this time. In regards to the interior decor, I like the overall layout. It is simplistic in it's approach, yet stylishly modern. One thing that strikes me odd is the TV running at the same time as background music is playing. Unless if the set is showing accompanying music videos, it makes no sense to having both on. I'd suggest removing the TV altogether as I highly doubt anyone is paying attention to it anyway. As for the staff itself, they're doing a fine job I must say. Very accomodating and respond rather quickly in fulfilling orders placed. Mind you, this is during lesser peak times. But even when faced with a higher volume of guests, I notice that the line still runs relatively smooth. In conclusion, I would just like to say the following... Everytime I have made a visit to this particular Wendy's location, the service has been excellent. No complaints whatsoever. They're serving typical fast food of which they do well. Hopefully there are some fellow Yelpers out there who can see beyond the basics (fast food, what a shocker) and comment on other aspects of this establishment. Of course, that's without posting just for the sole purpose of making a complaint. Avoiding run-on sentences in the process would be a much more welcomed approach here as well. To the staff and management, it's as simple as this... You're doing great. Keep up the good work.

With that said, I haven't had any issues with the food itself here and that's what matters most. There's ample seating and the building and seating area is handicap accessible/friendly. There aren't too many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu but there are some available - including the Impossible Whopper The drive thru lane seems to get backed up pretty easily too so I recommend the BK app whenever possible. With the app, they have a loyalty and rewards program to earn points with every purchase and regular discount offers like $3 Whopper Wednesdays. Even with the app ordering, it can still take a long while to get your food. I've learned to adjust and plan for this by ordering about 10-15 minutes before arrival so the wait time is less for the food. Fountain soda machines have a few options for flavors. I would say this BK meets any expectations that most people would have for a fast food restaurant.
