Every time I come here the food is always gross not fresh whatsoever, manager doesn't seem to be happy at all, very disappointed.

Ordered a happy meal and aside from it missing fries, the attendant handed us a dirty cup with a half filled drink TO GIVE TO MY CHILD! When my husband immediately informed them of the issue, they did give a new drink but wouldn't take it back because it has already been touched. Do they think we wanted it in our possession either. This location has always been trash to me. I had mold on my burger bun a few months back. Today they took 20 minutes to bring the food out for curbside. The guy that brought it wouldn't even say anything, just dropped it and left. The fries were hard and cold. The sandwiches sucked. I visited your establishment this morning and noted you had several young men working in the cashier area. Not one of them seemed to even want to be there and you need to buy them all a personality. Also, I came up to the register almost simultaneously with one of these young men, who evidently was starting his break and he jumped ahead of me and they took his order first and one of your shift managers was standing right there. Customer service training is direly needed. read more

Ordered a large meal with a drink and no ice, they rang it up as a medium, had to change it to large at the pay window and still gave me a drink full of ice. When I informed them it was supposed to be no ice in the drink, I was asked to park in the first waiting spot where I sat for 5 minutes. I could not wait longer as I had to return to work and deemed this more than enough time to get a drink replaced. read more

Worst McDonald's in the area. More times than not, drinks are flat or bad tasting. They are slow and judging by the caliber of employees, don't care. Orders are routinely wrong. If you go to the drive-thru, double check your order and taste your drink before leaving. Pass them up and go to Chick fil a for better food and better service. read more

You drive up five minutes after they"open" and wait to order. You wait for seven minutes for someone to key up and say hello. Nothing. Ok, maybe sometime is wrong with their headset. So, you drive up to the first window. Three people pass in front of the window and try to not make eye contact. Not, "hey we're running a few minutes behind in opening and we will be with you as soon as we can, I'm sorry for your wait", nothing. This restaurant's employees have no integrity. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my wife and I sausage egg McMuffins. I then went to pick up my wife from dialysis. Upon proceeding to eat our food both my wife and I noticed that our sausage egg McMuffins were made improperly, so I decided to stop back by the restaurant on our way home. I took the food into the restaurant and told them that our order was wrong. The shift manager handed the food to the cook where he proceeded to unwrap our food and fix the order instead of discarding the food and making fresh McMuffins according to McDonald's policy. When confronted the shift manager wanted to lie about it and try to tell me that the McMuffins were remade fresh. This only outraged me more since I visually watched the cook do this right in front of me. Because I was angry and cursing the shift manager the restaurant called the cops on me and had me trespassed from the restaurant all because the shift manager and the cook had no integrity to tell the truth about their handling of my food, and their blatant disregard for McDonalds food safety policy. read more

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE, drive thru is supposed to fast BUT NOT HERE. Order a qtr pounder an they ask you to pull into parking space an wait so they can make it fresh. Always 10-20 minutes later you might get it had warm! Why does it take 35 minutes to get two cups of coffee and two McGriddles? There was only one customer ahead of me and she had already ordered. When I asked the associate to place sugar and creamer in coffee, he said "he would have to ask manager." This place really sucks from lack of management. Don't go to this place on Sunday. read more

I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting the Loganville, GA McDonalds on 7/19/20 between 7:15 & 8 pm and the manager or lead person, Kelly (I believe that is her name) was rude and nasty to a young worker at the drive thru window. I witnessed this short Spanish or Mexican lady berate an employee because she asked a question that I asked her to, pertaining to my order. Kelly should not be in a managerial position. No one deserves to be belityled or dehuminized in front of colleagues nor paying customers. I infirmed Kelly to NOT yell at the worker because I (the paying customer asked her to inquire about a specific item in my order). I informed her that she did nothing wrong and to be mindful of the fact tha it's the customers that pay her wages and how dare she be so rude to her workers. She smerked and said, "Yes, okay and slammed the windiw in my face." Unefucated individuals that aren't trained to work with people should not represent your establishment. She's an ignorant individual and there's no way my child would work in that type of environment with soneone so uncouth as this so called manager. The workers deserve respect, also. Kelley needs to be addressed or fired would be better. read more

The young lady at the pay window was super nice. But when you sit in line for more than 15 minutes only to get cold fries, that doesn't make up for that. If you order a large fry, but they give you a medium size in the large container, we are getting cheated. I love their fries, I see how they advertise, I have never seen them show a half full Carton, but still charge you for a large. Why do you have to ask for napkins, shouldn't that be a given?? Citizens, Georgians, Countrymen lend me you ears.... if you find yourself turning into this Micky D's parking lot on US 78 in Loganville craving a sauage mcmuffin with egg or some other cheap grub (a hot french fry is calling us all, once in a blue moon)... Just Keep Calm, lock your doors, and drive safely to either of the two exits. Entering the drive-thru or dining in can expose you to pain stakingly long waits, sour tasting soft drinks (even the sprite, ekkkk!!), sloppy assembled/greasy food, and the soul draining attitudes of staff and supervisors. In all seriousness, I vote for the worst food business in all Loganville! Negative 5 stars would be my actual rating. read more

I have a friend that lives in the area and since the start of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Happy Meal toys, this location has been deceptive with the toys. My friend got numerous Happy Meals because we are collecting them from and for our friends around the country. At first she was getting them in her Happy Meals and she was excited that she got Daisy (Which is a hard one to get.) only to find out.... they are from a previous Mickey collection, not the WDW 50th collection. She has even paid for just toys and again deceptive tactics. They claim they have the toys but when you get them you realize they are not in fact from this new collection. Now to some this may seem trivial, "it's just a toy", but this is an awesome collection for fans of Disney World. And to deceive the local community is wrong, especially when people are actually paying for the toys, minus the meals. Collectors do this all the time and it has been going on with Happy Meal toys since the early 80s. The staff here is either uneducated as to which toys they are supposed to be giving out for this or... the Franchise owner is taking the shipment of the toys and keeping them for themselves. Growing up collecting the many different Happy Meal toy collections was so fun and I still to this day have a few, to deny this new generation of children the opportunity to have that joy is a disservice to the community you serve. read more

This McDonalds leaves a lot to be desired. Slow, slow, slow service. The help walk around like they are in a daze. Had lunch there last week. Long lines in and out. One cashier! The manager was sweeping the floor when he should have been helping. The man in front of us ordered coffee with 3 creams. He got 20 creams in the coffee. How can you misunderstand by that much. They need someone with some managerial experience to run that place. read more

I just recently moved to the area. I typically only get McDonald's for breakfast. A large diet coke and a sausage biscuit. I noticed a really weird taste in both the biscuit and drink. Almost a dish soap taste. Thought it was a fluke. Went back a few more times and yep every single time. I won't be back. Not sure what the issue is but I won't be back. According to their updated website hours and some employees they open at 5:00am now. But last Monday at 5:15am and today at 5:25am they were not taking orders. I drive the opposite way to work to go to this McDonald's. But every week it is hit or miss on them being open at 5:00am. If they are not going to be open at 5:00am then they need to go back to opening 5:30am. read more

First off the customer service was awful, a gentleman came in from drive thru BC they gave him wrong drink and the lady was not sympathetic, didn't even look customer in the eyes. Second of all the flys were out of control! Thirdly there were so many employees yet no one to run the cash register, the lady Becki was the only one running cashier and getting food for customers, I had to wait for a while then she acted like she didn't even see me when I tried to order. The girl taking our order at the drive-thru was the most unprofessional fast food employee I have ever encountered. She was obviously trying to carry on a conversation with someone in the restaurant at the same time I was trying to order. Then she would ramble incoherently and giggle. I knew I should have pulled away at that point. I order several meals, she asks WHAT DRINKS I wanted with the meals. When I got up to the window I didn't get my full order. I was told I only ordered the entree and not the full meal. Then why was I asked what drinks I wanted with the meal!!!???? After a brief conversation with the employee that was going downhill quickly I decided to speak with a manager. I asked the manager for my money back and he could keep the food. Manager never asked what the problem was. He quickly gave me my money back. This manager should be fired immediately. Never inquired about the problem or how he could fix it. As a manager you want to know if your business is not operating correctly. This guy could care less. These folks want $15 per hour? Yeah right!
