Our home base Dunkin in Monroe is closed for remodeling (we miss you so much!), so we've been going to the Loganville location instead. We had avoided this spot for a while, but it's been great--friendly, helpful employees and consistently accurate drinks. This location also includes a Baskin-Robbins, which is a nice bonus. We haven't tried the food here yet, but our drinks have always been correct. The tea has a strong coffee flavor, which is unexpected but not bad. The only downside--and this applies to most Dunkin locations--is cleanliness. It seems like the tables and floors are rarely cleaned. That said, the floor here wasn't sticky, so that's a win. It would be great if there were hourly checks to clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and bathrooms. Clean bathrooms say a lot about how a location is managed. If managers don't care about the bathrooms, they probably don't care about the back of house either. Overall: great service and friendly people. One final note: this location could really use blinds on the windows. When the sun hits just right, it's blinding and makes the experience uncomfortable. I went to the drive thru. The young lady seemed to have an attitude. I gave her $10.45 for my $6 meal deal. I normally pay $6.36 for but was charged $6.42 (odd enough). I get my food and she hands me my change, a penny falls on the ground cause she shoved it in my hand. I let it slide. I am ok until I realize at my next shopping location that she only gave me $3 back instead of $4. In the midst of money falling, I didn't think to count it. This DD is located on Atlanta Highway and shares a small two business plaza with a title pawn shop. While the location seems good, it can be hard to navigate at busy times as there is only one way in and out, and the drive thru line can block entry/exit for the customers wanting to park and go inside. On my visit, I decided to head inside as the drive thru line was quite long and already poking out onto Atlanta Highway. There was a line of about 4 inside, but the employees were working quickly to get folks in and out. I waited about 5 minutes to place my order and only about 2 minutes to get my order after ordering. As mentioned, service was decent. Must have changed over employees since some of the other service related reviews here. I had no complaints with service or product for the visit. While I just grabbed a coffee and a donut, they do offer ice cream and ice cream cakes, along with a few other desserts at this location as well. Horrible. The blueberry iced matcha latte was barely mixed it tastes gross. The little bagel minis were cold (i ate it right after i got it, NOT my fault) The jelly donut i got because they didn't have munchkins was also disgusting, the jelly was watery and gross. read more

I'm not sure if this location is under new mgmt but my drinks have been made wrong lately. If I pay and order my drink a certain way make it that way. Being cheap and not mixing drinks like they are made to order is crazy. I get the same drink all the time so as soon as I see it I can tell by the color it's wrong. I've worked at this location a long time ago, the "rude" lady you guys are always mentioning, is actually really sweet. However, if you catch an attitude she will match your energy. She sounds like she has an attitude because that's how she speaks. They got a new latte machine so it shouldn't taste burnt. I still come visit the people I use to work with (even though now it's more new people) and they are so welcoming, I never have an issue anytime I go. I do not recommend this location! One of the employees were extremely rude. She told me she couldn't hear me so I spoke up a little louder for her and she started speaking over me with attitude I asked for a regular chocolate donut and was charge for a chocolate donut cake. After telling her numerous times I only wanted a chocolate donut I still didn't receive it until the manager came. Not only that but I ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels and only received one. Even after saying I wanted two the lady still spoke over me. I ordered a regular everything cream cheese bagel and you won't believe it but there was no cream cheese on the bagel. I tried to call to speak to the owner and their listed phone number is inoperable. I have no idea who is sick with COVID and neither do they. Well I haven't been to a Dunkin' Donuts in a good while decided to bring the kids for ice cream, came in and they didn't have any ice cream only maybe 3 to choose from when I asked why that was cashier said because they ran out, I mean someone's not doing there job apparently if they don't have any ice cream so that was a bummer so then I decided to get a iced caramel macchiato they couldn't make because of not having all the ingredients, at that point I just got the kids the low fat vanilla yogurt icecream with sprinkles. Today, I walk in and there's a cashier (Jordan D.) standing behind the register. Jordan is standing there, looking as if she'd lost her donut. I initiate the transaction with "Good Afternoon" to see if she'd pick her face up. Wrong! I then tell her that I had a question about their cake flavors. She replies, "The cake lady gets here at 2." I just left the drive through. I bought my kids 4 frosted doughnuts with sprinkles. Who Are home. I was going to surprise them with a little morning Sunday treat. They put all the freshly frosted doughnuts in a bag. Everything was wet and stuck together. I asked the older blonde lady if she could put them in a box so they wouldn't be all smashed and messy. My kids faces when they see a pretty sprinkled doughnut is WHY I get them for them. They never ask for doughnuts. She replied with "no boxes only come with 6+ doughnuts". I asked her again if she would please just put them in a box so they wouldn't be ruined. She just stood there for a second .... I think processing. I don't know. I then said "if I need to pay for the box I will". She comes back with my doughnut box and New doughnuts. Hands me a receipt. Sure enough they charged me for a box. The .50 isn't a big deal but it's the customer service and nature of the business. So next time I go I will be sure to bring them their box back for a refund. I like how she charged me for two cups since buying a box isn't even an option. Oh yes.... and my 4th doughnut was not a glazed sprinkle doughnut. We came here to use their free Wi-Fi. The place is pretty clean. There were a couple of flies hovering over the donuts. Staff was friendly. Well, not much to say, seems like as of April the fired all the old workers that suck and hired a nicer and decent spoken staff, at least when i went. i agree with previous reviews on poor customer service and food quality. I would never in my life eat here because the food always comes out dry and burned or just disgusting. and that's me being completely honest, hashbrowns are hit or miss. This morning I did a mobile order and when I arrived, the front door was locked. The lady in charge (she is always working and usually has a bit of an attitude) kept screaming at me through the glass to go through the drive-through. The issue is that the line was backed up (as usual) and so I had to leave my order that I had already paid for. I don't understand why the mobile order app allows for me to select "walk-in" to pick up my order if when I get there they aren't going to let me (keep in mind, this was around 6:30 AM and the website says the store opens at 5 AM). I am tired of the rude customer service here and also their drinks always taste worse than other Dunkin locations. I will just be going to the Starbucks from now on. read more

As usual Dublin donuts ,nothing more and nothing less. They recently re modeled the whole store ,so now that increase the ambience and looks cool. Pros - fast and friendly services, new remodeled store with great ambience, then of course DD quality food n coffee. Cons - it's busy most times, long drive through waiting time. read more

Although I love Dunkin, I purposely avoid going to this location. The drive through is too small for the area it occupies and blocks traffic. More importantly, they seem to be having serious operational issues. My husband and I ordered ourselves drinks and breakfast and of the 6 items we ordered, the only correct two that we received were our cup of water and the hash browns. My drink was not what I ordered and our sandwiches were also made incorrectly with ingredients we didn't order. We actually saw on the screen that our order had been put in incorrectly and when we told the drive through operator, they assured us that our food at the window would be correct, which we discovered it was not. We didn't even get the right donut that we asked for. So that seems to imply that either they don't know how to put orders into the system correctly or they just don't care. The staff are polite enough, but I can't count on getting what I order. The line on weekends is ridiculous and I've waited 30 minutes before. I skip this location and drive to the ones in Grayson or Snellville if I really need a caffeine fix. read more

The workers here were nice and the donuts were good, but I wouldn't recommend coming here for coffee! My sister and I came here and ordered some coffee. She got iced coffee, while I got a frozen coffee with caramel. Hers was too sweet at first so they remade it to make it more coffee tasting. When it came back it just tasted like water; no sign of coffee. When my frozen coffee was ready, I tried it and something was just off. So I stirred it really well and tried it again, and it was no better. I had my sister try it too and she almost spit it out. It tasted like the caramel AND the milk had been expired for a few weeks. This is the most terrible Dunkin' Donuts, simply because they are paired with Baskin Robbins. The reason I'm upset is because people know Baskin Robbins is known for having 31 different flavors of ice cream and they didn't have anything but frozen yogurt.
