This McDs does the same thing all of the other McDs do....they make the drive thru cars go wait in an additional line on the side of the restaurant so it seems like McDs is getting their orders out the window fast and they get to reset their drive thru timers like they are working so fast. But all they are doing is resetting the timer so the franchise guy thinks everything is fine but in reality there is just an additional line where the customers still have to wait and even more than usual ...also the inside of the dining room was mess. Of the half dozen or so times that I've stopped by here, I've always received efficient, friendly service in their drive through. The food has always been made correctly. If going inside, the restrooms has always been available to use. There are two gasoline stations conveniently located nearby. No complaints. I will return when in the area. read more

It is taking over 15 minutes to receive a dine-in meals. Double 1/4 pounder with cheese and big mac meal. Drive through seems to always be a priority. After inquiring about our order, it came out right away. This time of night on labor day with a lot of kitchen staff should be a bit faster. The drive thru is slow but it gets the job done. We had to say hello numerous times to the speaker to see if anyone was there. It's a McDonalds so it's the same wherever you go. On our visit, they did not have Powerade but they did have HI-C. The double quarter pounder with cheese was dry. The Big Mac was dry as well. Overall, I'm glad there is a McDonald's in the area for us to have a meal. read more

McDonalds at Exit 175 in Arkansas was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at ANY fast food place especially McDonalds. Normally any issues are from lack of help. This one had plenty of help. Young kids, cussing loudly, rude attitudes and behavior, walking around like they did not know where they were. Glad I only got coffee. That took forever. They were not busy. Oh and a fight broke out before I could get out of there. How do you have 15 employees and still make all of the customers wait just to get lukewarm food? I'd really like to know their secret. I worked at a franchise store in 1977 when we only had a pad and pencil to keep the orders straight. We got things right almost all the time and we got them to the customers quickly. We weren't allowed to socialize or stand still until every order was delivered correctly and everything was clean. At the suggestion of one of the employees, I ordered the Egg White Delight because it was "dee-licious" in a combo meal, but with orange juice instead of coffee. $4.75 for the combo meal, plus $0.85 for the juice upcharge, for a total of $6.24 with tax. Considering how long it took, I expect that they charged for the wait time also, and the cool-down time, since the food was not hot. A couple of the employees seemed okay, but none of them seemed enthusiastic about their jobs or getting things done properly. The backup person (distributing meals) finally asked which number I had when most everyone else had taken their orders. Then, when someone else got their order ahead of me, she told me what was happening, although I already knew. I can only give them the two stars for the food. It was okay, for McDonald's. I'd have given 3 if the Egg White Delight had been hot. As with the store in Eaton, Ohio, they should fire everyone, including the managers and start from scratch. read more

I was excited when they built a new McDonald's here in hopes the customer service and food would be better. It actually is worse. I go to my hometown McDonald's around 10 times a month. They get my order wrong or over charge me EVERY TIME. At this point we go just to see how easy an order they can screw up. And I agree, going in to place an order is worse. Stopped in to get dinner while on a road trip from california to be honest the service here was worse then anything i have ever dealt with in cali and thats saying something. First off when placing our order we asked for a #9 this is a meal of course every meal we said was followed by "do you want the meal? Or the sandwich?" I just told you the meal! Then we get to the counter to pay the cashier was rude did not even say hello and was to busy talking to another employee. Then we went to the next window where we pick up the food the start giving us 4 large drinks we ordered 2 medium and 2 large an employee in blue came over and asked "whats her problem?" So i told her the order was wrong and i wanted to know if i was charged more for the larger drinks her respone "no they are all the same" i know in cali there is an upcharge if you get a larger drink guess not here. Then one girl hands us our drinks one is driping wet so i asked for a napkin the girl in blue holding the napkins asks "whats wrong with it?" I told here it was dripping she then extends a hand for me to give the cup back at this point i just asked for the napkins to clean it myself which she handed over with an attitude filled sigh and eye roll. As our food was handed to us both girls sat there glareing us down like we did something wrong. Sorry but i dont even deal with that in cali. Staff was friendly. After having encountered a closed Taco Bell, a closed Kentucky fried chicken, and closed Subway at 9:15 pm, we were excited to find McDonald's open. I know that you really can't expect a fine dining experience at a fast food restaurant but bad customer service, is bad customer service...anywhere. I constantly have to check my order because so many times part of my order is left out and when I return to get the rest of my order i am often met with attitudes, no apologies and just plain bad service. I will say that there are times when my order is perfect and some of the employees are friendly but the few bad apples there are making that Mcdonald's one restaurant I want to avoid. read more
