I ordered a large iced coffee with light ice and I repeated that a few times because it was breakfast rush busy. The order taker was extremely pleasant and seemed so sweet and nice. I was even thinking of asking her name to give her a shoutout. We were there for a while chatting it up and then she hands me an iced coffee filled with ice top to bottom. I tell her it was supposed to be light ice. That's when everything changed. She rolled her eyes and runs to the back. She comes back and hands me another cup. "Can you dump the coffee into another cup so you won't have the ice?" I was stunned. Um. No. That would mean less coffee. She runs to the back again. "They are making you another one. Let me have that coffee that I gave you." Okay. When she gave me the fixed coffee, she had a brush aside attitude, "here, yeah, sorry about that. Uh-huh." I'm not sure if I should pity the employee's that have to deal with me or just continue to hate this place. It's basically the Hell pit stop for Greyhound. Always starving. I'm a vegan so basically there is nothing I can eat here. Not this locations fault, though the staff where a bit rude when I asked for a cheeseburger with no meat or cheese and lots of veggies. l I can only eat three things here. Yes the fries do contain lard. Instead of giving me an an angry look and telling me you charge for lettuce, tomato etc. On the "burger". And slamming it down in front of me. Traveling along I-10 for our move to Florida and stopped at McDonald's with my 10 month old for a quick bite and a diaper change. Let me tell you what.... one of the worst McDonald's experiences of my life. . . Initially you drive in and find a beautiful building, looks brand new. We unloaded the car, and had some trash we were gonna throw away in the outdoor trash can. However the trashcan was LITERALLY a mountain of trash. Not the best curb appeal. . . Next, my dad and I order. He ordered two cheeseburgers, and me a Southwest salad with grilled chicken. When asked what dressings they had for my salad the hostess couldn't answer that question. We waited a whopping 16 minutes for our "Quick Service Meal." Mind you there was nobody in the drive thru, and only one other small family in the store. There were a decent amount of employees in the kitchen and about three staff members in the lobby. Which leads me to my next point. . . The staff members in the lobby were "cleaning" but more or less trash talking the other employees. Using cuss words, and just acting sloppy. Not something I think a customer should have to hear. . . Once we finished our meal(no issues with the food. It was good) it was time to go change my son. I grabbed the diaper bag, picked the baby up and headed into the women's room to find NO changing table. I was so confused because McDonald's prides itself in being a family friendly restaurant. Not having a place for moms or dads to change their babies or toddlers especially off of a major highway is just wrong. Stay away from this place at all costs. read more

I'm in just the right mood to write a Yelp review about a McDonald's so here it goes... The restaurant was right off Interstate 10 and very accessible, it was about one block away from the highway. I noticed right away that this location had the older style of McDonald's architecture and I liked the stone exterior as well as the large window in the front. There was no playplace or unusual features but I did see a few picnic tables outside. Parking was more than adequate and there was a Comfort Inn next door. I found the dining area to be clean and the staff seemed friendly. My order consisted of four hamburgers, a small fries, and a medium coke which totalled out to $6.96 (seemed fair). The only mishap was that the cashier rang in my hamburgers as cheeseburgers but I'll own up to the fact that I neglected to check the receipt and only noticed the mistake when the cheeseburgers were handed to me on a tray. I informed the shift leader and she had the meal remade for me with no difficulties. The food was on par for McDonald's and was served in a timely manner. All in all, I felt that this was a decent McDonald's location. read more

McDonald's Lordsburg An oasis in the middle of what seems like no where. Nice newly remodeled and great atmosphere. The food is standard McDonald's fare. I don't know why but I only pass this way at most once a year yet I have been here multiple times. Maybe where it's at, may be because I know it's here. Coffee advertised at 1.00 any size. I was charged 1.79 and asked why so much. I was told it was due to tax increase. When I got the receipt the price for coffee was actually 1.49, which was then explained that coffee had increased 3 weeks ago but they had not yet changed price on menu. When given my coffee I was told "coffee two creams". Well no cream was in it which meant I had to return to get my cream. The guy was laughing and very arrogant in his reply. I'm giving this one a high rating only because one of the managers was extremely gracious and accommodating. I went on a Friday and didn't want a regular Filet O' Fish. I never go to McDonald's but had heard good things about the artisan sandwiches. So I asked if I could have the pick guacamole sandwich with a fish filet. No problem, she told me. It was very good. Convenient location just off the interstate but the service and food was terrible. Load of people stood around inside waiting to be served with no staff up front. One guy returned his Quarter Pounder with bacon because his bacon was as dry as Amy Schumer's stand up career. I had enough of waiting around so I went through the drive thru in the hopes of being served faster. I wasn't. When I got my fries they weren't seasoned so they were nice and bland. This place doesn't deserve a one star rating. I arrived at 6am when the store opens and was waiting at the drive thru and the sign said to pull up to first window so I did. The old lady working today's morning shift wearing heavy makeup saw me and ignored the fact that I was waiting to place my order. By 6:12 am I parked and went into the store which was still closed to the public but at this point I am already late to work. The old lady wearing the heavy makeup tells me to place my order on the monitor instead of taking my order. She didn't apologize and she definitely should not be working if she's going to have an attitude like that. I was patient and unfortunately I was late to work because of her. The least this old lady could have done was came up to the window and let me know the situation, rather than have me in the dark and cause all this frustration. Very dissatisfied and I hope someone higher up fires her. There are people who would love to have a jobs and with her attitude it definitely does not make anyone want to come back. Place was very crowded, Frey hound stops there and it's right off exit from freeway. So suggestion would be to hire more staff. McDonald's is the grandfather of American fast food. This location is just off the 10 and has plenty of parking. It was pretty clean when I visited and customer service was professional and efficient. As far as quality of food goes, you get what you pay for. That being said, prices at McDonald's are usually cheap. However, I would like to see a more natural ingredient/healthy menu and better quality food. I know that kind of goes against what fast food is known to be but there are plenty of chains that do just that. Overall, this McDonald's is pretty good. Doesn't seem to ever get too slammed and would suggest it to anyone who needs a quick bite or is just a fan of the chain in general. read more

By far the worst and most dysfunctional McDonald's I have ever been to. First off, they make you order at a kiosk instead of having an EMPLOYEE place your order. They have you take a number and choose your drink and they claim it will be brought to your table. That is false, they call your receipt number and you have to pick your food up yourself and they did not fill the drinks either. They had NO SAUCES available except for sweet and sour?! The place was a mess the employees were rude and very unhelpful. There was a group of about 15 people waiting to be helped and place their order and their bathrooms were utterly disgusting after having to wait in line for 10 minutes to use the bathroom. Paid $8.34 for two sausage McMuffin with eggs. Which blew me away, it's usually 2 for 3.33 everywhere else. When I asked the manager Alex about the pricing and his response VERBATIM was 'do you know what franchise owned means?'. Not a customer service friendly response. Kinda just dropped the whole thing, paid the bill and left it alone. A few minutes later, go to talking with a guy who was passing through and he said he paid close to $4 bucks for a medium coffee and they still forgot to give him cream. I don't recommend this location. I don't expect good customer service from a McDonald's but I don't expect an arrogant attitude either. Take the time to drive else where. read more

Stop by for my usual as I have with many McDonald's for an ice coffee durning my travels: service was horrible. I ordered extra creamer and was given extra syrup. I told the young teenager there & she proceeded to remake it very unwilling from her attitude. While making it I heard her say " she s too much trouble, this is too much trouble". When she handed my iced coffee I told her " no customer is too much trouble when making a simple request, it's your job" . We were on the road and pulled off to visit this McDonalds. What a disappointment! The bathrooms were not clean, the garbage bins were overflowing, and the restaurant had more dirty tables than clean ones. To their credit, there was a lone employee cleaning the floors. Unfortunately, she was not wringing out her mop, so the floor was a slippery hazard! The order area was chaotic. It was hard to tell who was waiting to order and who was waiting for food, and the clerks were not doing a good job of directing traffic. Instead, they basically just stood there until someone stepped forward. When we got to the counter, the clerk seemed distracted, perhaps by the extremely loud music playing on the loudspeaker. We asked for our order to stay, but it was packed up in bags. They specifically asked what drink and sauce went with the happy meal, but none were provided. I also did not get any utensils for the salad (that I ordered to eat in the restaurant!). When I went back to ask for these missing items, I was ignored. The people behind the counter seemed to avoid eye contact with me! By the time I sat down, the food was getting cold. The burger was dry, the french fries were not fresh, and the salad was wilted. i went thru the drive-thru like always about 4:45 pm. the service has always been slow so i was used to it. only one car in line. when i got my order the big macs were missing both the pickels and onions. there were no napkins in the bag and the large coke was only 3/4 full. the wait at the drive thru window was exceptionaly long. this mcdonalds is known for consistent poor quality product and very slow service. management must be non existant. read more
