It's not too often I have McDonald's, like once in a blue moon. This particular McDonald's is located right by my house so when I have McDonald's this is my go to place. I also go into fast food places to place my order (I dread drive thru's!) This location is very clean and has a home feel. Fireplace, TV'a and plenty of seating. My sister and I usually come here when we have coupons (Mostly in app coupons) and have never had any issues. We usually get 2 McChickens, Large Fry, 10Pc nugget and a large drink. With coupons it's about $7. Not bad for dinner for two. Works out when we're on a budget. Staff is always quick and friendly each time we stop in. read more

The rudest staff members and they closed at 10 PM last night with no warning. I ordered food on the app, was in line at the drive-thru. The car in front of me was flagged up to the window and the absolute rudest person on earth told me I was out of luck and they were closed when I got to the speaker. . I called the number and the first time nobody answered. The second time, I spoke with the "manager" who said they have nothing to do with the app and they closed at 10 PM. I've been back to this location several times over the years, and it gets worse and worse. On 10/28/23, I dealt with the RUDEST person on the intercom. The woman was super unhelpful, audibly agitated that I asked a question, and quite frankly - a liar. I brought my gf there two days before because she likes a specific drink, a large Iced Caramel Mocha, and on the 28th, the woman said, "We ain't got that." I thought to myself, "Okay, maybe they're out of a specific syrup or ingredient," so I asked the woman, "What flavors do you have that are close to that," to which she responded, "Alls we got is iced coffee with cream." LIE. I KNOW there is no way that McDonald's ran out of every F'ing syrup. That woman needs to be heavily disciplined, if not fired. Won't be going back here for a long while, if ever. read more

I was asked at the drive through window 10 piece, chicken sandwich and three large fries, they hand me a bag of food that I thought had everything in it. Can't believe these people get paid $15/hr. This place is a zoo full of rude, careless employees and management. Long day for the fam, wife picks up three sandwiches and fries on the way home. First, a guy came in to get 5, FIVE items missing from his order. They didn't say anything and gave the typical face attitude. Then they shorted my wife a sandwich, she eventually got it with same attitudes. Gets home and no chicken on the Chicken sandwich. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've ordered twice through the app and once through doordash from this location. The last time I doordashed they delivered two cheeseburgers with no burger patty. The first time through the app took over half an hour to get my food when I arrived and the second time I had to go inside the restaurant to check after 20 minutes to find the employee incorrectly marked my order so they didn't know it was being picked up through the app. This location is terribly run and I will never re-visit. read more

This place advertises 24 hours of being open but they are closed between 3 o'clock and 4:00 AM. They also cut you off at 2:45 AM from ordering anything unless they can microwave it. They have screwed up my order so many times it's pathetic. I work nearby and I roll through there often. They never have shakes anymore. Horrible experience we stopped on the way to my daughters dance rehearsal with forty minutes to spare, barely made it. Employees who ordered after us were served first, 18 minute wait just to then be given a cold hamburger. Staff more interested in socializing than working, about to just swear off McDonalds in general, but the service here is worst than most. I can't even believe this location. If I come in the afternoon it's always an issue. One time the manager told me my card wasn't valid because I needed a PIN number- not true, there is a button to bypass pins. My business credit card is a debit card but, I never even set up the pin and never use it. She was SO utterly rude and told me she didn't know how, so it must not be true. Yet, I use that card at every other McDonalds and even THIS location when it's been a different cashier. Morning staff is helpful and I've never had an issue. So this afternoon, I ordered a Diet Coke for me and parfait and muffin for my daughter. I got all the way to her dance studio, over a mile away, only to realize my cup, marked as diet, was in fact regular coke. I drove all the way back because we will be at dance for 3 hours and I'm thirsty!!! I pull back into the drive thru (1- I recently had back surgery and getting in and out of the car hurts 2- I'm trying to hurry so we aren't late to dance!!!) and tell them the mess up. "Uhhh pull around to the second window and tell them". I sat at that window for 4.5 minutes. I watched the young boy working get tea & a smoothie drink, another guy was pacing. The manager was standing nearby chit chatting over the counter. A young girl finally came to the window and as I'm holding out my messed up drink, she tried to give me a bag of food and says "you had two ten pieces"... I said "NO... I don't have any of that. I've been sitting here for 4 minutes waiting to get the right drink". Then I said "I'm really annoyed"... and I am! So she gives me the new Diet Coke (meanwhile the manager says "oh you're swapping out a drink" to her) and I tried to hand her the old one. She told me that they can't take it and there is a trash up there, as she pointed. It's not a drive thru trash, it's one you need to exit the car for. I expressed "now I have to get out to throw it away because YOU guys messed up?!" She just rolled her eyes. It's such a waste of time to even review them because they couldn't care less but it seems like no one cares at ALL about customer service these days. Not once was I offered an apology for their mistake. I wasn't apologized to after waiting for 4.5 minutes just to have anyone even acknowledge that I was at the window. The manager was RIGHT THERE and didn't even have a clue what was going on.
