9:30 AM on a Sunday/ Waited 10 minutes to order in drive thru, at the speaker, no cars in front of me. "No personality" finally took my order- one sausage and egg biscuit and a coffee. One car in the second drive thru lane. They were sent to the reserved drive thru parking spot, then I too was told to pull over and wait, and then car behind us. Placed an order at 10 AM for some breakfast items. We got to the second window and they said they didn't have orange juice. They then made us park. It is now 11 AM. We went inside after being parked for about 45 minutes and they said they can't make our food anymore because they're serving lunch and not breakfast. Asked for a refund and they said to go through the app. There isn't an option to get a refund through the app. So we called the corporate number and no one picked up. Left a message. We tried to give feedback on the website and after filling out all of the information and explaining the situation, it said "there is a temporary error" and we couldn't even post that feedback either. Honestly it ruined our morning. We ordered a couple biscuits, a drink and a burrito. We had no idea that'd be so difficult. Will never go back. read more

They said the product is available and just right before the payment, they told me the product is not available and made my son very disappointed and upset However the manager seems to be not caring not a bit about how my son is upset and he almost cried because of their mis-order and don't even give a damn about all this and she try's to forget the whole thing. On the morning of September4, 2024 between 6:00-7:30am, me and my brother went to this mcdonalds and used the app to use the deal on the app for "buy one breakfast sandwich and get one free" (this deal is on the app every morning to be used at any time). we ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffin and gave the lady at the window the code. she took the code, read our order back to us, and told us to drive ahead to window. confirming our order and code. we paid our money, got receipt, and drove to pick up window where we noticed there was only 1 sausage McMuffin with egg on receipt. the employee proceeded to hand us a bag with 1 sausage McMuffin with egg. that's when we told her that we used a code on the app for the buy 1 get 1 free deal that is on the app every single day. the employee called the manager. the manager came and then claimed that we did not use a code and we would have to pay for 2 sausage/egg McMuffins. that is when we pulled up our phone, showed the manager the code on our app that is for buy one get one free sausage McMuffins. we even pulled up the code on our phone and showed the manager to confirm that we used the code for the buy one get one free. well, instead of fixing the issue like a professional manager, the manager then proceeded to walk back to the employee window that took our order, talked for about 3 minute, and swiftly came back with our refund money, handed it to us, and walked away without a single word, apology, or anything. making us feel kind of disrespected. what did we do wrong?? Why is this McDonald's location not honoring the deals on the app? These were legitimate deal codes and I could even generate a New code any time because this deal is always on the app.. when the employee told the manager (unless she was dishonest with manager) that she messed up the order and didn't enter the code properly that we gave her, why didn't the manager apologize for the mistake, fix the problem, and give us the 2 McMuffins we paid for while being courteous and admitting the confusion was on their end and not ours?? very Unprofessional. Right on the corner of wall Triana and hey 72 west. They have remodeled this restaurant. Took out the play area for children under 6 age. They have a bar with bar stools in the front and an outdoor patio but no kiddy slide anymore. Three words describe this McDonald's: Confused, Confused, and Slow. This location used to be a fantastic McDonald's; used to get fast and accurate service. Unfortunately now the service is slow and the order accuracy has declined. There is a greater than 50% chance, based on my numerous recent visits, that the order will be wrong. Today was no different. First, the volume of the drive-thru speaker was so low I couldn't here the order taker. I placed an order for a double cheeseburger. She repeated back my order and said I ordered a yogurt cheeseburger. I don't know what a yogurt cheeseburger is and I definitely don't want one. Then I ordered a Keto Diet quarter pounder with no bun, but I saw she didn't enter the order correctly based on what was displayed on the screen. This morning we went inside to get breakfast and observed a young man cooking in the back with a spatula in one hand and the other hand was inside the front of his pants. This is absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. It was my 10 year old grandson that first noticed it and brought it to my attention and we were absolutely mortified. Though we will never eat at at McDonald's again, it was important for me to communicate the incident for the sake of other customers that eat at this establishment. It is obvious that the management team is not giving employees proper training and ensuring that they are meeting what should be high standards when it comes to food safety and employee conduct. They should have cameras in the kitchen and throughout the restaurant so that they can monitor the managers and employees. Ehhh... like others have said it's a McDonalds... but it has the potential to be better than the rest, but needs strong management. As an example, today at approximately 13:10 hours, I drove through for a quick sandwich and ordered a cheese burger with extra onions and pickles... Order, paying and food hand over was very smooth and every one was very pleasant. However, once I drove off and unwrapped my sandwich, it looked like it was used as a hokey puck beforehand... the top bun was slid over to one side, half of the cheese had slid off to the other. The onions and pickles were all over the wrapper. Really? Is it that hard? With all due respect: PRESENTAION is equally as important as quality (e.g. McDonalds standards), price and value. As for the service, it was satisfactory - guy @ 1st window collecting cash was excited to see us (genuine?), and gal at 2nd window providing the food got us out quick w food in hand plus a handful of ketchup pkts as requested. As for the food (Big Macs), the meat was tasteless, bottom bun was soggy, and the box/packaging each Mac came in were super greasy as if they were seating next to the fryer. Go to place my order. I order 3 buttermilk chicken sandwich meals, 2 Big Macs with no cheese and a large Dr. Pepper. They read back my order and both my Big Macs had cheese. No biggie, ask them if they could remake it. They do and it still had cheese. I show them the receipt where it says no cheese on the Big Macs and the person working there told me the cheese is easy to remove myself. They wouldn't remake it.
