Counted 18 employees, no one was in line in the dining room, no one was in line at drive thru and it took about 12 minutes to get two sweet teas, with two slices of lemon. From 11:18am-11:29am waiting for drinks. Everyone running around but completely inefficient. Alot of workers running around but not a lot of work getting done. So I walked up to the McDonald's. I placed an order for two Minecraft movie meals. It came up to $26 after tax. They didn't print my receipt but I was given an order number, so I'm waiting for at least 30 mins I heard nothing, so I go to the counter and wait, a worker asked me if I had an order so I told her my order and my order number.she look at me then the person next to her and back at me she said "we didn't get an order like that" without checking so she asked if I bought it here I said yes at the kiosk which doesn't print receipts so she asked me if I actually bought my meals, like wtf so another worker actually did there job and looked and found it but I waited a whole hour in total. Things are pretty restricted from covid (no fountain drinks, no self order kiosks, half the tables are roped off, etc) but the silver lining was we had the place to ourselves and had more or less what we expected for food. read more

This is, shockingly, the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten in. It was clean, but the food was almost inedible, and the staff was unprofessional in the extreme. For the twenty minutes I was there, I and one other patron were subjected to a boisterous discussion about a pregnant staff member, and who the real father was. Thumbs up, guys. A true class act. Then there was the product. I had ordered a Grand Mac with fries and a Diet Coke, and while the sandwich was put together neatly, the patties were old and dry, and the bun was stale. The fries were hot and undercooked (raw potato taste undercooked), and the soda was low on syrup and high on needing the lines cleaned. It really was abysmal. The only reason I stopped there was to take a picture of the sign, and with that accomplished, I don't ever have to go back. read more

One finally come to the window and told us they are closed. I told the employee that we had placed our order. She slammed the window closed. The time was 10:55. Honestly, it's a McDonalds so what is there to really expect? The food is almost addictive, especially the fries. Anytime I go, food is fresh, wait time usually isn't bad at all. The inside is nice, and wifi is free though I usually go through the drive thru. It's basically the only thing in town that is ever open 24/7 so it's always a good option lol. read more

This McDonald's needs to relocate. In a bad way. Lol. Every time I go buy cars in the drive through are lined up all the way around the building. If I could give 0, I would. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru just tryna get my tendie on. I heard all the hype behind these chicken tenders and wanted to judge for myself. They charged me for the chicken, a drink, and a large fry. They didn't put the fry on the receipt and refused to give me the fry after charging me for the meal. I am super salty at McDonald's rn. I just wanted what I paid for, but they wouldn't un-charge the fries and wouldn't give them to me. I have yet to try the chicken as I literally got yelp and made an account directly after this situation occurred. I can't rate the chicken but it does look very good, though I am pretty mad about the whole fry situation still. I guess I'll let you go since you probably have important stuff to get to.
