I came inside to order. There were three people inside already waiting. By the looks on their faces, they had been waiting a while. The dining space had spilled pop on the floor and tables. The ordering counter had the same. This location has a busy drive thru so it appears the effort was placed there instead of the front area. The cashier was nice. The fries were hot but my food appeared to be thrown in my bag. Sandwich wasnt wrapped all the way. This location was convenient since I needed to hop on the highway but um left a lot to be desired. read more

I walked in this evening for 2 apple pies. I could see from my parking spot outside the door that it wasn't crowded, so I went inside. I approached the register where 6 very young women were in a semi-circle talking. It was unprofessional because I heard swearing (more specifically the F word). I waited and my full attention was in the encircled team of employees. They seemed to be over staffed and the people who were there weren't working. For approximately 3-4 minutes no one acknowledged me. No one acknowledgee me. I stood there darting my eyes back & forward at the young women and while they half-looked over they finished their conversation with no hesitancy. They didn't seem hurried, concerned or curious to know why I was there. After the crowd of employees kind of dispersed , a few seconds more then a young looking woman asked a girl to take my order. I asked the younger woman who eventually took my order if the woman who asked her to take my order (after they finished the unprofessional conversation) was the manager and her reply was YES. The store was dirty. The counter needed to be wiped off. The glass on the door was filthy and looked like it hadn't been wiped in days. There were straw rappers on the floor and the floor was filthy. The manager in store #262 on 5/10/2023 at 6:49 didn't care. The employees didn't either. There was 1 woman in fries and she looked over her shoulder and I got the feeling she too recognized the wrong doing, but she kept working. The woman on fries wasn't the problem. Get smarter employees who know how to read, please. How do I order a large McNuggets meal with no sauce and no ice in my drink, and the girl who gave me my food first asked me if my drink was medium... gave it to me with ice in it... and when I get home I see a McChicken in my bag, WITH TWO SAUCES! I could understand if you gave me the sauces with the nuggets and messed that up, putting the ice in the drink gets a pass. But how do you f**k up so bad that you give me a sandwich instead of nuggets but still give me the sauce for the nuggets ‍‍‍ Do better. The staff are professional and fast. The locally made craft burgers and fries ate the best in Cleveland. Best Burgers 2013! Try a healthy Oatmeal or Egg McMuffin. All the food is made to order so please understand it takes longer, it isn't Instant food. It is high quality fast casual Burgers, Chicken and Fries. The worst experience ever. I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes only to receive a raw quarter pounder. I tried to call the Northfield store, but after six attempts no answer. I called another MD to inform them of the raw meat, and they said not their issue. They are privately owned. I called the MD on the receipt and gave complaint. read more

This really is the worst location. They never get your order right. Last night I ordered a sundae and a small fry. I got ice cream in a cup. No chocolate syrup or anything. No spoon. No napkin. So today I didn't have much time for lunch and thought I would give it another try. I ordered a Mac chicken with cheese and I got a chicken sandwich with nothing else just a patty. Ordered a large drink got a small. I generally have low expectations for McDonald's and this site can't even reach those. read more

CUP was filthy. Unfortunately I did not notice the sprinkles of hair in my cup until after I finished my beverage and removed the lid to eat the ice. Not only was there hair, but a collection of unnameable black specks plastered to the bottom. I don't expect a perfectly clean cup but this was unacceptable. The staff is gossipy; visibly having personal phone calls on the store phone. They spend so much time laughing and playing they their store can't even obey food safety standards. read more

One star is too generous. Staff was slow, order incorrect and service was very inefficient. Store was ok from a cleanliness perspective.

on 5/11/2019 , I order hash browns along with a bagel sandwich. no coffee to strong at this location. I asked if the hash browns where 2 for a dollar like the dollar menu said. cashier said she didn't know and checked with the general manager. she came back and said no. I told her that their menu said they were. she asked someone again and she said no again. ask if I still wanted hash browns I said yes, but only one. when I got to the window to pay. I ask for the managers name I was dealing with about the signs pricing? I also mentioned that, that's false advisement and in violation of Ohio state retail regulations. she was not my Order taker and asked again I heard someone say there is no sign for hash browns at that price. she came back to the window and repeated what was said. so when I got my order I parked my car and took a picture of both menu broads stating hash browns 2 for $1.00 on the top right corner. will general manager next time you get a complaint about your signage you should take two minutes to go read your menu boards. for any one that reads this. if you want to see a well run McDonald's? check out the one on Chillicothe road ,Bainbridge Ohio. their fast, food hot, napkins and eating utensil in bag when needed. what you expect to get. their out of the way for me. when ever I'm out that way I stop read more

Slow staff Also,Last merchant at drive through I used my credit card. Ended up with 45 dollars worth of google play services .99 cents,4.99 ,19.99 ect.... , odd since my card and security code was out my sight. I won't be back because of my suspicions and the lack of speedy service. read more

Walked into the restaurant, asked one of the customers if the lines were backed up/if the workers were busy. There was a group of people at the counter, and they all started to laugh at me while looking at me with disgust. I blew it off and walked up to the counter to order my food. As i was ordering, one of the workers walked around the counter to where the group of people were standing and started laughing along with them, making rude/racial comments and started staring me down. The employee walked back around the counter to the food prep area, made a comment to one of the other employees, who then looked at me and laughed. At that point i discontinued my order, concerned after getting the impression that they were going to mess with my food. Being the only non-African American person in there, I never felt so intimidated and humiliated in my life. Ive never had a situation like that anywhere I've ever been my entire life. After years of eating at McDonalds 3 or 4 times a week, I will never go to McDonalds again and I'm thinking of taking legal action against McDonalds and this locations workers, as I've never felt so uncomfortable and intimidated in my life.
