Why oh why does the best Corned Beef and Cole slaw spot not following protocols! I am just shaking my dang head...Masks under the nose...saying my prayers... I got in and out!!!

I didn't try the fish as the whole place smelled fishy and was super busy. The cole slaw tasted like grocery store slop- bland, kinda sour, gross. The macaroni was bland but had good creamy texture and nice scalded top crust. The giant $5 slice of multilayered chocolate cake was gorgeous but likely the worst cake I have ever had. I almost gagged and that it something I've never done eating sweets before. The whipped cream was even stale- how do you let whipped cream get hard and get a nasty milky flavor to it???! The cake itself between the chocolate mousse layers was dry and hard and inedible. I tried every layer and then had to throw 75% of the disgusting dessert out. It was so incredibly foul.

All I can say is my goodness! I have a number of friends from Cleveland and I have heard the whispers about how good Sharks was/is for a number of years. I will tell you THEY DID NOT LIE! I ordered the Orange Roughy w/ Fries and it was heavenly! The Orange Roughy and Fries were fresh and seasoned to PERFECTION! They were smack ya momma good! (I would never lol) if you are in Cleveland check them out 10000%.

    a sandwich in a container

I ordered a chicken Philly that was the nastiest sandwich I ever had. It was some shredded chicken with some disgusting salty seasoning on it. They didn't melt the cheese just slapped it on top of the bread. The bread was very soggy. It was terrible I was reminded why I stopped eating there.

The service is great here, 10 mins or less. Lately I have been ordering wing dinners. In the pass I thought they had the best catfish dinners, but they changed something up. But overall excellent place

Sharks back to how they use to be. Always excellent service, staff friendly. Fast cooking. Safe secured park lot with security staff.

Great, fresh seafood! The tiger shrimp is my favorite! Seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is only take out, not a problem for me. Chicken philly is a must try as well-yum

I visited the Shark's Deli three days ago for a Polish Boy. Not very busy at the time. A nice day too. I placed the order and the usual payment made and ticket given for pickup. I sat down to wait. Now this is when it gets really (what is wrong with her??? question). When my number was called, I went up to get the order. However, I asked if they had hot sauce so I could put on the Polish Boy. This lady said: "You're getting sauce on the Polish Boy already, and cold slaw, fries..." We don't add other stuff"! I held my tongue and breath too before I spoke (because I'm wondering) ....WHAT? What happened to customer service, friendliness, being personable. ALL the time she was looking like she was in a night club. She was rude; (underline this). I didn't need an explanation as to what is on a Polish Boy!!! While I was waiting til she finished; she then said, "We have packets of hot sauce for 25 cents if you want to pay for it!!" REALLY..........I DECLINED AND LEFT.

I was so happy walking inside walking out i was so disappointed

Dont ever eat at sharks. On lee road i just left there 10 mins ago. I been going to sharks since they first open. Food was always very fresh and the establishment was always clean with good energy. Today i arrived to cleveland as a tourist i been living out of town 3 years and was very disappointed in this establishment. I asked for mixed fish which is clearly on the menu becaue i couldnt decide between perch and orange roughy. WE DONT DO MIXED FISH NO MORE. but its on the menu so no worries i ordered perch and corned beef bread toasted pls. WE DONT TOAST THE BREAD NO MORE. ARE you serious i need a explanation? This is Cleveland we are known for our corned beef without toasting the bread this establishment is dead. Also the lady at the counter had no customer service she was mad i was disappointed about there new changes so i decided to take my money where the food does not change unless its in the benefit of customer.

    Nothing special.

1/8/2017 8:30pm. Thought I'd give this place a try since some of my friends talked this place up. I ordered the catfish dinner. 3 pieces of fish, coleslaw, 2 pieces of wheat bread, French fries and just 1 hush puppy. It was nothing special. The fish was too salty, the fries were not fresh and were flavorless, hush puppy was dry and the coleslaw was nothing special. I wouldn't go back. Not to mention one of the cashiers was complaining, being loud about how someone told her not to check her phone in front of customers. Yelling " y'all can take me off of Sunday's forever if you gone act like this over a phone." This is why black folks have a bad name. Dinner was $8.99.

Read mixed reviews and was on the fence about this place. I gave it a try and I'm glad I did. They were friendly, the place was way cleaner than the reviews stated and the food was delicious. I had fried perch and shrimp. Well seasoned, good value for the price and lots of variety on their menu. I will certainly be back for more menu items likeother types of fish, shrimp and chicken. I highly recommend this restaurant if you love fish. It doesn't smell fishy so you can tell it's fresh and they fry it firm which I love. This is an example why people need to write about the experience of dealing with the restaurant and not using food reviews to slam a business because the want bigger portions or didn't get enough sauce.

Don't get the bucket half or full they give you a half a piece of fish. The half equals one fish dinner.

Prices are comparable to prices at any other metropolitan spot. I'm obsessed with their Papa sub. It has prosciutto de Parma, Brie, wild arugula, local honey, and toasted pistachio. It tastes like eating a tasty charcuterie, so fresh and delish. Another favorite is rice pudding. It's so gooey and tasty. Every sub I tried here tastes extremely fresh and has quality ingredients. The bread, the meat, and the ingredients. Consistently delicious. It's a quality you'd expect at a restaurant, not a deli. Parking can be found on the other side of Lee Rd (municipal lot) or street parking in the area. If you'll enjoy this experience, the owner also owns Zina and Chicken Ranch in the next city over.

For a discounted price of about $9, I came home with 4 delicious baked goods and a mini baguette about an hour before they closed for the day. Note: $9 is way less than what you will normally pay for these 5 items. They average around $4 each. I got a savory scone, a massive cookie, a mini baguette, an apple muffin, and a huge cinnamon roll. I ate the cinnamon roll nearly right away once I got home. The cinnamon roll with cream cheese ($6) was SOOOOO moist and decadent! I warmed it up for a few seconds and then enjoyed one of the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. The vanilla and cinnamon were very prominent. Definitely a calorie bomb though. I shared the other sweet treats with my sister the next day and we agreed that the next best item was the muffin. I should also mention that the staff member that helped me that afternoon was very nice and most likely the owner. He was very helpful in explaining what each item I got in my box was and also in helping me decide on a gift for a friend I was about to see soon. I bought my friend a box of locally made teas for about $14 and she loved them! I definitely hope to come back here soon (once I have worked off the pounds from this most recent visit haha)!

After a brief glance at the menu (and picking up a gummy worm flavored diet mountain dew from their vending machine...), I ordered their Grum Sandwich (7" for $8) without peppers and swapped out the oil for stadium mustard as well as an order of their plain "grumizza" to indulge in for dinner. It was only $2.75!!! How can I resist that?? I am not exaggerating when I say that I would die for this sandwich and I don't know if it was my obsessive ADHD brain talking or not, but it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. There was sooooo much meat on there, the spice mix was amazing, and the bread.... woweeee wow, so soft and fluffy and oh my god delicious. AND IT WAS ONLY 8 DOLLARS. The grumizza made for a great dinner as well. Using the same bread as the sandwiches, they loaded it up with sauce, ooey gooey cheese, and that spice mix I love so much.
