Terrible service on 10/18/24. No one working front counter!! Trying to pay with cash and stood there for 15 minutes. After I ask if someone would take my money to get my food,,, I was told by an employee who snapped at me from the drive thru window,,, they are short staffed and it's gonna be a while!! We were traveling and needed to keep moving,,, so we left!! The place was dirty anyways. Maybe management from G A Cecchini Ventures better look at this store closer!! The floors and bathroom were very dirty as well as the couch cushions being worn down with holes in them. Other than that, this location was pretty ok. Didn't interact with any of the employees so I can't speak on customer service. Food was same as any other McDonald's location. This location only has an entrance on one side of the building and is not very pedestrian friendly. read more

I don't usually have high expectations for McDonald's let's be honest HOWEVER this has to be the dirtiest one I have ever seen. From the torn booth seats to the greasy floor. We couldn't even order on the kiosk it was caked with grime. If I was this franchise owner I would be embarrassed. Yuck. read more

This Mickey D's saved the day for me! I was in need of nourishment late one night and while the gas station across the street didn't have much of a selection to choose from, I was able to order a Mickey D's Dinner Box on special for 10 bucks! I made 2 meals out of it. They also have a dirt lot set aside next door where big rigs can park without being chased off. This is definitely appreciated and I will remember them with repeat business. read more

The countertop where they placed our drinks and food after ordering was filthy with sticky drink rings and crud, the staff was using inappropriate language and the burgers were cold and buns hard. We were the only customers inside. Never seen a worse mcdonalds. read more

Went through the the drive through to get my two dogs plain cheeseburgers as a special treat. Literally waited in the drive through lane, at complete standstill, for 7minutes. Not sure why they operate two lines at once if they cannot handle the extra orders. Finally made it to the window and the employee said 2 plain cheeseburgers and handed the bag out to us. We pulled away and drove down the road, with 2 extremely impatient and excited dogs in the back, pulled out the cheeseburgers to find. They were not plain yet seemed to have extra ketchup, mustard, and onions oozing out the sides. I just don't understand how McDonalds can mess up your order more than they get it right. We used to frequent this establishment. Maybe 2-3 times a week. The last time we were there, my burger was raw. I knew it was raw because I bit into it and could tell both by texture and temperature. Ordered 40 dollars worth of food for my family tonight only to find out most of it was wrong. Teenage girls who were in drive thru very snobby,and rude. When i asked for a receipt they refused to give me one, got home found out my food was almost all incorrect only thing right was the nuggets. Once called they got an attitude again on the phone. Although we are not big McD's eaters, we have stopped here in the past. It must have been a while, because they have done some remodeling since our last visit. On our visit on 8.14.16, just about 1:15pm. The restaurant was busy, but not overcrowded. Upon getting our drinks filled, the first ice dispenser was out of order. But there was a second one, that worked. When going to the pop dispenser, the front of the dispenser, where the caulking was, actually had visible mold. When I went to the other drink dispenser, it had at least 10 or more gnats flying all over the place. After looking at the surfaces more closely, there was splashes of drinks all over the place. There were employees emptying the trash cans, and wiping tables, but no one even went close to the drink dispensers. Upon going to the women's restroom, one of the stalls were out of order. If I could give you zero stars, I would. Horrible service. Can't get a single order right. When I took the food back to be fixed, they messed it all up again. They have yet to get an order correct. If they offered me a freebie to change my view, not only would I deny it, they would get it wrong. The customer may not always be right, but they deserve what they order. Giving us a 1/4 pounder with only ketchup and handfuls of onions is not the correct way to say sorry for messing up. Never eating there again read more

What can I say, this place is awful. The food, the service and ESPECIALLY the Management. One manager, a bigger, taller woman with a haircut resembling that of Mike Myers repeatedly yelled at the staff working much, much harder than she was, as the place was somewhat busy. The girl at the counter had a bad attitude and the food took forever. My order was incorrect as my wife is dangerously allergic to onions. Overall this place was not good, very bad experience. I wish I could a review less than 1 star. read more
