The place looks amazing from the outside and even more amazing inside with the relic cars, signs, bicycles, etc. The decor is is awesome. We arrived around lunch time and it wasn't too busy. We had to seat ourselves because there was nobody in the front. Once we sat down, our waitress came to see if we wanted anything to drink which was nice. We ordered some bloody Mary's, sweat tea, hot chocolate, and waters. Our waitress came back a little bit to take our orders. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak breakfast, the Sliders, Combo meal which came with a slider and chicken tenders, Rueben sandwich, and the Club sandwich. Our drinks took a bit to get but finally came out and they were delicious. We received our food shortly after that as well. Chicken Fried Steak breakfast-was cooked good, sausage gravy was good, could use a little more seasonning. Eggs cooked perfect, and the toast was great. Sliders-Plenty of food, sliders were huge, the meat was cooked well, I could use med rare but it was still great. hash browns were also cooked perfect. Combo meal which came with a slider, chicken tenders, and tator tots-They all were cooked perfectly. Rueben sandwich-The flavor was good but the bread was a little soggy. Club sandwich-It was cooked perfect and plenty of tots. After our meal we ordered the Salty Caramel and the Chocolate Malt shakes. Both of those shakes were delicious and plenty of shake to drink. The ambience inside is a must see. The service could have been better because it did take some time to get our food and drinks. Atmosphere: This place is really cool on the inside. The decor with all the cars and bikes and signs really adds to the nostalgic feel of the diner. In this review, service and food go hand in hand. Our server was Lauren. She's nice enough. We had a nice giggle over the fact that I ordered a shot of whiskey neat and she served this little shot in a 16oz glass. When we ordered food is when absolutely everything went downhill. I ordered a coney with onion rings. I thought that onion rings came with it (with an up-charge) but apparently you only get a side when you order 2 coneys. My partner ordered a Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms added to it. When our food came out, the bun of my coney was dissolved. Someone in the kitchen put coney sauce on the bottom of the bun, then the hotdog, then more coney sauce. I'm sorry. That makes zero sense. When Lauren came back, I told her the issue and she asked if I just wanted a new bun. I said that was fine. A couple minutes later she brings me a plain ice cold bun. I said "um... can't I get this toasted?". She told me "it doesn't come toasted". So I showed her the golden brown sides of the dissolved bun and I said "that's not toasted?" She said she would get it toasted. About 5 minutes later (and my coney get cold at this point), she brings back the bun and proceeds to tell me "sorry the cooks toast them sometimes and sometimes they don't" Ok... but if this is a remake, and you are aware that 50% of the time (although I think that's a straight up lie), wouldn't you want to make sure they toast this one since there was an issue? Well, I look at the bun and it's split on the bottom. At that point I'm pissed. I'm hungry and so annoyed. She brings the full check with no discounts for the inconvenience, sets it right next to the empty soda she never refilled for me or even asked. I told her to take my food off because I was eating it. The split empty bun still on my plate so she should have asked what was wrong or done absolutely anything. But nothing. She even charged me just under $6 for the onion rings. Just horrible service. Someone can't eat because the bun was messed up twice and you proceed to still charge for the cold onion rings that sat there. Maybe 2 were eaten between the two of us. We were planning on going the next day to try the breakfast but nope. The server who took our payment and wished us a nice day was very pleasant. Too bad she wasn't our server. Had a wonderful experience here yesterday afternoon for lunch! I met a friend and we had the best time! I got the fried bologna sandwich with tater tots and was fully impressed! I got coney dogs and tator tots. The dogs are steamed, and mine came cold. It was just a soggy mess. Tator tots were good, just greasy. We were staying in Amish country and made the short drive to Massillon to visit a quilt shop. When time for lunch I searched for local and found Chloe's Diner! What a gem! We so enjoyed the decor of collector cars, bikes, motorcycles, gas station memorabilia and blasts from the past! We were warmly greeted by Brianna and the service was amazing. She was friendly and we enjoyed her so much. Chloe's is pet friendly and Brianna brought our Labrador, July, an ice cream and whipped cream pup cup! It's hard to find pet friendly when traveling. I had the sliders with onion rings. They were delicious and the onion rings crispy. Ample portions as well. My husband had the 1/4 lb hot dogs with homemade sauerkraut and crispy fries. He said was great and had a leftover hot dogs to bring home. Our drinks were kept full, which is a big plus for me. Our visit was on a Thursday around 1:30 so we did not have a wait. My wife and I went to Chloe's Diner on 8/3/23. It was a Thursday, the night that Chloe's has the car cruise-in during the summer months. It was our first time at Chloe's and the experience was 5-star. The place itself is a step back in time. There are amazing cars inside and outside -- all part of the diner's collection. It's really a treat to be able to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner surrounded by restored classic cars. We had dinner inside but you can also eat outside on regular or raised tables that are large with umbrellas. When we arrived, we were sat promptly, a server came over right away and she took our drink order. Our food order was taken promptly as well and delivered in less than 10 minutes. We both ordered patty melts and they were hot and delicious. The fries were great, served hot, and you get a lot of them. Price for everything was reasonable. The bathrooms were disguisting and dirty, we were sat at a dirty table with spilled coffee still on it and the food did not come out correctly. very disappointed. the bacon was overdone and the eggs were slimy (I ordered OM). they remade the eggs, but by the time they came out everyone was done eating already. I gave my bf the bacon, no biggie but the rest of my plate was pushed to the end of the table. I tried the hashbrowns but it was so greasy (or buttery) that I got nauseous after 1 bite. We had a large group of 6, the service was amazing and all our food was served hot and together. Met here for a family lunch and we all were happy with our food. Two of us had breakfast and two had lunch. All of the meals were excellent. Omelet, biscuits & gravy, coney dogs, 8 oz. You're paying for the ambiance and the classic cars, as the food was just kind of meh. Got a grilled cheese with some tater tots, and a strawberry malt. The sandwich was teeny tiny. Although in their defense, she asked if I was ok with wheat bread, as they had run out of white. I spent $1.50 extra to get some chili and cheese added to the tots. Not really worth it. The star of my meal was the strawberry malt. They were really generous with the malt powder, which was a nice touch. However it was kind of on the small side too. Usually you get a shake glass, and then the extra in the stainless mixing cup. This came out *in* the mixing glass, and not even filled to the top. As far as the space goes... it's a brand new building, with windows and great natural light everywhere. Lots of classic neon beer/auto signs to go with the nine classic cars on display. Some fully restored old gas pumps between all the cars. If you're of a certain age, or into classic cars... the average food is worth eating to see all the cool vehicles on display. I saw a few grandpa's showing and talking with the grandkids about some of the cars. That was cool to see. If you are *just* looking for a meal, there are better options within walking distance. If you're looking for a meal *and* some interesting things to look at before/while/after dining, Chloe's is absolutely worth a visit. read more

We stopped in for lunch today between baseball games after seeing pictures of the establishment it looked like a fun ace to go and take the kids. It's a cool concept and lots of cars bikes and old vintage signs but that's about it. The food is bland with no flavor, most appeared to be straight from a bag. Everything is Ala cart, I ended up paying 12.95 for a Buffalo chicken sandwich and another 4.00 for a side of fries. My wife got a salad that was just lettuce and grilled chicken and 2 tomatoes.
